This app is inaccurate and difficult to use. I called to make an appointment with my primary care provider and she left that facility 2 years ago, now they only do children. Also very difficult to select a pharmacy, I was unable to do so.

I have had a great experience with the app and the insurance coverage. But I have been locked out of my account and also my email account and I cannot find another way to contact y'all to get my account back or update the email account. thank you

I do like ambetter and the rewards system.. The only thing I'm not to crazy about on the rewards is you can't use the rewards card just anywhere and #2 I have about 1000 points just sitting in archive and has been there completed forever. I have sent emails trying to get the credit for these.

It was fine before the install I JUST did. now I no longer see the option to pay my premium. I'm not calling in to pay over the phone. please stop fixing what isn't broken. it does less than it did before!

asks for fingerprint, get a login cycle loop and when say no to input password and username, it shows fingerprint anyway. can't get passed that. can login online but still terrible interface when it says, use app instead when I can't. used to login and see things but since the update, no luck.

The app is still not working as of 09/02/25. You can not use biometrics as it just loops and loops, and you are unable to manually enter user ID and password. The app is useless at this point. Someone posted back in August about this issue, and nothing has changed.

worked perfectly fine from January until the end of August. It is now the beginning of September, and now I can't even log in, and after the system update, it claims my insurance was terminated. which is completely false considering ARHOME states it is still active and has been since January. Ambetter continues to be no help in getting the situation fixed. Their only solution is to transfer me to multiple agents who can't solve the issue.

I dont know what's made this app so trash but the app literally shows my information for a split second after biometrics right before cycling back to needing biometrics. No matter how many times I try to log on with or without biometrics it never works and only with biometrics do I get any result of it almost logging on but cycling back again. its ridiculous, and I had to pay my recent bill by going to an email from ambetter and logging on through that.

actual garbage. search function is broken, won't let me change my PCP from the random doctor it assigned me when I opened my account (who i never heard of and have never been to). called customer service about this issue and they told me they fixed it but it would take 7-10 days before i saw the change. it's been 2 weeks no change. it used to make me do biometrics 3 times in a row before I could log in, now it's stuck in an endless loop of biometrics. won't even let me just use my password.

I just updated the app as prompted and now I can't sign in through biometrics. I hit cancel for that option so I can sign in with my password but it keeps popping up "sign-in w/ fingerprint." As of now I am not able to sign in at all, with my fingerprint or password. Plz Fix I love this app, I've learned so much about my health. Finding providers & scheduling visits are easy, plus the my health pays is an added benefit. Plz tell me what I need to do to sign in. Thanks

UPDATE BROKE APP. I have not been able to access the app at ALL since the update. The app was not good to begin with but at least I could access it. Website is glitchy as well, so that doesn't help. Neither do your customer service reps that speak broken English. I hope in the future this company puts the customers as a priority for once, get reps that speak English as a first language, so at least we CAN get help when needed.

Junk. Clicking on a provider in search takes me to the SAME PCP every time, even when a list of other providers is shown. App logs me out on every reboot and never saves my biometric login. Providers shown have inaccurate information or the map glitches and shows improper locations. The app was built for just payments processing from the looks of it and even THAT seldom functions at all. Absolute garbage, good thing I signed up for dental because using this app is like pulling teeth.

The update broke the app. Please fix. Biometrics login just keeps cycling, and if I try to log in manually, it just keeps cycling back to the biometrics screen. Cannot even get past the login screen at all. Once in awhile it will flash on my home screen, but then it immediately changes back to login. Very frustrating, please please fix.

This is the worst Insurance I have ever had. I met my deductible for the year in March, then all of a sudden they started charging me copays, not paying for things, it's like they started the deductible all over again and the year is not done yet. I have the tax premium credits that the marketplace got wrong and said I didn't make any money anymore for the credits. So I appealed and Ambetter is not supposed to charge me full price during the appeal but they are. I'm cancelling this insurance.

Everything was going good with this app and then I did the update and I have not been able to get back into my account. even after I have put my password in I've done my fingerprints still cannot get in there. I don't know why you wanted us to do an update if the update is no good. please fix the issue so that way we can get back into our accounts we shouldn't have to be going through this we have enough to go through our everyday lives and I have to deal with this now

The update doesn't work!? I have a Samsung S25 Ultra - I should have the recommended hardware? The app worked perfectly, before the last update. The app would not allow me to login with the password. The biometrics is unavailable, according to the app. This is fine. However, not going to or opening, then the login page again. Do to a system crash. This is unacceptable! Just say the app is not working would be much better. The website login works, perfectly. So, the app is not working.

This app genuinely sucks. When enrolling for my insurance, someone here messed up my data and mixed it up with another person's. I can not access my own identification card online because of someone else. The papers they have sent in the male do not reflect what is shown here. I have been trying to fix this for weeks with no success. This app is not formatted for an android phone because all the buttons are in the way of the navigation bar at the bottom, meaning they can not be pressed.

I'm not sure if it's just me or whatever; but I'm unable to access the rewards program when I visit the website. I've cleared my cache and cookies, updated my browser, and everything necessary; but I'm still unable to access my rewards for some reason. And the app seems kind of limited.

Edit: this login issue has been resolved and the app seems to work fine. it's still a bit unwieldy at times, but it gives access to information when needed. OP: app isn't working; I can't move beyond login page, it just keeps repeatedly asking for login.

App is slooooow. Also, the menu is very limited as compared to website login (no access to rewards programs, billing doesn't work, no EOBs and if you click on coverage... it just takes you out to the web) . Functionally seems like an app from 10 years ago. You can look for a provider, access your ID number and pay your premium, which I am sure was the most important feature they wanted you to have access to. I'll probably just continue to use the website.
