Poor customer support and service. Wouldn't recommend using the app. The app fails to place the order on several occasions and when the order is placed it is not delivered the right way on most occasions. I would recommend using another app like Instacart or Uber eats as they use it as well. In addition, the refund processing is poor and they overcharge for the services (often charging extra for the product) and don't provide refund completely in case of failure to deliver the product.

I placed my first order tonight and had to put my order in 8 times because the app deletes your cart if you navigate out. When I finally placed my order it did not even include everything in my cart! I found out I cannot even add the item back to my cart. I just hope someone actually brings me what I ordered. I will never use this service again! I am sticking with Walmart and Shipt for Target orders. They do it right!

Used it twice. The app user interface is quite crude and so is their customer service. The first time I wanted to add a chore, customer service said I had to cancel and rebook the entire reservation to be able to do a small tweak. The second time, the app sent me a promo code and when I tried using it to check the discount, the booking somehow got completed without explicitly clicking 'book' button and I had to pay 5% as cancellation fees. Such a SCAM!

This app and this service is pure garbage. The app is very difficult to navigate. Try to place a grocery order and one wrong button and you lose everything in your cart. Not once have they sent my grocery order to the correct store without me contacting them after placing it to make them put it at the correct location. They lie, they offer a promotion for a review but then only give the credit of your review is positive. They don't want you to know the truth. Avoid this company!

They sent a coupon, I used it, it was applied to my order, making it free, and then several hours later they placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the full price without the coupon. Criminal. Update: they did refund the charge, but I am not changing the rating because it should not have been able to happen, and there is no apparent way to delete my payment info or close my account through the app (and no login on the web to even try there).

Seemed convenient using the app. However, they don't give you a time frame for when the cleaners are coming unless you ask for one. When they showed up all was fine but they spent probably 25 min cleaning my place and when I came back there was still dust everywhere and my sinks, tub, windows, countertops, accessible windows etc were still dirty as well. I paid for a deep cleaning too which was almost $200. Will not be using them again. Definitely do not recommend

I had to edit my review because Amenify changed. I have been a member for years and have always had half my food order cost matched to my wallet credits. Now it says I can only use $15 per purchase. That barely covers delivery fee. I used to use you guys all the time, but now other apps are more cost-effective. I feel like you will lose buisness. What is the point of doing long surveys and hyping your business if I have $70 in credits it would cost me a lot of money in transactions just to use?

I had a cleaning subscription with Amenify. Not only is the subscription more expensive than market prices, it is also annoying to cancel and it is also difficult to use credits. Many times Amenify would charge the full amount and not deduct credits, which would result in a waste. Amenify charges a 5% cancellation fee for "operating costs" but would not tell me what this is towards. It is also impossible to cancel without talking to the live chat which keeps disconnecting. Do not recommend.

This app has a terrible user experience. It will frequently pop up the same pop up messages over and over, even after you dismissed it the first time. Additionally, the coupon code and monthly credits feel like a scam. Upon checkout via the app, there is no spot to enter the coupon code at checkout for your first order nor am I able to use my $20 monthly credits as advertised in the sign up promotion email. I could keep going on but there is a character limit to this review.

Trash app full of scams. You constantly get discount offers that don't give you the discount they say. It will say 50 off in a text, app notification, everywhere and then take 15 off. When you ask customer service they will point you to a special webpage that says "up to 30 dollars" or the discount is only on the service fee, not the cost of the actual job you are ordering. Insanely shady tactics hoping you won't stop since you got to the pricing screen.

They need to really do an overhaul of their app. They give you credits but then apply ones that are not expiring to your booking instead of applying the oldest credits that are expiring so you lose your old credits and then use up the new credits allowing you to lose all of your credits. Their fees are enormous on food purchases (25-50% of the food total) and then there's no way to correct problems as they outsource the food delivery to a third party company. The app is terrible.

There is no phone contact. It takes multiple emails to resolve anything. I changed rating from 1 to 3 stars & now to 4 stars. Once you find a good cleaner, repeat service is ok. Cleaning service used 6 times, and twice they had to come back to complete the job. As others pointed to, the subscription charges full price after the 1st month discount, so it's not really worth it. It's not an easy service to use when it doesn't go well & they come at "some time on your chosen day." Yasmin is great.

Everything is complicated by design. To get points from paying rent must be done through this specific system. Use that system. Sorry it didn't register. Want to use your credit, of course, but not there, not there either. Sorry you can't use those points on these items. All these hoops just to play with the change they offer for access on all our data.

I recently used their food services and was able to place orders at both Panda Express and Taco Bell without any hassle. The app is super user-friendly & made the whole process smooth from start to finish. My orders were perfect, & I loved that I could track the progress every step of the way! Even though there’s a $15 credit limit per order, it’s still a fantastic deal, especially if you choose pick up. Overall, I’m really impressed & will definitely recommend their reliable resident services.

Unusable, don't waste your money on this. When you try to pay, there is an automatic tip and monthly subscription added to your order. You can only use $15 of credit for an order, but there is a $20 minimum. The app is laggy and difficult to navigate, the search function doesn't work half the time, it doesn't tell you if a place is open or closed when searching, and you can't customize your food items. I made an order and paid, but 45 minutes later I got a call saying the order was never made.

Cant use the credits on what you want and dont get them when you are supposed to. As well as capped on how many per purchase can be used. Also waiting on a refund because I ordered an item and tried to use all my credit which would cover the cost of that item by 100% they only let me use part of them, and didnt show me the total as well as straight away charged my card. Not using them for anything else again what a waste

2 stars for effort. The food delivery service feature (the only one I've tried so far) wasn't the greatest experience. Restaurant choices are limited (most of the places listed, where I wanted to order from shows the restaurant is closed, though it really wasn't - I called and they're open). I found a restaurant but sadly with a very abbreviated menu, so again it's very limited. From ordering to delivery, there is no status, so you don't know if food is coming. Needs major improvement!

all the food was overpriced, they messed up my order and instead of giving me my actual real money back they gave me credits for their wallet feature, I don't need credits for a service that I don't care to use again. oh, and the best part, I only signed up because I got a 50 dollar credit for paying rent, only to find out you can only use 15 dollars per order, so it wasnt even worth it.

You never receive the credits you're supposed to receive and then have to contact support and go back and forth just to get the credits. Then you can't use the credits on anything you want to use them on and you're only able to use $15 at a time on food with a $20 minimum order. They switched all of the restaurants also to ones further away from your address. waste of time with all the hoops you have to jump through just to use the credits.

Yeah unless y'all let me start using the wallet money on food (which is way more important in this economy right now) there's no reason to use your app or sign up for 9.99 extra for things that are cheaper on Amazon. [Edit, you can use it for food but it only uses 15 dollars in credits and all the food is 50 percent more than if you go in...it's pickup...)
