you cant log in! i hit sign in, it sends me to the browser, I put in credentials, it accepts then takes me back to the app login, where I hit sign in and go through the same 3 actions.... I cant save favorites which is so annoying. love the website which works fine but this app is a waste of time. I'll stick to Zillow and the other apps that actually allow me to use them properly.

Filter options doesn't work! And prices are false, they show one price but when you inquire they are 200-300 more??!! Also shows everything, not just available 1 bedroom apartments. So you waste time trying to weed out lazy apartment managers who show units available but when you call they don't have anything till 6-8 weeks. Won't filter apartments out when searching for houses.

I find the search results to be deceptive - stated 291 available yet only 30 separate results. I realize this may be indicating the # of apartments available for rent amongst all 30, however I would rather it display the results of the apartment names that were available in a given area. The saved apartments on the website do not appear in favorites on the app, why the disconnect? The amount of illiteracy in app reviews are alarming, which makes it difficult to take them seriously.

Helpful shortcut to using the website when on the go. One suggestion: Being able to make groups/categories of or otherwise organize your favorites (for example, I'm looking at a few different geographical areas, and being able to make groups to separate favorites in CT, NY, MA, etc would be helpful).

The app keeps logging me out for no reason. It keeps deleting my saved searches and then they'll randomly reload (??), sometimes with other saved searches that I've never accessed and seems to be confusing my account with someone else's. What is the point of an app if I can't access past history? On the website I have access to this. Why is your app so glitchy?????

I used to find this app useful but it has been a pain since the last update. Why do I have to get a verification code sign every time I sign in even though I check the box to save my phone as a trusted device. And whenever I'm looking through the list of apartments if I see one I like and click on it I have to start all the way from the beginning when I click back out. Sometimes my favorites dont show up sometimes they do.

This app provides a good starting point, but there are other things I need to shorten my call list when searching for an apartment. One suggestion would be to search by breed restriction versus "pets okay." For example, the options could be, "cats okay, dogs okay, breed restrictions don't apply." Another suggestion is to include a way to permanently remove locations from the list.

I wouldn't trust an app that doesn't allow people that live in these places to leave comments about the properties. There's always an error while leaving a comment on the app about the property. You can only comment here and Google maps.

Don't waste your time! I was helping my son look for apartments within a set price range. It looked like many were available, great. When I went to the actual apartment website externally, the apartments showed that the prices were roughly $300-$400 higher than shown in the app.

One extremely annoying thing about this app is that it automatically defaults to your current location for apartment viewing so if you're looking for something out of town. You have re-type in your search, go to map view and scroll to where you're looking or save your search and select it through a number of options. Doesn't sound like a big deal unless you're using the app multiple times daily, like most who are moving would. I've searched all the settings and haven't found a solution.

Your app is slow and doesn't load listings half the time. Listings from landlords are never accurate. They will list for example, $900-1500, but the cheapest unit there is 1300. Makes searching within your budget impossible. No zoom on photos. Unsure why all media that's playing stops when I open the app. Bizarre.

This app limits your daily usage. I was so excited to use this app when I first downloaded it as it gives you a lot of details of the properties. I used it throughout the day. Suddenly the app stopped allowing me to search or use it anymore, stating I exceeded my limit. I contacted customer service to see how I can get around this issue, perhaps there was a fee to pay? They could tell me was to wait 24 hours and try the app again. A day later I tried and still doesn't work.

It's incredible that the morons running an apartment seeking app would show me apartments, the first 5 out of 6 which WERE NOT in the town that I specifically typed in 😅... Wow. What 🗑💩 I'd be better off using Google Maps at this point. And it's not because there aren't enough in said town. It just mixed in another into my search results.

needs a dark mode. also whenever I open the app, Spotify stops. Please fix.

Prices differ from the listings.

Very helpful, especially with the filter.

The app is okay, but I wish there were more filters for things like pet-free, age restrictions, average rating, along with things like the year the property was built and the number of stories. You can't even see the average rating of a place until you tap into the property, when it should be visible from the search menu. You also can't mark certain properties as "Not Interested" either, which makes narrowing things down more difficult.

easy and fast. very informative with maps and resources all easily accessible.

Because it's a round a bunch of stores and it's very convenient. Where it's at, it's by Walmart. 5 below convenient.

It really bothers me that they allow unavailable listings to stay posted. Often, my feed is filled with postings for the same complexes that have no units available, and have had none the entire time I've used this app. This makes searching for real units a horrible experience since the feed is so cluttered with useless listings. If they gave an option to at least filter out "unavailable", then it would be much better.
