Great app for using with your TOM software suite. You have to have total office manager to use this app. DO NOT PAY FOR OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT! If you do talk to someone at the company and look into it, we used to be all paper now we are all digital. It makes are work flow so much simpler and easier to Handel, no more writing down on paper work orders no more paper job tickets or fooling with 4 or 5 different softwares to Dispatch, take calls, Bill, warranty nothing! It's all on the app

Love the app but started getting an internal server error. Reinstalled and now tells me to update Aptora II Mobile before using however there is not an update available.

I've worked with Aptora for years and have used almost every piece of software they sell. I am, myself, an IT guy and an HVAC business owner with many years managing a company before buying one. I use Mobile II and TOM now and in the past. I am plagued with constant glitches and complaints. UX is not intuitive and many techs have trouble despite training. Unfortunately, I've decided to move away from Aptota altogether as a result.

Notes page will not scroll up keyboard covers technician notes. Makes it hard to see what I am typing. Very incredibly annoying.....

The app itself works just fine, however the fact that when a work order is changed and the is no notification to the employees really hinders how well this app is,

Ever since the update I no longer can use my companies URL to get to the log in page.

App keeps crashing hate it the website is so much better I suggest you use it...

Aptora Corp. needs to completely destroy this app and start over!

On phones the search feature doesn't work on many screens such as inventory. Works on Android tablets but not phones.

Poor user experience. Does not communicate well with software. Support is poorly trained and understaffed and only open limited hours.

I used to dislike this application very much but significant improvements have been made over the years. Tech support and all the staff at Aptora are very supportive and work quickly to implement bug fixes and recommendations from users.
