When autobell upgraded their app they really downgraded it. We had the unlimited package where you get billed monthly so they have a card on file. When autobell call themselves upgrading the app the money that you have on a gift card is automatically used towards your monthly payment but they have a card on file to draft. The money on the gift card is towards the additional etc Armour all the inside of the car or floor mats. Ended up canceling the service. App sucks! Mark the mgr was useless!

To wit, location might be important to you, but means nothing for the user. Therefore, noise in the UX path. (Viz. You can't autosubmit the location and save the user need to do so? How many Autobells are that close to each other?) This app is constantly needing updating. The updates are slow. And guess when that happens? When you open the app. And guess when is the only time that happens?
Why can't devices be logged into the account, multiple vehicles on the account but only 1 device can be logged in. That means only 1 person can take a car for a car wash. Very inconvenient when the car wash is not open when someone working overnight can access. This means I would have to take that person's device to use the car wash. Also, if they log in, I am logged out.
The app improved since a la carte services were added, but it needs a separate section just for user account information. They could incorporate payment info in this section, to allow payment methods to be edited more easily. Right now, there's no way to delete a card unless a subscription is canceled.
2 stars for the app 5 stars for the people who work at location. App seems to always need updating. Then you update it and then it says "we are having problems with our server, please check your internet connection. It doesn't work right. It has cars on my account that I have never owned and the ones I do it has the wrong plate and year. Prices keep going up so I am close to canceling the whole thing anyway.
I have so many problems with this app until it's frustrating. Sometimes it work and sometimes it don't. I just paid 37 dollars for unlimited full service and hope A.B fix this app soon. I was told by one of the employee I'm not the only one having issues with this app. Hopefully, they will fix this app soon so there won't be any issues when customers go to get their car washed.
The app requests multiple pieces of identifiable information inclusive of name, cell phone number, vehicle (make, model, color, plate). My cell was down this weekend, and I went for a wash on 5JUL2025, but the local wash in VB on First Colonial was unable to pull up any of this information to get a proper wash. Why is all of this needed if it can't be utilized when necessary?
I have tried for over two weeks, several times a day to install this app from the Android Play Store. Was told by a friend that it won't load on any Samsung device with Android 11. If that is the case, then the issues are totally on the developers end. Until I can install it, it shouldn't receive even one star. But 1 star is the lowest ranking allowed.

App used to be great but since this last update it won't move past the load screen on Google Pixel 9 via Verizon. Cancelled subscription since it's unusable.
The app does not seem to allow me to redeem washes the last few times I tried to use it. Only the first time I used it did it allow me to add a tip; every other time it hangs on the tip option.
Utterly unstable. Often broken. Long load time. Too many steps for a simple subscriber wash. Breaks after Android update. Not ready for prime time!
App usually works great. But, today it would not open after a recent update. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and logged back in and still nothing, it just shows a car and water. My wife and I have a monthly subscription but I had to pay to get my car washed because they had no way of accessing my subscription. She has a Pixel 8 pro and recently got a version 16 update. I have a pixel 9 pro with the same software version and I could open the app and order a wash.
App worked fine initially. Became worse with each update after 2023. Not recognizing locations, purchases, arrivals, etc. Even the attendants were frustrated and eventually got used to the app not working. They'd just write it down. Apparently I wasn't the only customer experiencing app issues.
You should be able to pick Wash and location before leaving your house! I have to drive up to the location I want and hurry up to use the app to pay then show the bar code. Its easier just to ride up and hand them your CC card. Please change the app. to allow you to pick the wash, location, and pay before you leave the house!! Only makes sense!
Love the convenience of the app, but I am unable to add additional services! I get an error code, but the charge goes through. First time I thought it was me, so I did it again, thinking the pending authorizations would drop. But NO! I have to call customer service to get the refund. Now I have to explain the issue and prove that the charges go through, which IS NOT convenient 😒
I started going here because they do the inside with the monthly plan I chose. Thing is, they don't do a very good job on it. My back window looked like they used a pork chop on it. One time, they almost lost my insert and said it wasn't there when they started. It was, and they found it. Today, debris was left in the console and door handles. I may cancel.
Your have to be right at the car wash before it will let you start the app process. It's doesn't allow you to tip from within the app. Today it keep saying the bar code had already been used. Tried again then it said I exceeded my daily maximum wash (2). The attendant was nice enough to let me through. Don't even think about using the app to report a problem. It is so inflexible and requires very specific entries to move on. This issue wasn't on there.
