Reviews for AUTODOC: buy car parts online

← Back to AUTODOC: buy car parts online

i just went in to order parts for my car, two pieces of the exhaust pipe, i put the items in my cart, headed to the checkout expecting that was the final price plus delivery and couldn't help but notice they charged 170€ for what they call "extra fee/autodoc tax" so the price went from 177€ to 357€ as the final price for two items, which makes autodoc nothing less than unjustfiable... the extra fee cost 7€ less than the parts, how do u justify this? when did u get mental deficiency

The app is ok, but the company behind it is not. No suggestion when ordering of how abnormally slow they are, but if they did they would loose business, but also a lot of the negative reviews. Do not expect the usual response that you get from other car parts companies. Very slow to pick orders, very slow to dispatch. Don't order unless you do so weeks in advance of needing the parts.

app is ok if you can navigate the adds. company its self isn't the best I've placed a ordered and 15days later still not dispatched. cant get any information on when nor how long if I cancel will it take to get my money back. regrets

absolutely disgusting. First: advertising the part provided misleading information second: after making an observation my order was cancelled it seems as I lost money, list Item. totally £42. and promised "up to 72 hours delivey" is absolute lye. you not delivery company. you can not promise what you can not fulfil. I booked the garage to replace the part and the part did not arrive in 2 weeks. and why? why you cancelled order. where did I say I am cancelling?delivery £10! hope someone will read

App is ok. Even with the registration number and chassis number (vin) it still gets parts wrong. So you end up looking at part numbers to see if it's right or wrong. This can take a while. At least for my car BMW F31 standard chassis with Msport undercarriage. Be sure to get the right parts, bacause many wrong ones come up too. Been using them for most of my cars and has worked well (tho their sorting of parts should be better). The parts are from well known brands.

recently ordered something. paid extra for shipping. now they say i have to pay extra for sending shipment. ordered some damping cover that also doesn't fit with the cars. screws were small. product holes are not aligned also. very frustrating. uninstalled there app and never again to use Autodoc.

ordered then waited 4 days for it to be given to the courier, they have now had it for 4 more days and it's still not out for delivery, I've ended up having to put the old discs back on so I can get about. I think 8+ days is ridiculous waiting for car parts,I'll definitely be using a local auto factor next time. Can't comment on the parts as they still haven't arrived.

Great app for parts and prices are very competitive. The only downside is the time taken for items to be delivered. Besides items being delivered by Evri, there are no other options to expedite delivery, especially when parts are urgently required. Other than that, it's a great app

can't paste password or use Password manager when logging in. As I have unique super long generated passwords, it makes it impossible to log in... so I more or less order from competitors out of laziness. Otherwise it's probably ok. Edit: removed 1 star after the commen från Autodoc. As it's recommended from several security institutes på use a password manager and a strong (long and complex), and the app has blocked it from being used.

Nagware. Constantly presented with marketing notifications that are not of interest and can find no way to turn them off. Was offered a transcript at the end of a chat session but never received it. Delivery time considerably longer than indicated due to appallingly long time to pick and despatch.

Even if I stay upto date on the app, it stops registering the daily login, so every 7 days, just after the first extra bonus it stops registering the next day, and resets itself to day one - and I always lose one day of bonus. LAME! Shame, when the store itself is great!

EDIT: The app also has helpful videos and advice. I think AutoDoc is the only place to save money when it comes to owning a vehicle—everything else costs a fortune! Great prices for everything you can think of, top brands, too. The customer service is on point as well, so I recommend using AutoDoc if you like saving money.

Great app for all car parts needs. The only issue I have is the advertising (push notifications) are quite persistent and regular and we need a better way of controlling what we want to receive. The only way to control the push advertisements is to disable the Push Notifications toggle but this also stops order information coming through. Perhaps add toggles for "Offers", "Order information" etc so that we can choose what we want to receive in push notifications? Thanks.

The app is generally OK but the check out section has not enough info before payment. I had a discount coupon code but I couldn't use even though I added. I didn't see the exact amount before the payment. And now I don't know if I still have the coupon. This is a shopping app and I think the payment section is the most important part.

On their page they spam you with tons of pop-ups saying you'll save through the app. There's no savings, just the annoyance of getting tons of notifications forcing you to buy something. To make things worse, even if you select your car in the app, the parts that you get recommended don't always fit your car and they refuse to admit their mistake and exchange them!

AUTODOC seems to have an issue going with their app at the moment with prices being charged at a higher price than their website even though they state the opposite, plus you cannot use only one coupon at a time and you cannot use your bonus points with any coupon which is totally a waste of time for anyone collecting points then, very disappointed as a customer. we're actually very happy with AUTODOC and their products if these issues can be resolved

Good prices, good service. INCREDIBLY annoying app! I'm writing this negative review because every time I change page in the app, the screen is blocked by a prompt saying 'Write a review'. I don't want to write a review! But if I don't, it's impossible to keep shopping. I don't want check-in and trophies. I just want to shop with a reliable, competitive retailer who makes it easy for me to do so. Notifications are all turned off btw. I think I'll delete the app & just use the website.

Nothing against the app. But stop peddling it on every page you affiliate for. Edit: open any Web page on mobile that has your company as a backend. First popup is an indismissable ad for the very app on the play store. There's no way of getting rid of it without opening the store, even if I take a stylus and press the X button on said pop up, it opens the play store. I will not use your app to order parts. I want to use a Web page. No more, no less.

Selection of goods is much more limited in the app than on the site. I couldn't find what I needed on the app and ordered online. 11 days later, they still haven't managed to dispatch the goods (all of the products were marked as available on their site at the time of the order). Despicable customer service and experience, will be avoiding like the plague in the future. Slightly cheaper parts are not worth the added hassle and trouble of going through this.

The app works fine - as long as you can log into it. But if you use long, unique and strong passwords, as I do, the ability to copy them from my password manager and paste them in is an essential feature. Weirdly, this app does not allow pasting into its login fields. Not only is this unusual, it's actually less secure. So I won't use it until this is fixed.
