Reviews for AXS Tickets

It seems reselling your ticket through this app is effectively impossible on my Galaxy S23. I cannot get past the "Add a payout method" screen without it telling me to check my internet connection. I have now tried every single functioning connection I have access to, that are otherwise working fine, just to receive the same error. This is 100% on your end. Way to add unnecessary stress to your paying customers.

The app was great years ago but has been horrible for about two now. Constantly flagging you as a bot and blocking access to your account. Blocking you from getting into presale so the actual bots buy all the tickets before you can. When you have to sell tickets in a pinch, they won't let you add payment methods and just keep giving you a notification about connection issues. The worst part is their horrible and inaccessible customer service that never fixes the problem appropriately.

Worst app I have ever had to deal with. I made an account and it won't let me log in, I can log in on the browser, but not the app. Then I finally got the app to recognize my account but it needs a verification code sent to your phone number simple enough right? No. I entered my number over and over and resent the code at least 4 times before trying to have it call me instead, and then I still received no call. And now I have to wait a half hour to try again. Avoid using AXS whenever possible.

The app barely works. Their service in general barely works. It fights against allowing you to sign into your account (has to verify you're a "real fan" every time in connected to wifi, and ofc doesn't let me sign in). Once I finally got into my account, it says there is a problem viewing my tickets, so I can't access those either. These ticket services (AXS, Ticketmaster, etc.) are just about the worst thing to happen to live events.

They really need to work on their Auth for the app, it kept denying saying my username or password was wrong even though I just used the same credentials to sign in on the website. After reading a few reviews here it turns out the problem was that I had a VPN running. Turns out that if the app thinks you are anywhere you're not supposed to be it won't work, that's bad design. Now I'm worried that when I travel to another city for a show if the app will work.

You guys are really adamant in not letting people get refunded for selling the tickets back. I kept trying to add a payout method. At first the Continue button was greyed out with no warning until I realised the DOB is expected in MM/DD/YYYY. Next, it looked like my tickets were sold back but the payout method is not registered. Everytime I try to go to manage payout it returns Something went wrong, check your connection. No problems when I try to buy though.

Worst app I've ever used. No matter how many times I reset my password, I can only log in to the website on my browser; the app always says the password is wrong! Tickets aren't accessible to scan through the website, so now I'm stuck with no access to my event tickets. Seriously, this is literally the main job of this app and it can't even do that. Completely worthless. I hope the venue picks a new ticketing partner moving forward.

In the past couple months I've started getting the "are you a real fan not a bot?" pop up every single time I open the app. If I'm quick enough I can x out of the pop up and see my account, but I can't actually do anything about whatever's causing the problem. I also can't transfer my tickets to Google Wallet because of an unknown error, so I'm just waiting for the moment I get locked out of being able to see a show I have legitimate tickets for.

IF YOU CAN LOG IN ON THE WEBSITE BUT NOT THE APP, TURN OFF WIFI AND TRY AGAIN ON DATA. The app kept saying my password was wrong, despite being able to log on the website. And of course you can't just get your tickets from the website, you must have the app. I finally figured out that if I turned off WiFi, suddenly my password worked. It is absolutely wild that I see many reviews over months, at least, with this same issue but AXS hasn't fixed it.

Like others have already mentioned, this app sucks. The app and desktop browser have two different passwords... WHY? So you have to reset your password to log into the app if you've previously set a password on the website. This isn't stated anywhere on either platform. Also, you can't be on wifi or any VPN which is suspect at best. I was scared that I'd be on hold for customer service for hours based on other reviews, but I got someone on the phone and live chat within 10 minutes. FIX THIS APP!

Caught in log in death loop. Waited w customer service for 20 min only for everything to go back to wrong after I logged out. Now, it says wrong password every time I log in (even when I reset the password). can't get customer support when trying to change a phone number and they will ask for government id even though you never provided them one to begin with if you want something changed. Weird. Don't use this app if you don't have to

Very sad with my experience on this app. getting tickets was fine, but I was unable to attend the event and had to sell. I bought my tickets for $40 a pop. They would not let me sell them for less than $85, their "original price". couldn't transfer them to another platform, either. Really disappointing to see artifical markup patterned into this app, at the expense of event fans.

horrible/possible scam. You buy your event tickets and then do not get access to them because they don't allow you to sign in on their app. website logins work fine but guess what your tickets aren't available there. EDIT. so I finally got it to work. Those having issues need to do the reset password through the app a few times. By the 4th time it finally worked. They need to address this ASAP.

Took way too long to log in. I can log in on my desktop, and mobile browser, but when I try in the app it says password does not match. It wasn't until I accessed via cell data that it would let me proceed and even then it said it couldn't verify that I was a human. My wifi is as secure as any data connection, I have no idea why they have such ridiculous security measures. Fix your app, Axs. I hate that I have to use it.

Can no longer attend the event, and when I try to sell my tickets I keep getting error messages to "check my connection". My connection is fine, so I followed THEIR advice of unstalling and resetting password. Now I can't even log in at all. Help chat leads nowhere. Already annoyed that I can't attend, but now I don't even have the chance of recouping any amount of my money.

unable to log in on the app "something went wrong, please check your connection and try again" Clearly the issue is not with my connection, or I wouldn't be able to leave this review. "something went wrong" is not very helpful. fix the app so people can log in. I had to use a web browser to sign up because the app wouldn't work...but still can't log in on the app. tried reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work.

Went to a show last night and app couldn't retrieve tickets. They were able to find them in the system, but the point is to have them on my phone for quick entry and not to have to wait 15 extra minutes. Missed the first couple of songs due to not being able to even open the app. Today the tickets aren't even listed as past order. A lot of people were having similar issues. Would have been better if you could preprint them.

We stood outside the venue for 10 minutes trying to get our tickets and kept getting the "are you a real fan?" message. If your app can't handle the traffic it gets during events, it shouldn't be the only way to access tickets. I'd rather just pick the tickets up at will call, it would have been faster. Uninstalling and won't be using again. If you read the other reviews you can see they're just giving stock apologies and not fixing anything. Boo. Boo your app.

Bought tickets for a show I can no longer attend. I've been trying for 2 days to sell them through the app. Kept getting "check your connection" while trying to add a payout method. Tried everything- restarting app, changing password, support page, FINALLY found a working number to call for customer service. All they could do was send in a request for my issue to be looked at. Still haven't heard anything back about that. Buy tickets somewhere else... this is a headache.

Terrible app. Due to a glitch/app freezing, I wound up purchasing twice the number of tickets needed for an event. I have been trying for WEEKS to sell the tickets I don't need, and it keeps saying "I don't have a connection." NO ONE answers emails. The event is this Saturday (10/11). If you can avoid this app and purchase another way or do "will call," you absolutely should.
