This app is not working properly. Since the last update, it will not log in. It goes through the intro screen EVERY TIME I try to log in. It always says it is loading and then says there is an error. It takes so long to actually get to the app to do anything. I am, however, still almost forced to use it since I can not call my doctor at the clinic and get a message to him in a timely manner. If the doctor was not so quick to respond, I would delete the app.

Ok app. Everything seems to work and pretty easy to find. Organization of documents seems a little confusing but probably not on the developers, more likely our screwed medical system. Only technical problem is the "remember me" never works. Always have to re-enter my info.

I have two docs in the same office. One is found when i search to make an appointment, but doesnt isnt for Rx refills or messages. The other doc isnt found anywhere. Feels like the app was released before it was finished, but its a good start, and mostly useful if you have other resources.

Is there a way to have the draft option back.. I'm a person who needs time to think. how I want to approach a medical situation, and when the screen times out, the entire message gets erased, and I have to start over again, not remembering what I had written in the last message. I dont like having to create a note and copy and paste in the hope of my messages not getting erased.

this app is the worst. it lies about what doctors take what insurance. it is a complete pain in the you know what to use. im not sure banner has a single thing that actually works.

I have been trying to review my bill, but unable to find my account number. your site is confusing and non user friendly

I love the service I receive from all of the doctors, nurses, and staff. Banner Health takes the time to listen to your needs.

What sucks about this program when you're trying to contact a billing agent? All you get is a number that wants to take you to and online payment program. You don't have the ability to speak to a representative

It's not user friendly whatsoever! you need to take some pointers from the UC health app. It's so user friendly and easy to navigate! This app stinks figure it out

it didn't take my original password so I had to redo it. and then the new one said it was already used. uhg

Extremely unreliable. Messaging portal is very clunky and takes forever to load. App crashes when attempting to upload images, completely erasing any typed message so you have to start from scratch constantly.

It would be an awesome app if it actually let me enter my email address... I uninstalled it and then redid it haven't tried it yet but I'll keep u ppl posted I suppose... ttyl

I can't get into my portal, entered email, password, and nothing. set up a new account tells me that account exists. locks me out after a few tries. It seems like the staff gets my emails, but I do t get back response. Not friendly usable for some patients. hope I will be able to get a response back if not call

I love being able to access our chart anytime. it's great!

I love that this app is so easy to use and navigate. I am able to do exactly what I need very quickly!

I can never read my medical chart or messages or anything. you'd think a place like Banner would have a better app/website than any other social media app..

The app is incredibly efficient, and for the most part asks you all the most pertinent questions. The only problem I'm having is that the reason I need to go see them was not on the list, and they don't have a way for you to put in the information so that they have it

I have always loved this app. Having my results, upcoming appointments, refill requests, etc right at my fingertips is awesome. But for several weeks now I can even sign in. I put my username and password in and the sign in button never highlights or responds. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc and nothing works. Super frustrated. 😒😤

Completely changed my review of app. I told the gal at my Dr's my frustration & she gave me tech support phone #. Said she was lost at 1st. Said to call & they'd get me up & running. The tech support guy patiently walked me to where to find various specific info. Now I have no problem. I realized if I'd slowed down, it is a great app esp with how much data has to be organized for each part of every patient's care! So thanks to you all!

I sometimes have to write important and complicated messages to my doctor and his staff. Too many times I have to rewrite them because they disappear due to hitting a wrong key or something else touching the screen. there is no saving a draft that I can find. poor app compared to others.
