So here's my honest take on Beat Boxing Fitness. I've tested a bunch of workout apps and this one's pretty solid. The cardio routines are no joke - you'll be dripping sweat after just 20-30 minutes. I like that there's options for weighted workouts too, gives you more variety. Only downside is the app can be a bit buggy at times, but the actual workouts are great. If you want an intense, fun way to get in shape, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.

Been using Beat Boxing Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically a non-stop cardio class that combines punching, kicking, boxing moves, and dance moves to today’s music. Pretty solid app if you’re into high-intensity workouts.

Here’s what you do: There’s a bunch of different workout videos you can follow along with. And you got your basic cardio routines, but there’s also ones with weights for extra toning. Took me a while to figure out the different class options, but it’s all pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle, or just want an intense workout, you’ll probably like Beat Boxing Fitness. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into dance-based fitness.

This is the program I keep coming back for. Especially their dumbell and kettle bell videos. Theyre entertaining and the music along with it makes it such a vibe!
