This game is only fun for about twenty minutes. The tutorial was fun, but after that, the rest of the game was horrible. WAY too many adds just for a single level, and if you want to skip the adds? Locked behind a paywall. You'll probably never find you favorite song, because looking for a good song takes sooooooooo long. Please add a search bar, and if you do, at least make it more visible. You can not play this game without a paywall, or else you'll be stuck in adds every level. Horrible...
Reviews for Beat Maker Pro - DJ Drum Pad
← Back to Beat Maker Pro - DJ Drum PadThis game would be cool, but I cant even play it. After each segment of pushing 3-5 buttons, you are immediately met with an ad wall consulting of 2 ads. I have been playing for maybe 15 mins and didn't even get through the first song. I am deleting the app. To the creators- ads are fine in a game if they are spaced out. But having 2 adds every 20 seconds is not fun and nobody will want to play your game when you do this.
The amount of ads is INSANE. You have to watch a 30sec ad just to start the 1st song, then after each 10sec song you get another 30 second ad. The creator doesn't even read the reviews, they just copy/paste the same response. They do not care about your opinion, they just want you to buy the paid version. Tons of free games exist with a fraction of the ads this has. It's literally a joke. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS "GAME"! It's literally just an ad machine.
Ads are prevalent, repetitive, and long that I decided to uninstall soon after. The excuse to keep it free like they keep reply and they will here. It's to annoy you into making a purchase. I had three, 30 second ads in the first four minutes after opening the app for the first time. I was just clicking around in the app to see where things were. They could easily give you a number of hours or a couple weeks as a trial and have no ads and still make money of paid subscribers. To annoy you.
Don't bother. Ad made it look like a fun little game, maybe it is, maybe it isn't but since you can't do absolutely anything without accepting a 3 day trial, or paying them £8.49 per WEEK. It's just not worth the time downloading it. Could at least have a selection of like 2 or 3 songs to try it out, on the other hand, who is paying £35 a month for this when there are free alternatives.
Maybe it's good, but I wouldn't know because starting out with the app to try it out and see how it works and if I like it, they play way too many ads. I'm trying to learn to make beats for my own songs, not spend 1-2 minutes watching an ad after every "lesson" and after the trial it's going to cost me $7.99 per week!? That's ridiculous! And yeah developers, I totally want to spend a ton of money just to not see 5,000 ads in 5 minutes just to try your stupid app...use your brains!
I played it for exactly 1 level and have decided to uninstall. The first thing this "game" does is try to get you to spend money without even playing a level first under the guise of a 3-day "free trial". Do not be fooled!! I hit the X on that right away. I played the first tutorial level that lasted 10 seconds and got hit with an ad that lasted 30 seconds. NOPE! RED FLAG SUCCESSFULLY AVOIDED
This game is absolutely the definition of TRASH!!! Usually when I complete a lesson for a song, an ad appears. Then when the ad is finished, I try to do another lesson. And when I finish that lesson and try to go to the next, ANOTHER AD APPEARS!! It's like the ads are longer than the game itself. Second of all, when I do a hard lesson, it lags a lot and I miss tons of times. I don't know if it's just my device not functioning properly or not. PLEASE FIX THIS OR I'M GONNA UNINSTALL YOUR GAME!! 😡
Free version, the ads were way to long and unskippable. I expected some ads, but nothing like three straight minutes of sitting through a 'Cup Hero' ad without any changes to different ads or the ability to skip. And too many ads, having to watch a seemingly unending ad after every little thing you do on the game. And all these 5-star reviews have to be bots or something, either that or people's standards have severely dropped.
i played for about 6 minutes. Went through 8 "lessons". Just don't even bother. Kind of a cool concept but they run an ad after every single lesson. And I mean every single lesson, whether it is a 5 second lesson or one of the incredible long ones (about 15 seconds) there is an ad right after. Truly believe the only way this has 4.6 star rating must be bots. Not worth the 8 seconds of my life it took to download this
The game has an overwhelming number of ads—every time I navigate to a new page, I’m bombarded with them. On top of that, the price for the pro subscription feels excessively high. I tried playing for a week, hoping the ads would decrease, but they only became more frequent. Please consider reducing the number of ads and adjusting the subscription pricing to be more reasonable.
Very simple reason for the (should be able to put half star) one star... Ads. Everything gives an ad and it is not making me want to subscribe for the Premium subscription they immediately throw at your face on startup. Restart something? Ad. Continued to another part of a tutorial? Ad. Clicked on something random? Ad. This isn't an app or game, it's a demonstration of many things that's wrong with mobile apps and gaming. A case study, even. DON'T get this, unless you like adverts that much.
I have never seen a game with so many ads. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game Edit: The response from the devs is not a justification for the ads. Players should be able to have some sort of an experience prior to investing in a subscription they aren't sure about, instead of being forced to spend money on something they aren't sure about
I would give 0 stars if I could. I downloaded it thinking it would be kinda fun but I can't even get to play it. And it has nothing to do with ads. I don't even get to see the ads because the game literally crashes and takes me to my home screen the second I click continue. I just downloaded it. Tried 3 times and still wouldn't even let me play it at all. Great game. such an amazing game.
WAY. TOO. MANY. ADS. I never leave reviews on apps but this one just made me so mad! There is an ad after EVERY lesson. And the lessons are only a few seconds long! So basically the app is unusable unless you pay for no ads. I'm sick of companies doing this. People can barely Afford much these days and y'all are wanting us to pay to use an app? Ridiculous. Don't bother getting this app unless you want to pay for no ads.
honestly, the fact you have to pay to play this, 7.99$ a week is stupid. Sorry but it is. And you're not even playing the full song just in small spirts and it slowly teaches you. The lessons are odd. Nothing to teach it's just a slow way of letting you play the songs you may or may not like. Only had one song I enjoyed and it was the weirdest way to teach you to play. I would rather play piano tiles.
it's exactly what it says, so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. It's a "simple" rhythm game and nothing super special. if you have no real rhythm and can look past notes being way late even though the prompt says "perfect" then you might like it. However, anybody who has been in any kind of band, or even studied music a little bit, won't be satisfied with the timing of this lazily thrown together cash grab. they even expect you to pay $7.99 a month! Just get piano tiles... at least it's free...
Looks fun, but the pro subscription is WAY too expensive for what it is. If you want to play for free, you have to watch an ad for each song. Doesn't seem that bad, right? That's until you figure out each song has around 7 lessons, and after each lesson, you are forced to watch an ad. It's completely ridiculous. It's sad to see so many moblie games fall into the trap of being money hungry. "We rely on ads," my tushy. You could play an ad before playing a song and make just enough to run the app.
The number of ads is INSANE. You do a lesson, ad. You do another lesson, ad. Mind you, these lessons take less than a minute to complete. And you're forced to watch most of the ads, unable to skip them, that are upwards of 2 - 3 minutes long. It's incredibly irritating. They also force the trial or subscription down your throat as soon as you open the game. Clearly they are just incredibly money hungry. If they reduced the ads a bit and the trial nonsense, this could easily be a good app.
omg where do I start. first of all, there's an ad after every single level. I wouldn't usually mind it too much, but the levels are at max 5 seconds long for a 15- 30 second add. second of all the app just sucks. the music sounds bad, the "game play" mechanics of it suck. the buttons don't work when in a "level". I'd advise you don't download. it sucks.
