Clunky and some of the features won't work - for example: when I want to view what customers have downloaded, the app just gets stuck on load and nothing shows. Great app for quick access to your catalogue and stats, but I'd never use it to upload.

I don't understand, I checked all the boxes but my track is being processed. Been 3 hours and still processing not only that the link has been generated and everything but if I want to play my song an error has occurred... Frustrating to say the least

I'm a not happy at all. 1. I can't withdraw my money, I have set up Paypal but still it says set up an account. 2. When I try to change my payment method the app starts to restart itself. I am very disappointed if this how you treat new customers. To add to the list your distributor for music doesn't work quite well, last year I uploaded 3 albums but only one could get through, I had to make another payment for me to distribute my music with another agent.

cant even login or sign up, same with the normal app. leaves me at a black screen and doesnt change. so i cant even get in.

Downloaded quick to find a link to a beat I had uploaded recently but kept private for a specific sale, for some reason I couldn't do it on the site but everything was laid out properly and nicely. I found the link and made the sale with the delight of a cha-ching alert the app made with the sale lol So far so good, convenient for a seller to sort, find and edit their tracks for sale.

This app along with the "main" beatstars app get stuck in certain places of the profile customization. For this app specifically, I can't make it past the username and biography portion. I'm just stuck at the green check after I click save and continue. I closed the app and reopened it and it brought me back to the same page. Sad faces.

Update: Chrome is my default browser as I'm using a Google phone. I attempted to log in on my desktop as well and I'm having the same issue.. Like a bunch of other users, I'm stuck in a loop trying to log in. It doesn't make sense how the dev workaround is to ask each individual having issues to provide an email to resolve. Clearly there is an issue with enough users that an update needs to be executed. The only reason I downloaded the app was at the request of the studio manager.

This app sucks for over a year now and beatstars does nothing about it. I've been using beatstars for a long time and at some point last year the app just started changing the attached files between my beats and when I try to change it back from the app it seems like it is fixed and after a few minutes it messes it up again. I deleted the app and I fixed the issue from my PC and everything was fine untill I downloaded the app again. Love beatstars but the same bug for a year is crazy

As a growing producer, the app is amazing from a business standpoint. amazing platform!

I am an artist and I recently joined beatstars so as to monetize my content. Hoping for the best 🙏🏾. The app is easy to use, I love it.

The app is updated to the last version and is not allowing me to log in, there's a black screen and is stuck there.

this is scam imagine I payed for monthly professional plan $24.99 you didn't verify till my license expire me my money just went like that I can't believe it and you can't even refund your service is not good I'm so disappointed

So many bugs! 1. When I'm adding a track, it say the audio file is already in use on another track, but how? Its the first time i added it. So I check the last uploaded track and it is somehow on there. So it changed my last track audio file completely and its confused(replaced) it with my newest uploaded track. 2. On the distribution is says the albums primary artist must be the same as the track level, AND IT IS! I have to delete the track and restart it again for it to work. Fix it!

Too Many Bugs Sometimes It Just Loads Forever On The Login Screen, Sometimes It Just Won't Upload Files To The Server Same As The Website Version On Desktop🤦🏽‍♂️

No way to Embed player on Facebook feed. Most other sites can do it. Big limitation.

Can't connect paypal. Every time I try, it wont allow me to enter an email address. Using an S24. Keyboard never shows up, but I can enter a password easily. Bet this issue wouldnt happen on an iPhone.

I promise you this app one day will get my beat stolen...I kept aploading a tagged beat for an hour It kept aploading an untagged audio...the aploading process for the app is f up...it aploads without stopping, unless you go out and continue

because your help needs payment I'll never do it these are a lot of people hate your apps because they need payment always and some of them are cards we put the right number to say decline so I'm going to report this app and then the block it then people will not use the app make me to treat for free right now I'm giving you 3 days
