Been using this for the past 5-6 years. The recent price hike is unbelievable. All of a sudden the price was hiked 10 times. Now for what I pay a year, I could pay some developer to develop me one app just like this.

The app is working perfectly. It is simple to use, and yet it has variety of options that suits well to any type of accommodation. Unlike many other booking apps, this one is perfect to use on mobile devices. 5 stars from me!

Generally a great app for accomodation service management. Provision for restricted user access would be appreciated so some users can have the app on a read-only basis. Not sure if any upgrades were done but currently facing challenges with iCalendar imports and no assistance from support after a week of multiple request submissions :(

I have used this product for the past 4 years now. Had nothing but great things to say about it. However the price hike in the last couple months has been unbelievable. It is now four times more expensive to use this app for the exact same service. It is no longer feasible for us to afford this and now have to go through the task of reloading everything in a new app. How disappointing!

I took package to check but they made some points in which auto debit was hidden. I used this app for few days found not upto Mark for my business. So I stopped using. But next month without any prior notice they debited renewal amount from account. Please return my money I am not interested in using this software.

I really love this app, I have using it almost 2 years, but now the premium price was really high, the annual price become to monthly price... I didn't use other function also, just for record the date.. Now decide to quit this, Thank for the app too!

I have an issue with the way you setup the premium (trial?) portion of the program. There is no way to tell what is or is not premium, but if you select an option that is, no warning, no asking if I would like to try the premium features just instantly enabled a 30 day trial (I hope it's a trial as there was no confirmation what so ever and I'm not going to have a charge on my account). So now I can't even test the free features to see if they meet my needs.

Just wanted an app to substitute for Airbnb's terrible calendar system for multiple listings. This is okay. It's more of a spreadsheet then a calendar but it's better. If you don't want to input everything manually, they will link to Airbnb but it will destroy your host payment settings and costs money..... just for a calendar. It has a lot of features that may be helpful for a rental assistant if you aren't using Airbnb or any of those apps to get guests.

Always been a good app until lately. As the manager of a busy hotel we rely on this system however the glitches are horrendous making it practically unusable. Everytime you open up bedbooking the calender just scrolls/moves continuously so that you can't click anything. Also has glitches where the room numbers don't align with the bookings. Messing up our bookings. Not impressed. Very hard to contact bedbooking to ask for support as well.

Need improvement in payment/deposit section. Sometimes guest pay or add deposit daily. And it is difficult to record it in this app, because it is either down payment or fully paid. Add deposit field can only record number without any further detail(payment date or etc). Will surely subscribed pro if this is implemented

I have used the app for a few years now generally I have been very happy with it in my application as I dont use it for a human motel just recently when I update clients info it doesn't save this is on both the app and internet versions very frustrating. I would give 5 out of 5 stars if this could be addressed and if the client field titles could be customised.

Suddenly, the price multiplied 6 times. This happened because they collected our data and decided for a new price based on our incomings. They also create a database with the names and numbers of our guests. Changing the price, for the same service, from 7$/month to 45$/month, it's called Fraud. No respect for the customers. Abusive behaviour. Subscription for 45$/month is Theft.

I'm into month 2 of using this apps. Helped a lot. But still lacks of proper connection to agoda. The icalendar sometimes ok, most of the times, failed. Aprreciate that it got checkin and checkout reminder. Plus point if added security deposit placeholder to track it acceptance and refund.

I have been useing this app for years and it made my life so easy. It was perfect for my needs. I paid to have the full benifit of all the functions, but the new price hike is so extreme that I simply can not afford it any longer! To my frustration I will stop using bedbooking and the search has begin for a new app that is more afordable but that render the same service. Very frustrating!

Unfortunately, the new price is huge comparing to our needs. We couldn't find a way to pay only for booking calendar (we don't need anything else, just a booking calendar), we don't need the all premium features, so we'll have to switch to another app after years of BedBooking, losing the data base of clients and having to manually copy all the bookings. Other than that, the booking calendar is excellent. Too bad is useless now. That's why the two stars.

App works great, kept up to date over the years. Payment via PayPal seems to be a problem. Impossible to get the developers to cooperate. After PayPal payment not reflecting we had to do bank card payment too. Still waiting for them to credit. Developers did credit said amount to account, much appreciated!

Very good app , just having some problems with it in the IOS , my partner has an iPhone ( 14.7.1 version ) and she can't get the app bedbooking past 3.1.2 ( version ) . In my case I have a android and have your app on the 5.15.1 , Works like a bomb ! but if my working partner can't have the same version she can't fill out all the details that wee need. ( Full name , down payment , phones number .... ) So that means that only I can't actually make a full reservation !! Please help us out

Very high price, they rised price 10x. One month about 130eur. The price you are asking is high. Totally abnormal. For such an app, you had a reasonable price before, now it is many times overpriced. I don't see the slightest reason for such a price increase, only if you have few customers and want to charge an unreasonably high price.. But I am sure that you will lose most of your customers in the coming years. I think the competition is growing and I know there are many other similar apps.

This app is mediocur at best. The housekeeping set up is not functional. It needs to allow the user to mark if a room is clean instead of automatically doing this for you. And not disappear after 1 day. Needs free text fields with editable titles so the user can track items. Not all businesses are alike. I track when a welcome email is sent out, if a guest is banned from returning, etc. The payment sections don't make sense for US currency. Much more!!!

I was investigating this app for some friends who own a campground. Although being able to see all of their bookings on a calendar at a glance on multiple syncing devices is nice, the calculating capabilities are sorely lacking. First, on the phone app I do not see an amount per day. I would be nice to know WHAT amount it is using to calculate. I also can't find a place to put in a tax percentage either on the phone or online. When you add in a tax amount manually, it does not add it to the total. I also find that you can't add an amount for an extra person per day or an amount for an extra service per day. Even if you put in the extra service and edit it to accommodate the number of days, it does not add it into the total. This has the potential to be a great app but it definitely needs work. Sadly, by the time it is ready for prime time, I will have found something else for my friends to use.
