So here's my take on Beloud: News & Free Speech. I've tested a bunch of news apps and this one stands out for its focus on free speech and user-generated content. I like that it doesn't just feed you the top stories, but lets you dive deeper and discuss with other readers. And the community aspect is pretty cool. At the same time, the app can feel a bit overwhelming with all the different feeds and features. And while I appreciate the goal of elevating diverse voices, the lack of curation means you get a lot of questionable content too. But if you're looking for an alternative to the typical news app, Beloud is worth checking out.

Been using Beloud: News & Free Speech for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you go beyond the headlines and dive deeper into the core of news stories. There’s a ton of breaking news, local updates, and global headlines all in one place. The team at Beloud curates a bunch of verified articles daily to make sure you’re getting the latest and most reliable info.

Here’s what you can do with the app: you can explore a bunch of different news topics, follow stories you care about, and even share your own thoughts and opinions. There’s also a whole community aspect where you can interact with other readers. Took me a bit to figure it all out but it’s a pretty cool way to stay informed and have your voice heard.

Look, if you’re into news and current events, you’ll probably like Beloud. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit cluttered and the notifications can get annoying sometimes. But overall it’s a solid app that lets you go beyond the basic headlines.
