DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I paused my subscription for 4 weeks because I was low on funds. The next day they tried to charge my Debit Card (which I NEVER gave them) for $94.85 - twice! The monthly charge was $21.19. I messaged them asking why they charged me & how they got my debit card information. They didn't answer my questions & just canceled my subscription. I had to cancel my debit card & get a new one. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I must admit at first I was a bit skeptical and decided to just do the trial run. I was so impressed by my results and the AMAZING coach-Alex, I was paired with. 6 months later still going strong. I would've given 5 stars but there's occasional glitches that make me go through the browser. However, my coach and tech team are always quick to resolve the issue. If accountability is what you need, I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try.

I paid for a year long subscription (granted it was at a reduced price) only to find out that despite my settings CLEARLY being set to GAIN weight, the program automatically has me learning about losing it! I don't want to fast if I'm gaining weight. I don't want to read about tips and tricks to losing it. I want a program that does what it was supposed to do—build me a custom plan based upon my goals to help guide me through dieting and exercise.

I pay for the app and it's OKAY but could be better and I'll probs go back to the Peloton app. First, it's annoying that there isn't a way to bookmark or save workouts that you want to try. Second, there's no search feature or at least tags - for example, if I want rowing instructions I have to scroll through a million workouts. Third, there are very few weight trainings that I have found and they're all just randomly sprinkled into other workouts.

My first workout was great. I definitely wouldn't pay over 100$ for their workout equipment. I would buy on Amazon the same stuff but cheaper. they do have meal options. Im considering. But I haven't gone through yet. They show me ideas on meals until I go through their meal plan. Which is awesome. it shows me gluten-free ideas , and I'm constantly struggling to find ideas for snacks, dinner, breakfast, etc. so that's amazing. I'll add another review in 12wks to give an update on how it goes.

I've just signed up, and so far, it looks more like a Shopping App than a Workout App. As soon as you select your plan (I went with the most basic one), it keeps on trying to push top tiers on you, even when you skip it. Almost all screens have some sort of "Buy Now" button. Do not use if you have any type of spending addiction. I'll try to keep using to see how the workouts go, but with these many "Buy Now" buttons everywhere, I can already see myself quitting this app after the trial month.

It doesn't take into consideration if your gym doesnt have certain equipment so you cant complete all of them sometimes. For example battle ropes. You cant add your own meals or adjust your own calories. I eat meals from Foodie fit that labels macros and calories but the app only has a select few options, none of which match the calories or macros I am consuming so it makes it useless to track food.

I initially signed up for the Pilates workout you see everywhere online. But, under the trainings section, there's SO MUCH MORE! I've done the walking, gym, and today, the one of the somatic sessions (which was an eye opener!). There's about 8 different groups of Pilates, HIIT workouts, stretching, you name it and it's probably there.

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$ Subscription plan scam & Their support doesn't help/care about you to help!! This app was downloaded to help with my weight lose journey without showing results. I cancelled the plan but got offered a lower rate to continue and gave it another chance. Now I got charged the full price plus the reduced price. They aren't honoring a refund on their subscription mess up. This app is a major scam, please don't waste your money!!

Would be a nice app but it won't work. I can open the app, but none of the features load. I have switched to a different internet connection, updated the app, cleared cache, restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I've wasted 30 min this morning trying to get an app THAT I PAID FOR to work, and NOTHING. I want my money back.

Good overall workout regimen. The trainer and clock/explanation are extremely un-synced. Im often watching a different workout while the narrative is explaining another. Once I got further along in the workout, the trainer was a little better with syncing but there's a loop portion which throws me off on the workout. For example, between workout types as thr clock counts down, the trainer will begin the next routine and halfway through, resets and starts their routine over again.

The app works great and delivers on its purpose. My only concern is with customer service. While I understand that the renewal terms are communicated when signing up, I believe it would be good customer service practice to send a reminder before the discounted period or free trial expires and a charge is made. A simple notification would go a long way in ensuring transparency and a better user experience.

So far so good! I really enjoy the guided workouts. Exercise is a hard journey to start because it's hard to know what to focus on to reach your goals. The apps guided workouts makes it easy to just follow along! I'm excited to see what sort of results I get after my 3 months. It motivates me to eat better too, because if I exercise I feel less inclined to put bad food in my body.

Update: had a chance to use it and get into it. There are so many features and keep it easy especially if you are working on your own at home. Lots of workouts and foods to choose from as well I liked the app. Easy to use but it hit the paywall too soon. I'm a teacher and father and wish I had a few weeks to test it out and not just 1 week. I know it is a beggars chooser problem but wish I had more time to test it out.

I just downloaded and pay the fees but I am bit disappointed cuz I tough all programs were included and more structured but you actually need to pay them individually. The free one you can easily find them on YouTube. Not impressed. I was very excited about this app. I will try the 4 weeks because it's been paid off but not guaranteed that I will stay after. 😐

This app is really good for those who are getting back into exercise. Just be careful of what choice u pick when u say you're beginner, moderate, or do daily exercise. I thought i was moderate, but after doing these, I was like... I think I need to be a beginner. But it gets me going, energized, and I feel the workout the next day. The cost is the only issue I have with the app. I don't have the budget to spend $20+ on the app. I used the free trial. and boy i want to continue after the 14 days.

These people will offer a 6 dollar trial for 1 week and then auto bill you 40 dollars a month. They are not up front about the billing terms. Terms are buried in their app. I constantly get adds from the trying to sell additions to their plan every time I am in the app. It isn't even a very well thought ut workout. I've seen better for free. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! And as far as the response, no, they do not make it apparent they would auto bill me 1 week later for 40 dollars for 1 months service.

Information is all good, but there is lots of room for app improvement. Challenges were a disappointment (preset daily message about a generic healthy habit with a linked youtube video for the exercise). The training section is separated into categories, but there is no other way to filter anything. You can find similar exercise sets on youtube/tiktok for free. It feels pretty bare bones for an app, but it has promise if they update features.

Getting started with any workout program is hard, so this was anticipated & not a problem. But what I'm finding to be a real hindrance is the fact that there seems to be no option to cast the workout to a TV, leaving me straining to glimpse what poses and actions I should be doing or having to stop altogether to figure that out & then restart. Definitely disappointed in the app. Cancelled, and won't use past my initial trial period. There's always YouTube with free workouts.

The first 15 days were great, with the exception of numerous updates. On the 16th day, an update failed to complete, and I had to uninstall the app. When I reinstalled, I was back at day 1. So I have started again, after communicating with support and receiving no resolution. The jury is still out on if I'll purchase the app. The exercises are short and energizing, which is the reason I went ahead and started from day 1 again. It's a great program. I plan to skip some of the updates .
