This app is severely broken. I cannot log into my account. The account login details work fine on the website through a laptop, but not on this app.

Pleasant, there are times when they are really busy and they still have nice attitudes. I have definitely become a 5 am regular!

Hands down best coffee and service. I appreciate that even their flavored, sweet drinks still taste like coffee. I can't say a single bad thing about anyone who works here. They're all so pleasant to interact with. The service alone will always be the reason I come back.

Still doesn't work correctly. 4 separate times now unable to place an order with this thing. How about updating your contact email because the one listed here apparently isn't monitored! Gotta go through the contact form now...

problem with the app. I have more then 1 payment method linked and even when I choose my card when I go to check out it picks a different card. every time I use the app it changes my card until I back out 2 or 3 times.

All the employees here work like a well-oiled machine! I was so intrigued watching that I almost forgot about my amazing coffee. They make it look so effortless although we all know it isn't. I prefer the Blended/frappe-type drinks. The ones I drink here are untouchable, if you will! My favorite part... no harsh come down. You really should give them a try! Thank you BR crew! Once again I leave with a smile!

As long as I'm logged in the app is useful. However, from time to time I get logged out for no reason and then I have to give my number when I can simply just have the store scan my bar code.

Fought with the Google Pay so I just pay with my stored cc but when I go to the next screen (always another screen with this one) it has a hundred copies of two different ccs that will take me forever to delete. Main issue currently: I order, pick my cc, go to the next screen, add tip, next screen, and it gives me error message for my cc. If I hit the back button and delete tip the order goes thru. Sorry baristas! I try every time!

good efficient app but I somehow can't find where to upload my receipt for rewards. the website is clean and detailed and you get a welcome medium drink but I am still unable to understand where I can access multiple view points. in all a great job done on the application the staff and screens are also nice but they need to refinish their microphone system as it was constantly hard for the waitress to hear what we were saying. even though we were super close. it's a new location but super cool

love the store, hate the app. barely usable between all the loading screens and the cart not letting you complete your order UPDATE: definitely not as buggy anymore. weird things still happen to the fees in your cart though. if you sit there too long the taxes continuously go up despite not adding anything else to your order.

Tried to sign up using the app, but it doesn't play well After using my password vault to auto-fill the password, I can't get rid of the soft keyboard so that I can "next" the form. So no problem, I decided I'll create the login on my PC, and then all I have to do is sign in on mobile. Nope, the password I created on the PC is apparently not the same password that the mobile site needs. Just not worth the trouble.

Soooo.... Evidently they went through a technical transition. I went to go buy coffee at the window and all my points were gone. Barcode in the app didn't scan, I wasn't notified that the app had changed. Never got an email... I have another coffee membership that recently changed as well, somehow it wasn't hard to send an email to their customers. App deleted, avoiding BlackRock from now on.

great coffee, the app works. the only issue is that you have to press place order like nine times before it finally goes through. I just feel like there's so many loading screens and confirmations before you finally have your order placed. sometimes I'll think I've completed everything then when I show up at the store there's no mobile order waiting for me because it turns out I only pressed place order 8 times. this is an issue that could easily be fixed

Very long time customer. Guess it's nice that BR has an app now, today was my first time using it. All the flavors are not available, can only add up to 3 flavors which excludes some of the premade options from their menu resulting in not being able to order those flavors from the app. New point system is disappointing. Lots more to say, but in general Nobody wants Dutch 2.0.

I like that I can use the app to have coffee delivered when I can't make it to the shop and still earn points. However, sometimes door dash messes up an order and there is no way to report or go in and get reimbursed when an order does arrive. And using the loyalty points via the app doesn't work right. Points can't be applied to delivery fees, which is fine, but you can only have one payment method selected. So I can't use my card to cover the balance when the loyalty points option is selected.

Update: I can't even order. What is the combo for the Pixie Stix mix? Because you removed it, and that's lame. App is new. Definitely room to grow. Worst thing y'all started with was removing the old mix options that were available on delivery apps. Plus, I hate apps that make you choose the location before you can view the menu. Half the time they don't load quick enough when you're in line when you gotta make that extra step. Good luck making this a good app,

If you're going to text me a code to enter in order to register the app, you can't keep kicking me off and constantly having to start over with the registration process. Every time go to sign up/register the app, everything goes fine until it's time for me to open up my text messages and get the code to enter. It keeps kicking me out, forcing me to have to start all over. I have no other option but to leave the site and go into my text messages to access the code.

Do NOT use the app. They use a 3rd party to fulfill orders and since you're not actually ordering through that 3rd party to they will not fix any issues like non-delivery, even though they have record of the order. The BR app & store says call a 833 number, the 833 number says to fill out a form on the website, the form sends an email saying call the 833 number. The store will tell you the same thing. Not worth the risk, especially in this economy.

Coffee app rewards are such a scam. The old phone number reward system was so much better. With the app, you have to buy between 12 and 15 specialty coffees in order to get a free one, instead of the 10 that it used to be. What's worse is, the rewards expire. In addition to that, they get to make a tidy little profit selling you as data points. Fun world we live in, huh.

I enjoy the coffee here even though it's the most expensive of the coffee shop chains . What I do not like is the fact it is getting more and more complicated to use the app. The corporation is so paranoid that the baristas might comp you a coffee that they don't know how many rewards you have. And it's getting frustrating to try and redeem points despite what they claim. Apps should be easy to use. Not harder and harder as time goes by. Their coffee is great but their corporation is not.
