This app fails regularly, needs to be unistalled and reinstalled all the time, and the information on the app is often wrong; wrong startime, wrong availability, etc. If I could give this app negative stars I would. Half the time I cannot even log in and yet my old, outdated login information has been perminantly saved so that I have to erase it everytime I login.

Would give 0 stars for being a mandatory work app that requires over $100 purchase to use, because the file size is larger than any phone more than about 3 years old can handle. I literally had to buy a new phone just to access my work schedule and not get fired. At 73mb, it is more than six times the size of a normal app. Assets used in the app really, really need to have their file size reduced, and maybe hosting them on the cloud instead of my goddamn phone and taking up all my memory space.
The app has it ups and downs, especially for the Android OS. But I believe I've figured out a work around for those having trouble signing in as I had a similar problem on my Samsung Galaxy A50 and S7. I originally tried switching to the Chrome browser, but it did the same as with the Samsung browser, so browser compatibility isn't the issue. It's a connection issue, trying to open the app browser. I figured this out by logging out before I close the app. Now I'm able to sign in every time.
Frustrating to use, but not as broken as they say I've been using the app for a few months now, and mostly from log in issues, when it works it's completely serviceable Setting the app up to begin with, was infuriating to me, because you need Chrome on your device to even use the app A good chunk of the time, when you log it you will get an error, saying something like, "Invalid session," to fix this delete the cache of Chrome, and make sure you log out with the "Close" button in "More" tab
Can't even get past the terms of service. Won't let me accept them. There's nothing to tap other than "accept" which stays gray, not allowing me to click it. This app sucks. So annoyed with this. Edit: found out the problem. The checkmark box either wasn't visible the whole time or it was just recently added in without being visible. Regardless I can accept the terms of service
When I try to log in it states Authentication Canceled. I have changed my password! I have Uninstalled and Re-installed still nothing. It worked PERFECTLY yesterday afternoon then last night it started to do this. This needs to be fixed ASAP as this is the only way I can put in my requests for time off. It states that my password and/or user ID is wrong but it isn't wrong. I haven't been able to get into the site for a day now! Makes no sense.
Doesn't seem to be on the correct time. About an hour or two before the shift starts, options like "call off" and "offer shift" disappear and the app acts like the start time has already passed, and available shifts for that day won't show up anymore. My managers told me I'm lying so they've been no help getting the app to work properly. If I try to call off earlier than 2 hours before the app thinks the shift has started, it tells me it's too early to call off.
I can't see my schedule because everytime I tried to log in the app, doesn't do anything,it doesn't take your anywhere,is very slow,and just stop, when I have a perfect internet connection,the only thing crashing is the app,I have uninstalled and restalled and nothing,stop" copying and pasting the same message apologize,and how about fixing the problem.
The app itself is fine. The biggest problem is the login screen- it just doesn't work! It'll ask you to log in, start loading, ask you to log in again, switches screens, then crashes. When you open it back up, you log in, then it crashes, rinse and repeat. You have to do that every single time you log in, and it's taken me up to 10 minutes to log in before. It's a massive pain when I just want to know what time I go in, if my vacation got approved, etc.
Missing Key Features! I can't see any of my payment info, punches, or Terms and Conditions; basically half the stuff in the "More" category advertised in the sample pictures is missing. Also why is it 74mb? It's a work schedule app. I have games that take up less space. I mean if you're going to micromanage us you could at least be transparent about it and more efficient. The app is buggy and doesn't do simple things that it should (like registering the back button on the phone).
