it's high time I summon the attention of the boom player developer to strictly work on the app, 😔 I don't know what's wrong with it, it can advertise all sorts of apps and digital devices but could barely function well earlier now, someone can't download songs, even when it's connected it still shows fail to download songs. why?

the app has been great, I've been using it for over 10 years now, but I updated it about a week ago and it doesn't update all the music on my phone. the older version synchronized all music on my phone into the boom player, but since I've updated the app, some music on my phone are not synchronized, I've tried it again and again.

I think am tired of this stupid update ....why it keep pop-up and stop my Music while listen to it which am using the same app ..what is the meaning of this nonsense...if no correction taken I will delete it and move to audiomark okay ... nonsense seriously I use to enjoy this app before now they have start doing nonsense... imagine can't play my downloaded song that I use my data to download for offline play ... they have start interrupting now with add while you are enjoying your songs.

Boomplay is doing amazing 😍🤩. Kudos to you and your devs. Only issue is you guys are now doing much ads just like other streaming apps (which you're actually much better than them). I understand the importance of ads though, but please minimize it a little bit. Also, the downloaded songs can be listened to without data usage. That's very beautiful. I love you guys 🤗🤗

boomplay used to be a good music playing app but now I don't understand what is happening. I can't use the app with data. Everytime I open the app with my data on, the app force closes. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app like three times but to no avail. I am tired. I can't download music because anytime I open the app it closes.

y'all complaining is just different from mine. please, tell me why some of my songs keep deleting from boomplay, like why do you guys keep deleting some of my downloaded songs? and also, why whenever I answer call, my song automatically starts playing? like I wasn't even playing a song in the first place! whoever the hell you are reading this should better get it fixed! there are so many other better streaming Apps out there. do better..

I recently just found out that all the downloaded songs on my boomplay vanished. This also happened twice before, I thought it was no problem but I decided to download all the songs again which costed me a lot of data. Now only for me to come to play songs on boomplay and find out that all of the downloaded songs are missing. It's very annoying. Please help me because this is a very frustrating situation like how can I download songs with my hard earnd data and for some reason it disappeared?

Guys, it's me again.. so I've been able to locate the " alphabetical arrangement"... thank you. However the issue of all internal music being hidden is yet to be resolved and I was told " it would be resolved in the next version" ( today). After patiently waiting, I updated tonight and it's still the same... or maybe it's not this version? but I feel just one button to " unhide all" is enough, just a little feedback.

I love the app. It's my default music app and has been for years But lately I've noticed that some of my local music are nowhere to be found on the app. Even when I go to file manager to play the music, the app plays a different song. I'd really like for this to be fixed so I can continue using the app

I have two major challenges with this app; I don't know if it's the same with others who use it. 1. When I play songs on my created playlists, not all songs get played. The app only selects some of 'em especially those that were downloaded on the app. I need this fixed ASAP please. 2. When I call someone on Whatsapp, the song is meant to pause but it doesn't. It continues playing through my phone's earpiece. This should be fixed too, please.

I would have given five stars but, I've encountered a problem. Recently, for no reason, it seems I keep on getting logged out of my boom play account, and it's annoying. I'm certain no one else is logged in so, it seems the problem is from the app. I love boom play but, because of this issue, I'm always losing all my songs downloaded from boom play, which is a majority of my songs. please look into it.

Ever since I started rating apps, I've never rated an app below 5 stars except for this app. The reason being is because of advertisment. Please, there are a lot of ads, you tap here an ad another tap, another ad it's too much, I believe you can do more than this please. Right now, everyone I know have switched to Audiomak because of your augment in ad durations. It's too much. Like at least, if you don't want to stop an ad, at least decrease the ad durations please. It's a great app too.

it was a fantastic app that worked surprisingly well for a good while. I had downloaded quite a lot of songs too. Until one day, for some reason, the app didn't let me adjust the audio. I couldn't lower nor raise the volume. I deleted and redownloaded, only for hundreds of downloaded songs to be gone. This is atrocious and I refuse to sit through hours of ads just to get some of the songs back from memory

It asks for a password to extract the files, then you have to go to ZTA to get the password because the url that's supposed to take you to the password doesn't work. Then you have to download apps and play games to all these levels for coins to get the password. What a scam. Plus a lot of ads interfering and trying to redirect you. It also randomly plays songs I don't want to hear. I don't have time for games. I don't like online gaming. I just wanted to download one song.The app does nothing.

I love this app. It's all I use. The only other music app I have is used as a storage spot. The majority of the artists I listen to are on Boomplay so that's a major bonus. The ones that aren't I can just download to my phone and play that way. I also love that you can have multiple playlists without a limit. Very very worth it to download.

Could not download music from app. App shows I downloaded free files, and shows them stored in library, but could not access them through my phone no matter what I tried. I was looking for new alarm ring tones and this app was frustrating and useless. Wasted 20 minutes trying to figure out how to access my downloads, but they are stored in some hidden inaccessible location in the phone.

The only music app I will always have on my phone and the only music app I used to boast of is now becoming what I never expected. Fix this ad stuffs and also allow us to listen to our downloaded songs without the need to watch an ad!!! How do I watch an ad to be able to download a song but can't listen to it offline? More like paying for every click on here!!! Been on this app for more than 8yrs and I bet if this should continue, you guys are going to lose a lot of users. 😒

I don't leave reviews but I had to. What an annoying app. It's good when it works . It stated the 1st month was free and you pay monthly. they charged me for the second month and I can't access offline music. So what's the essence of paying when you can't access offline music that was downloaded. . Am definitely canceling and deleting asap.

I had to uninstall this app due to it's unreasonable ad interruptions. How can you be in the middle of enjoying your favourite playlist and then, an ad pops up to break the flow. What's worse is you have no control over it. You just have to sit and wait till it plays through, before getting back to your music which at this point, you've lost interest in as a result of the stupid ad. And don't tell you need the ads to make money; there are intelligent ways of showing ads without interruptions.

I thought I had found a really awesome app that not only showcase new and different music and I was able to also earn additional income. But when it came down to payday this app changed up their policy and basically took advantage of its users by not making good on pay. Then to top it off when attempting to delete my account. It literally has the button for no reason you can't even get off the app!!!! DONOT waste your time or money on this app!!!!
