Not sure if the problems I am having a related to the app or just an issue with my earbuds. But they randomly disconnect from my devices and then I have a really hard time reconnecting. Also when I have multiple devices connected to my earbuds I get a really loud pop then earbuds reset so I have to make sure that only one device is connected to my earbuds if not that happens in a constant Loop. which is very frustrating. pros great sound and noise cancellation

Don't create an account! It took months of struggling with it before I worked this out. If you log into an account the app only works if you have internet access, so if you're on a flight you can't use the app. If you delete the account and don't sign in then it works offline. Signing in to the account adds nothing, so it's a completely pointless feature that just makes the app unusable. The app design is appalling, the only redeeming feature is that I rarely need to use it.

I'm just so so disappointed that I rated this app one star already. because I'm back and I can't rate it any lower. this time it's a usability feature, I use the app to switch whether the phone is connected to my work laptop or my home desktop, and every time I open it it jumps to the Bluetooth settings. it didn't 2 weeks ago, but now that I have the muscle memory for how to switch stuff quickly, it going to the Bluetooth settings means I just tap the button to turn bt off. thanks for nothing!

I had to stop using the app because it was constantly making the Bluetooth connection between my headphones and my phone glitch. I would hear this awful sound and then the audio would cut out completely despite how the music/video would continue to play as if it was still connected. It took me forever to actually find out that this was the culprit. Very disappointing - I thought the headphones themselves were broken and I thought I would have to replace them in order to fix the issue.

They've changed the app's name but the old connection problem remains. The app finds and connects with the QC buds about 50% of the time, so it's like a coin flip. This means that it's good for one-time tweaking of the EQ setting, modes, and audio prompts but it's too unreliable and frustrating for regular use. Once the tweaking is done I quit the app and let the phone handle the BT connection going forward. 2025 Update: Still unusable. Even with buds connected and working app can't find them.

This does not work. I recently bought a pair of quiet comfort2 earbuds from Amazon, hoping to get a good quality set of headphones. However, the headphones themselves came with numerous issues, but after searching I found this app. Let me tell you, this does not work. I have tried every fix both from a web search, and from the app, and none of it works, half the time the app recognizes my headphones and fails to connect, the other half the time it asks me to pair it as a new device but won't.

I use this app to (try to) manage my PA system speakers. I have one L1 Pro 16, and two S1 Pro+ speakers. The pairing process is absolutely horrendous - fails almost every single time. and if you are lucky enough to get it paired after trying to exact same steps 10 times, it almost always fails to connect the next time you want to use it. I just acquired the 2nd S1 Pro+. I did (sort of) get it successfully added to the app, but it's VERY confused and unable to distinguish between them.

one of the worst Bluetooth experiences I've had, bose's devices wait to pair for about 3 seconds before giving up, the app is garbage, and worst of all, it's mandatory to a degree. There is, technically a plug in for audio, but its a stupid little idiot baby connector, but if you want proper high quality audio, or, for some reason you want to use bose's """smart""" features Bluetooth is required. also the stupid baby cable they provide is too short to ever actually use.

Hot garbage. Bought quiet comfort earbuds. Sounds quality amazing. Ear fit horrible. Every time you readjust it stops your music or skips and Bose refuses to allow that feature to be turned off. After 7 days every time I open the Bose app the buds crash and stop working. Then after a few minutes they crash again. and again. and again. Returning them today. This product has massive hardware and software issues. Be warned.

Products are alright. but if you calibrate to see how earbuds fit for sound suppression, you are screwed. it will mess up everything. the software is horrible. also, I can't find the option to turn off "remember my mode". it keeps going to the previous mode that I don't want on.

Before the most recent update the app and buds were highly problematic. The ability to turn off the touch controls was a great option but SHOULD'VE been considered from the beginning. My current issue is the with the charging case (gen 2) - it doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as ver 1 and easy to miss that it needs charging but won't charge until it does need it?! I often wake up in the morning and the case is completely drained. The app NEEDS to show the charging percentage of the case

Even after connecting my earbuds to the app and using them on a daily basis, it routinely loses connection to my earbuds and prompts me to connect a new product, which it then fails to do, giving me "failed to connect" error messages over and over despite the headphone being connected and playing media. I can forget the bluetooth connection and start over, but having to go through all of this each time I want to adjust one setting in the app is absurd. Please fix this

I've been in love with my Boss ear buds for over two years and still in love with how good they sound! 10 out of 10 for sound and 6 out of 10 for fitment. maybe it's my ears or something but I sometimes struggle to keep them from falling out. and I have tried all the rubber sizes they came with. Zero complaints on the app though. like the shortcut options and customize options.

App really lacks basic functionality. Great you can pair between multiple devices, terrible that it switches automatically. I can have it connected to my computer listening to music and watching a movie and then a notification on my phone causes it to switch over automatically. Give is an option to turn that off without having to disconnect it from a device. Also it's always a roll of the dice if it'll actually connect to your device in the first place.

Clunky, buggy, frustrating mess. it's really simple. I want to put in the headphones, and have them automatically connect to my phone. If I want to switch them to other devices, I would like to do that through the app. For that to work, the app has to (1) recognize that I've connected the headphones, (2) let me navigate the app without it glitching out or bugging, and (3) actually do the Bluetooth transfer. this has never worked.

New headphones are nice, but there's no way to turn off sound cancelation voiceover. Would be a nice feature since I can tell what mode it's in without. More annoying is that the app keeps starting in the bg saying "keeping everything in sync" when I'm not using anything for audio. Seems like Spyware to me, apps should stay off unless prompted to be otherwise. This is why it's a 1 star.

the app is very useful and can access many settings easily, when connected to the Internet. which makes little sense as many of the devices are used for travel including flying on a plane. when not connected to the Internet it can't see your devices, adjust settings or even really use anything on the app. If they add offline capability and access to device user manuals offline I'll upgrade to 5 stars. Until then, it really isn't all that useful.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. I have a Google Pixel, and I'm aware that most things are geared towards iPhone but what the hell? It's just an app to connect my headphones and it barely functions?? I can't even use it, it says my device isn't connected when I have them on, it announced the sync to my pixel just fine in my ear, but alas the app doesn't register that I even have a product. So basically the app is trash, lucky the product doesn't completely suck.

They randomly disconnect, requiring deletion from phone memory and full reset of earbud case and Bluetooth setup. This can happen as infrequently as every few month, to less than a week. The "remember my settings" option for sound mode literally has never worked, ever. It says it's in the correct mode, but it's not. It does however work if you manually cycle through the modes every time you put them in your ear. I am using the Quiet Comfort II hardware. App works best when force-quit and reboot.

I can't tell if these $400+ headphones are what's messing up, or this lame app. But the audio cuts out constantly when I'm listening to things. they also won't turn off now. the power button only wants to try to connect to Bluetooth. they're connected to my phone. I have the setting for multiple BT connections off. when the auto shut off timer takes over, they will turn right back on if I move them. even if they're in their case. wish i saved my money at this point. been a few months using them
