JUST ABOUT THE ONLY APP THAT IS USER FRIENDLY WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT! I HAVE TRIED OTHER SIMILAR APPS BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY CAN'T COMPARE TO THE, BOSS!

Very bad experience.Sent money and it was hanging gor 48 hours. To request cancelation, couldn't get someone on the phone for 3 days. Requested for a call back, it took more than 36 hours. Finally canceled the transaction with someone that couldn't speak English, and it's going to take another 3 days to get my money back. I will not recommend this App to anyone.

I have been trying to complete my first money transfer for three days now. I got all the way to the final step and after I hit the dollar amount and submit, I keep getting an error message that says "sorry, your transaction has failed. Please try again." I have spoken with Boss Money Customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating!

This app is a joke. Tried to make a payment several times to Europe, they tell you they are gonna call to verify. They call you and then no one contest on the phone. You call again them and ask if they can pass you the verification department and they tell they can't but someone is gonna call with another number later in the day. Minutes later, I got a message that my transaction was canceled. Waste of time and no serious people at all.

I send money home with ease. Once you get all the relevant information that is requested then sending money is a breeze. I have not tried the top up function as yet.

I gave this app another retry today, September 30th, 2025 and again, very disappointed. I tried to send some money for emergency family need by 6:30am and it is over 8hrs now the money has not been delivered even though the app claims your money will be delivered within 2mins. The most frustrating part is that I am not able to reach customer service by phone. I was kept on hold for more than 1hr 30mins and had to hand up. I will follow up to get my refund. I wouldn't recommend using this app.

Had lots of trouble when transferring money and the customer service wasn't helpful; they hung up on me.

I have no regrets about this app once you have all the information that it requires it's like one two three I will recommend this app to even the blind so have no thoughts you are safe with this app

This app is very easy to use and helps me to keep track of how much I send and when I send it. It gives me an exchange rate too!

I submitted every information they require they still cancel my transfer And it took them forever to reimburse me my money they trying to clean their hands blaming it on my bank

I signed up and sent money to my family and BOSS called to verify the account, so I gave them all the information. They said I was good and they're going to release the hold. Two days later they cancel the transaction and lock me out of my account. On top of that they tell me to call customer service and then CS says you're locked out of your account and hangs up... I won't be trying BOSS again.

This app is terrible. If you use it, they might take your money. The blocking system is unreliable, and they are dishonest. If you send money, you will likely face serious problems. Do not expect the money to be sent right away — they have a lot of issues, and when you try to contact them, expect to be on hold for 4 to 5 hours. do not use it

Great app to send money to Mexico but I just had an issue where I'm trying to send money and gets pulled out of my account and now the app asking to verified my card that was used already to withdraw the money, doesn't make sense I cancelled and I'm going to redo it and hope doesn't happen again

Y am having only use my # when someone has cloned it and i have no access to it. i cant pay the bill, access account in app nor pick a number since i really just got the number when i got my phone. and it is possessed. but definitely somehas the number linked my apps are not acting right, i have had an account for years . seem whomever is in this play store is really just playing, you are not worried about my concerns, just what is in my name and people have checks from $$$

this is a terrible company, they dont ask for ID verification until after you do a transaction and then they plague you with phone calls while your at your job and dont have time to talk on the phone then when you do return their call to verify everything they call you back 5 minute later to ask the same questions and then they tell you to do it again in the app. if you dont do it in like 3 hours they cancel your transaction and there is once again no way to verify anything until you do another

The apps looks great but it doesn't do the job that I hired it to do. Mobile top-up! I entered all the info required and it returned a payment processing error. Then I noticed that my bank account was debited with the amount I selected for the top-up, and then I was credited back. I tried a different card and got the same outcome as previous transaction. So what's the point??? Do the job I hire you to do successfully! Otherwise, you are taking space on my phone.

Terrible experience! I completed biometric and ID verification and still cant get verified. Called the number..zero help. Emailed support and got "sorry cant help you." Whats the point of a service you cant use for its only purpose..? lol

I've given this app high marks. I'm having major issues with it now. I send money to friends in different places and different banks. First I thought it was the bank. But lately the app says paid but the banks don't see the money. Starting to look shady as hell. I can't get my money back and receiver can't pick it up if the bank sees nothing. Boss said they would get conformations from the banks. No time frame given. You have to be patient. Searching for a new way to send.
