JUST ABOUT THE ONLY APP THAT IS USER FRIENDLY WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT! I HAVE TRIED OTHER SIMILAR APPS BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY CAN'T COMPARE TO THE, BOSS!
Very bad experience.Sent money and it was hanging gor 48 hours. To request cancelation, couldn't get someone on the phone for 3 days. Requested for a call back, it took more than 36 hours. Finally canceled the transaction with someone that couldn't speak English, and it's going to take another 3 days to get my money back. I will not recommend this App to anyone.
I have been trying to complete my first money transfer for three days now. I got all the way to the final step and after I hit the dollar amount and submit, I keep getting an error message that says "sorry, your transaction has failed. Please try again." I have spoken with Boss Money Customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating!
This app is a joke. Tried to make a payment several times to Europe, they tell you they are gonna call to verify. They call you and then no one contest on the phone. You call again them and ask if they can pass you the verification department and they tell they can't but someone is gonna call with another number later in the day. Minutes later, I got a message that my transaction was canceled. Waste of time and no serious people at all.
I send money home with ease. Once you get all the relevant information that is requested then sending money is a breeze. I have not tried the top up function as yet.
I gave this app another retry today, September 30th, 2025 and again, very disappointed. I tried to send some money for emergency family need by 6:30am and it is over 8hrs now the money has not been delivered even though the app claims your money will be delivered within 2mins. The most frustrating part is that I am not able to reach customer service by phone. I was kept on hold for more than 1hr 30mins and had to hand up. I will follow up to get my refund. I wouldn't recommend using this app.
Had lots of trouble when transferring money and the customer service wasn't helpful; they hung up on me.

I have no regrets about this app once you have all the information that it requires it's like one two three I will recommend this app to even the blind so have no thoughts you are safe with this app
This app is very easy to use and helps me to keep track of how much I send and when I send it. It gives me an exchange rate too!
