Overall alot of useful tools but the app is extremely broken on my Z Fold 5 regardless of which screen I use. The meditation in the app isn't really the best at teaching proper meditation but to be fair it's not meant to be a dedicated meditation app either. I do highly recommend the app to anyone who is trying to quit porn as this is the first app that has genuinely helped me quit for good, I'd give the app 5 stars if the user experience on my device wasn't as broken as it was

great app, uses so many good tricks to help fight urges etc. One thing I'd love is if it allowed users to also put in other vices, like social media, entertainment feed, or video game addiction. I understand that it's a porn focused app but those other addictions can be just as damaging and the same techniques that are used here to help users quit porn also work equally well for things like youtube addiction or gaming. Regardless it still deserves 5 stars, such a good app!

I don't have many issues with the app except for it's ability to log daily accountability. Everyday it would ask me to do yesterday's checkup, which I did and saw it save the day before. This happened every day, whether I did the checkup or not. It's really annoying.

The best app that has helped me in my ongoing recovery I'm on 288 days and still going on by the help of this app, the activities are helping me to boost my dopamine sessions are helping me to gain wisdom and rewiring of my mind ... daily checkup and the motivation quotes are helping next level. I love it and I do recommend for this app with have a accountability partner with you

I definitely think that the features on this app are great and have helped me to learn how to meditate. this alone has made the app worth it for me. however, one slight suggestion I would make. I currently work on night shift so I go to bed around 6am when I'm coming home from work. this means I dont get to use the sleep sounds or sleep stories feature as they only become available after 7pm check in. making this feature more available for those on night shift would make a huge difference.

This app works, and the content is great, however, have a few problems with how the system works. The idea of the check up system is amazing but there have been days where I check in 2-3 times in a row just for the app to tell me I missed a check up. if you miss like 3-4 days of not being in on the app they switch you teams. So even if you formed a bond with your team mates and you are encouraging each other you go to some place with out wifi for a few days, and everything is lost.

Seems like an amazing app. Tho I wish there was just a 1 time purchase of the app instead of a subscription of $13 a month that's a lot for this. Especially when there are many other FREE competing apps (tho maybe not as good) just depends. I hope it's done away with until then I wish I could use it. I would definitely buy it if it was a 1 time purchase.

I downloaded this to keep me and my brother accountable. The app is great with all the excercises and check ins, but what I was most excited about was the teams. He invited me to his team but when I went to the app I did not see the invite anywhere so I figured I could just search his team through the pin. However when I go to teams, there is literally no search box or any way to find his team. Its unnecessarily difficult to try and join a specific team and I was pulling my hair figuring it out.

Its alright, I've definitely gotten furthet with this app than others. Unfortunately I work nights and I cant take advantage of everything. One of the offers is night sounds/night stories, that only seems avaliable at night, and i go to sleep in the morning. Unless its somewhere else in the app for me to find. But it doesn't really help when I go to sleep in the morning.

I've been enjoying my experience using the app a lot. Unfortunately, I have NEVER been contacted back after sending feedback or reporting bugs. The biggest issue right now is that the reminders for check-up and morning routine stopped working a while ago on my Galaxy S9. On top of that, my Team is rarely talking, and I can't even find another team if I wanted to. If I decide to cancel my subscription, it would be nice to still be able to access the audio exercises that I finished. They're really good.

App does not run smoothly. Very little information that you track is actually visible to you. Most of the exercises in the app are mind-numbingly boring at best and at work actively made my problem worse. Customer service never replied to me. I couldn't get the site blocker to work either. If you want to quit, this is not the way. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

Surprisingly, this app has one of the most advanced meditation programmes I've ever come across. The way you describe the mind and how we should separate ourselves from it was so profound that that alone changed my life. I looked everywhere to find more information about your 30 day meditation routine, but found nothing. I really hope you will create a separate mindfulness app, with more insights into meditation as I wish to learn more.

False Advertising. The app is free to download, and it gets you hyped up with all this information and motivation, and then boom, 12.99 a month. I'm sure it's a great app and it probably genuinely helps them, but I don't click on a 'free' app just to get a slick salesman pitch. If it's a subscription service, you should be upfront about that from the start.

The app does give you some nice tools to overcome addiction. I really love the daily rewiring courses, although I wish there were more than 30. Fortify has courses that'll keep you busy all year, and that makes sense with the monthly subscription you pay. Some of the courses really were just thrown together though. Audio exercise 10 for example, is just a YouTube video that got put in here. It's a hypnosis video that at multiple points says, "Look at the spiral". Again, this is an audio exercise

Looks good, but not willing to pay monthly for it. Annually, probably. Lifetime, absolutely, but I have too many monthly 'subscriptions'... mortgage, utilities, fuel... Also, I couldn't find a place to rest everything to zeo. Completely reset everything. I saw things close, but nothing to restart as if I had never begun. Still, a four star program. Just needs options other than monthly for premium services.

Like others, I paid for a monthly subscription only to find the app is incredibly buggy. It asks you to re-sign your streak commitment and rewrite the victory letter on every app open. In the last few days, it has also become slow to the point of unusable, with a 5-7 second delay on button presses and screen transitions! They clearly aren't maintaining the app, and there is no way to contact support, which is ridiculous given that they have the audacity to charge $10+ p/m! Already unsubscribed!

The initial questionnaire is so bugged. Right out of the gate, can already see problems. Sometimes can't progress through the intake form. You select next and nothing happens. You write a letter or set a goal and it gets stuck on same screen, lose your progress. Loading screens don't load, and stay at 0%. Then after all those bugs, the app asks for your money before you get to the actual homepage. Unfortunate for such a seemingly helpful app.

Very glitchy app. I'm going to keep trying to use it for a while tho. Tried contact us in Support but all the links in are dead except manage subscription. App keeps asking me to go to next goal (3 days, 5 days, etc) which I do, then the next day it asks me again to go to next goal (same one?)... Also would be nice to be able to use some of the exercises everyday, or several times a day, but they disappear and dont pop up again for a few days. I'd give it a 5 if not for these constant glitches

The app worked fine for the first month. The second month, it kept saying I was missing days even though I did the check-up, froze, and crashed. tried accessing support in the app, but it wouldn't pull up anything. Tried deleting and reinstalling. I just gave up trying to use it and canceled. Basically, I'm out $14 for a month that I didn't even use and couldn't get support for. (I recommend easy peasy, or Your Brain on Porn)

used the free trial and was a big fan. ended up paying for the monthly subscription only to find out this app has blatant issues when it comes to victory letters/goal setting. From time to time I have to rewrite my victory letter and set my goal even though i've done it already. I reached out to support who never got back to me. I would recommend first trying other apps before settling on this one as it makes no sense to pay for blatant bugs.
