Reviews for Bravonovel - Fictions & Webnov

VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Just to read 300 chapters, which arent particularly long chapters in my experience, has cost me as bout, $45!! Its exorbitant!!!! It's like paying 45 dollars for a paperback that has spelling errors, and errors in information within the story, and was made without the overhead of actually publishing a book! I would gladly pay a monthly subscription of $10, but honestly a webcomic site is a better entertainment value.

It saddens me that people hijack you and hold books for ransom. If you do the math, these books cost way more than a hardback best seller, most have a fairly decent plot, are not translated well, and that makes for difficult reading. I would be willing to read and correct grammatical errors to read for free....just a suggestion!!!

Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the books are pretty good so far. The app itself isn't good at all. I have no library or profile or any other buttons. Only thing i get to see when i open the app is a few suggested books and the search bar at the top. Can't find a specific author's profile. Super expensive as well. Finding it very difficult to keep paying more for these books than i did for my autographed first editions in my home library. Will be deleting soon if not improved.

The app and website kind of suck. Both are very laggy and time out a loy. I end up dropping stories because I can't get to the next chapters. For translated stories I wish they'd put the original title and authors name there. The stories are good, but the price to open a chapter is way to expensive. It should not be above 10 to open chapters. Not sure where all that money is going to. By the way the app acts,, it's obviously not in R & D.

God forbid you read faster than normal, you aren't able to rate the chapters at the end because it says you read to quick! Read through 76 chapters and didn't get a single pearl for rating them because the app wouldn't let me. 🙄 Should I apologize for reading too fast? 😑 Also, there is no way to view your library in the app. You have to search for the name of the book you're reading EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app.

I like the novel but dont like the app. If you could tweak it to where we have to pay a single time(for example $20 USD) then you could make money and get better reviews. But some of the novels cost around $100 USD and that is why there are some youtube videos giving us the chapters for free becuase of the high price. And in one of your pictures its says "have fun reading" was it supposed to be a joke? How can we immerse ourselves in the novels that you are "providing" us when we have to pay?

The novels all have the same formula . Some of the character are well rounded and thought out but I am not willing to pay the outrageous cost even to finish a book I found pleasing to read. The cost of the novels are four times the cost of buying a novel off Amazon or any other publishing platform. Fooled me once shame on me fool you twice shame on me. Not going to happen.

The books in this app are WAY to expensive. Even after spending $20 I was only able to read 1/3 of the novel.... I could have bought 4 romance novels that are longer at the book store for that amount. There are so many of these apps out right now that are either free, you can watch an add for each chapter or have a monthly subscription and all novels are free don't waste your money here!!!!

Bad app. When the advertisements happen, they turn the sound on and to the max even if you had turned your volume off. They also don't match the brightness set so that when the advertisements come up, it brightens all of the way, even if you turned the app brightness down. Very jarring. Not to mention the many advertisements that happen even when you have paid for the chapters.

I have tried over 20 reading apps. I have an unlimited subscription with 2 other apps and I STILL use bravonovel a lot and plan to subscribe when my other subscriptions run out. I'm using the free version & I honestly wish I'd found it sooner. They're the only app I've found so far that has a good point/coin system. You get 20 to 30 points every day for checking in. On the 7th day, they give you 200 for your logging streak. I have no negative thoughts on this app. All positive.

It can be a bit pricey to read through some of the novels, however once you've caught up and are reading as chapters are released it will help stagger the expenses. Also, there will be a good bit of typos and contextual errors from translating it. Overall I like it, but feel like it could be greatly improved. I would personally prefer a subscription rather than topping up and watching ads and doing tasks.

So when I first started using this app, when I ran put of pearls to unlock the next chapter it gave me the option to watch extra videos, like 5 pearls a video, not from the Bonus Section but on the first page of the chapter. That was really nice. Unfortunately, I got impatient and really into the story I was reading and paid for some Diamonds. Normally, I wouldn't think this a bad thing, I generally don't because I'm on a fixed income. But since then, I no longer get the extra little videos. 😞

This app is a scam & the books are dumb. I will NEVER keep paying for a book. The most I will spend of my own $$ is $5. I can pay $10 a month on other apps that have real complete books & I can read all I want in a month for that price. This app you have to buy coins if you want to read more than a couple of chapters a day. Each chapter is about 2 pages & it takes a lot of coins, or "pearls" for a chapter. The app isn't even user friendly. It takes a few tries to be able to access my library.😡

Waste of time. I started a book that I was enjoying, but then got to the pay as you read portion. They wanted 23 diamonds/pearls to continue reading the next chapter. The chapters are only a page to two in length. The cost to get through the book I feel would have been a lot. I would rather be able to purchase the option to read the whole book or do a monthly subscription like Prime Books that allows as many as you want for a monthly fee. I am sad that I won't be able to finish the story.

How about you do less ads that make it hard to read in the app? We're going to end up paying for chapters, anyway. Also, fix the app so one can access the library. Your library feature is inaccessible, so books one saves cannot be read. If I cannot access my saved stories, there's no reason to bother with your app as there are others that will allow me to pull up stories saved easily enough. I will update my review when you update your app to be more user-friendly.

I don't need your 50 pearls. It's not worth it to lie to all the other potential people who will download this app just for a few pearls. Especially when that's only enough for 3 chapters anyhow. So here's the truth of this app. The books aren't free, you'll have to buy diamonds/pearls. The amount you get with topping up will decrease after every purchase. The translations are subpar when it comes to grammar. The books aren't originals by Bravonovel but just translated editions.

Compared to every other reading app like this that I've tried, this is by far the best one. Can get through so much completely free. 200 pearls every week, plus at least 45 daily for watching ads. On top of that, you can get 15 more chapters by watching ads. I'm a fast reader and get through a lot very quickly, and I stay entertained with this for a while. Love it.

The app can definitely be improved. At first it says free reading, however after reading for a bit you are being charged. The cost for one chapter is atrocious. I had to pay as much as 50 plus diamonds for a chapter. That is ludicrous. I understand that the authors need to be paid, but this is too much. Stop advertizing it as free reading, because it is too much work and time to read freely. I fee like it's false advertising. No more buying diamonds for me.

This is mostly a con. After a while, you have to put out money if you want to continue to read the book. Each chapter requires either virtual diamonds, you have to buy them, or pearls which you can earn at a very slow rate. The chapters are VERY short, so it takes a lot of the above. I love to read, and would rather be able to pay a single, reasonable price for the book, than go through a process that means I will pay a far larger price for the book. A whole paperback is usually less than $10.00

So they solved the issue with ads not playing to earn pearls to read by removing the ads option all together. Now the app is pretty much all pay to read except for about one chapter per day. Stories are good, but so not worth spending $50-80 per book. Might even be more for some. Would give the app a 0 star if I could. Just about done with the book I was reading when the issues started. Will be uninstalling after finishing the book.
