So here's my take on CalDiet - AI Food Scanner. I've tested a bunch of nutrition and food tracking apps, and this one's pretty decent. The AI food scanning works well most of the time, and I like how it gives you a breakdown of calories, macros, vitamins, etc. The personalized plan feature is a nice touch too. But it's not without its issues - the food database could be more comprehensive, and I found the app a bit glitchy at times. Overall though, it's a solid option if you want an easy way to monitor your diet.

Description

Been using CalDiet – AI Food Scanner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you take a photo of your food and get detailed nutritional info. Pretty solid if you’re trying to eat healthier or manage your diet.

Here’s what you do – just take a pic of your meal and the app analyzes it. And there’s also a personalized plan feature, which is pretty cool. And you can track your exercise and weight progress – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into health and fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the food database could be bigger – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to track your nutrition.

the UI and app functionality is great. but the hypothesis is a big scam. you can't measure calories using a pic. for proof, I manually compared it with my fitness...
