Now they require the "primary user" to actually log in to your phone to approve adding a card to your wallet app. This is insane, as you should not be logging in on anyone else's phone for any reason whatsoever. They could send the other person's app a request, or text them a code, or basically anything else. This company is incompetent in the extreme.

Don't ever bank with Capital One. Credit cards are fine, but never give them your money. They are not a bank. Their app sucks. It's impossible to deposit finds into your account because they don't allow you to see your routing and account numbers. What good is an account that you can't deposit money into. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with support and NO ONE, could tell me where to find this info. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll take my money back to my old bank

Overall, its a great app and easy to use. My biggest issue right now is that account details is currently inaccessible for savings accounts for the past few weeks. other account types it works, but not for savings. I can go onto the website and it works there fine. not the end of the world, but annoying when I want to check the interest rate

The account details button is gone. They moved it up on the app, but it doesn't work when you click on it. I can't view the interest amount accrued on my 360 savings account. A workaround is going onto the website instead of the app and clicking on the account. it's the only way for me to view the account info, too. if they don't fix this, I will switch. It's bad enough that certain payments and transfers take so long to process! will switch soon if not fixed.

I am trying to open the app and it will not open. I go to the website. It says there's an upgrade available, I press 'upgrade now', it goes to the Google Play and there's no upgrade selection to choose nor is there an 'open app' selection. I cannot take care of any business online or in the app!!!! Very Disappointing! I've never had any issues/problems before. Very Disappointing!!!!

Can't manage virtual cards. No matter what, the app can't add my new credit card to Google Wallet, and the error it gives is unspecific and useless: "We Hit A Snag" / "Looks like we need to fix something so we're working on it". Customer support couldn't help, and asked for an error code. There ain't one, thanks to the brilliant Capital One engineers!

Mobile deposit is the most frustrating part. If you have a check for more than $500, the app just can't seem to match the amount. If you have an amount less than that? No problem! So, the bigger checks that you usually really need can't be deposited. Oh, and if you've checked the box on the check saying it's a mobile deposit, you're totally screwed because you can't take it to a real bank then either..... I've called customer support over this, and it usually magically works after that!

Current version downside is the account details is broken so I can't see any of my numbers or other important information. it's a pretty big issue to have for a banking app. Overall it's easy to use and does exactly what I need. I like having zelle built in and getting the checking direct deposit a day early. Refunds or transfers always come in sooner than expected, and always get the notifications of withdrawals immediately.

There are promotional popups and banners on every page of the app. I don't want to open a credit card. I don't want to sign up for coupons. I just want to manage my account. I hate closing multiple popups every time I open the app. The feedback form only lets you rate the app from 1-5 stars, no text input.

I can't use my own number. the one linked to my account, for verification, so I can't change email phone number or anything to do with my account. I can't get cash either because it calls for 2 step verification as well. customer service is no help. spoke with 3 representatives that were unable to help me and the first one I spoke with accent was so strong I couldn't understand anything they were saying. I payed my bill in full 3 days before I ever received a bill and still have no access to my

I'm split. Great bank, misguided credit card provider. The app itself is loaded with UI glitches that aren't being resolved. The credit card is useless. They work on the principle of starting customers with a small credit line and increasing it only if you spend at your limit. Chase, TD, or Wells Fargo are far better for credit cards. Maxing out a card isn't healthy. Capital One needs new leadership for it's credit division, an obvious idiot must be running it at the present.

I have never been able to send or request money from Zelle. I select "send/request", the app starts thinking and then the app crashes every time. Fix ASAP it has been well over 1 year. I have to have them request the money in order to send it. I can't do anything within the app. Yet when I download Zelle, it prompts me to use the banking app.

I made a payment on this app like I do every month, and they restricted my account because they say my bank account, that I always pay from, is new. They also say that their great service flags the account when there are several multiple payments/very large payments, of which I didn't think the once of month payment with this month being $29 even met this requirement. Then they stated that they wanted to make sure that I had enough money in my account to cover this payment of $29.

Typically would be 5 stars, but I've been having issues with the app lately. I can't view my "Account Details" in the quick access bar under my savings account & can't view my account information at all in the app. Edit: Looks like they fixed it and I can now view the account details in the app! Updated my review to reflect that. Only critique is the amount of pop ups telling you about their other products - which aren't relevant to me at all. Otherwise, app works for my needs

Would like to like this app, but it has three annoying problems. The first is that managing eno virtual numbers is just not possible. The second is organization - finding what I want isn't easy... in part because eno is a dumb bot, as well as a virtual card manager. You end up wasting time trying to get the right text only to land on an unexpected web page. If you try to use the web, it cycles back through the app. 2fa is a hassle. I really don't want to have to have my phone to bank online.

App was great for awhile but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing being frustrated with no longer retaining my sign in information. I've signed in using biometrics for years now but every time I go into the app it has amnesia. This makes the process of doing anything way longer. Whether I'm trying to pay a bill or just get a quick glance at my balance before I swipe is now a process. Especially when every time u do it over again for nothing! Fix it please smh

This version of the app is broken. Everytime I try to log in it says my account is locked due to too many login attempts. Then, it opens a web page to verify my identity and I can log in there, but if I go back to the app it's just the same message. My only option is the web. For clarity I can log in on the web if I go directly there. It's only the app that's broken. Edit:They updated the app and still didn't fix this issue. Totally useless app. The old version on my old phone does work lmao

It's a pretty good mobile app, but it has two fatal flaws that are extremely irritating: you can't put in exact cents in a payment, you can only put in round numbers. When I'm making a payment to cancel out a purchase, I want to pay off the exact purchase amount. Forcing me to go to the desktop website to do this is counter-intuitive and irritating. Also, if I want to take a screenshot of an expense, let me take a damn screenshot!

Cool app everything you need at your finger tips. HOWEVER, since I'm supposed to pay on time I think that Capitol One should have to take their money on time. I've paid through the app and it's 3 or 4 days before you take it out of my account, which sometimes , makes me late cause you didn't get your money due to me paying other bills thinking you have already been paid. It's really aggravating.

Account details no longer opening so I can no longer see interest rate, etc for accounts which is frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS! I rarely use bill pay after it was "updated" but I have moved on to other ways to pay so I can live with that. I do like how easy it is to open and close accounts and see them all in one place and the ease of accessing the app.
