I need this and am grateful for it. I could not have cell phone conversations without this app. I just wish it would ring on incoming calls, there's is little to no sound for that. Also has a few quirks that still need to be worked out, like the pausing of current call (no sound for either party) if another incoming call, etc. Hopefully this updated version will address some of these issues?

I just got numerous inappropriate spam calls repetitively from the same number to this app while at work, as if they were going to keep calling until I answered. The number was no one I ever did business with, and this app does not have call blocking. They claim they are working on making call blocking accessible soon, but it is not currently accessible. If this problem continues, I will need to delete this app until they have a way to block spam numbers from ringing up your phone 24/7!

I just downloaded this app, and so far I find myself being one happy camper! I love this app. It has made my ability to understand what the other person is saying so much easier! Only question I do have is: Is there a speakerphone option or button? I am hearing impaired, but not deaf. Some people I talk to have voices I can actually hear, vs. others who are difficult to hear or understand. Other than that, I am one happy camper! Five stars all the way. THANK YOU!!!

captions are working but caller on otherside never hears what I am speaking , so they cut the calls. so disappointed 😞

GET CAPTION CALL IT BEATS ALL THE OTHERS TEXTNOW EVERYTHING I DIDN'T THINK IT BEATS MESSENGER CALLING I MEAN IT'S AWESOME IT'S JUST LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE CAPTION CALLED PHONES WHEN SOMEBODY SPEAKS TO YOU THEN YOU CAN READ IT AT THE SAME TIME.

Fantastic app for hearing impaired! Super fast and highly accurate captioning. Highly recommended for those who have any difficulty understanding phone conversations.

I thought this was only for home when I saw on TV that they will come to your house and install it in the wall but it works fine on my devices it's a must have for home and devices you carry with you

my caption call worked just fine yesterday. now I can't get it to work at all. the live help just kept telling me things that I do not know. l

3 stars only because I haven't had the app for long and so far only one call session and I need a few more to be fair with the rating. I'm not sure if it was our phones or the app, but the transcription was not so great and my husband still had to repeat what was said from my caller. I'm hoping it was a fluke bc I really like this app, I have the physical phone and wanted to "take it with me" lol. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

this is a new review I was hoping things would change it is now June almost 2025 had a problem with pop-up ads now it says the account is experiencing issues and won't even make any calls, I just got out of the hospital with a stroke and extreme migraine pain this was a lifeline to talk to my son and my wife and now it blocks me from that.

I can't say enough about this awesome service. It allows me to accurately take care of essential business. Thank you very much 😊. If you don't have this service I highly recommend it so get it. Do yourself a great favor.

Nice app. Instead of taking notes from a phone call, I have it in writing. Also it keeps a log of older calls.

The calls constantly drops or those on other end say they can't hear you or call is breaking up. Script says .. "repeated lines" and doesn't transcribe the calls, although they're speaking. I can not hear on phone. I rely on this service and it's been beyond frustrating for me with all the issues. When it decides to work, it works great but not as often as it should. Not sure if someone is on other end typing or if it's auto voice call transcribed. 🤔

The app is a huge battery drain. I didn't use the app at all today, yet it consumed 5.4% battery utilization. If this continues, I will have to consider uninstalling the app. NOTE: If you remove and Re-install the app, all your blocked number WILL disappear. Grrr. However it picks up deleted transcripts from months ago. Samsung S23 Ultra running Android 16.

Game changer for those who are hearing impaired. It finally lets my hearing impaired family be able to call & communicate with me, doctors, family/friends, and anyone else! Even something as simple as ordering a pizza was impossible before this app, but now they are able to communicate again! Plus, the captions are automatic, so you know there is no one listening in on your conversations. Captions are mostly accurate and very helpful!!

Olelo is amazing . Haven't been able to use the phone for almost 4 years now. Have tried other similar apps without success-missed calls, unintelligible transcripts, etc etc. After a week of use, Olelo has performed almost flawlessly for both outbound and inbound calls. Very very nice. Can't seem to get it to add directly to contacts, but that is a small matter to me.
