WE LOVE CEFCO!! The people are awesome! very helpful! they help carry when my hands are full!

Since the update my app will not work... it merits trekking me to put in my number and it will send me a link to sign in. I've Uninstalled it and reinstall but it still does not work... I've tried everything it says and still nothing... the number is not blocked nor any denied messages on my phone... I'm very frustrated with the new app

This is an impossible app! It instructs me to complete my profile before I can redeem. I'm into my 3ed week of trying 2 or 3 times each week. I keep getting an error message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue. So frustrated, trying to decide if the points are worth the stress. I have another convenience store directly across the street from me and I drive a mile for Cefco ... asking myself why?

When the app was working, it was great!! But now when I sign in it says it is going to send me an sms text but that text never comes. I will change get my rating if someone texts me back. I also sent them an email but never heard back from them. Update: now I moved to one star. I spend over $10,000 a year on gas and other products at convenience stores. Until they straighten this out and contact me this rating will stay at one star. Don't bother downloading it. It doesn't work anymore.

Works perfectly. I signed up 5 months ago and received points at sign up. Downloaded the app Oct 2022. Opened app to check points. Received a message to check text messages for a link to review my account. The text message arrived almost immediately with the link. When I clicked on the link it took me to my account. I completed the information for my name and received additional points while observing that the original sign up points were still on my account from months ago. Recommended app.

I went to the (deli) area. I had to order on a screen instead of telling the gentleman what I wanted. I could understand if it was a busy time with multiple orders however it was not. I had to order on the screen which was a bit confusing then I printed it out, take it to the cashier then back to the deli. Very time consuming for someone. I can't say I will eat at the deli again.

The Asst. Manager was helpful and informed of the loyalty rewards,also assisted me located something in the store. The store was clean and the breakfast was well stocked

The stores are always clean, the employees are friendly, and the restrooms are always clean. The store itself is nice and roomy, I don't feel like I'm bumping into another person. My most favorite about Cefco, they have my favorite flavored coffee.

I was confused on the way the process works but after the friendly employees, they taught me how to redeem, ty ladies, much appreciated the great customer support

everything is great. The only personal issue i have is that they do t carry certain brands of tobacco. Other than that, great 👍

As of now in the past 3 weeks I have installed and uninstalled the app three different times and every time I put in my information then touch submit that tells me something went wrong try again and later no matter how many times I try it does not work and my problems did not start until one day about 3 weeks ago I was looking on my app and wanted to see what rewards and items I need to buy to earn rewards as well and the app would not let me without updating and then the problem started !

I have traveled the roads for over 20 years for work and the cefco off of the loop 323 in Tyler and the one on old bullard rd in tyler and they have exceptional and friendly people that work for them. Nice people.

I love cefco even before I joined this rewards app. Store restrooms parking lot always clean. Employees great even when line long employees stay the same. Employees attitude,clean store comes also from excellent store management that values there Employees. Don't know why but was unable to use my reward. The employee payed for it. Thankful if you could contact me and figure out if by accident entered wrong number or why couldn't use reward. Sure would appreciate it. Thanks Gary.

I use my points for fuel purchases and it helps. It's easy to use, plus you can do everything at the pump and the use of the app.

Great store with great prices and an amazing rewards system

very convenient but since I didn't sign up all tha way i didn't receive points so sign up and get your rewards for signing up and getting a little this a Lill that and baba Bing bada boom 😀

I have to turn my phone sideways so that I can access the "Home" or "Survey" buttons or to access the map button because my phones menu buttons, clock, setting and back button stay on the screen while using the app. Just installed the app for the first time tonight and I'm already ready to delete it.

very clean store, I got gas and we got coffee. Sean the cashier was extremely nice and made sure we had all we needed. I will definitely tell all I know about these stores. Great experience no doubt

I work next door to the Cefco on Bell. The manager,who works there, is the best she always makes sure I put my number in before my purchases. I absolutely love the rewards program,it definitely pays to be a member. Thank you for the excellent customer service. It's a pleasant change .
