Been using CGX by Caroline Girvan for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app with tons of workout programs, meal ideas, and tips from a certified trainer. Pretty solid app if you’re into staying in shape.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different workout programs you can follow, from beginner to advanced. It’s got hundreds of individual workouts too, all led by Caroline. And there’s progress tests to track how you’re doing – that’s pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out the nutrition stuff but the meal plans are actually pretty tasty.
Look, if you’re into fitness and want an app that’s got your whole routine covered, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
