i thought this was going to be hard. The first day, i just watched them all.. The next morning, i watched the first day i just watched it and saw how easy going it was. then after i watched it again. After i watched it... I ended up doing them and it was awesome.. So simple. Thank you soooo much for developing these exersizes for prior like me and a trillion others in sure!!

I really enjoyed this app when I first started. now I am unable to load the content past 80%. I have installed and reinstalled. I have tried everything I can think of to get this to load. I have already paid the annual fee. I am disgusted. I contacted the help desk 3 times without getting any answer.

Repetitive & redundant. Heart rate sensor inaccurate. Can't log in and save data between phones. It feels disingenuous and unethical to have people pay you for a years subscription when it's the same 50ish exercises just shuffled under the guise it's for different goals. It's called Chair Yoga yet there really isn't any yoga involved, same for tai chi! Pictures posted aren't even in the program at all. One AI bot voice, same 12-15 songs, generic person modeling the exercises. Would not recommend

I am finding this app to be very helpful and easier than I imagined. Don't get me wrong, its very disciplined, but not like most of the other app/programs I've tried. Honestly, check it out!

I was disappointed from the start. I answered all these questions, and signed up for Chair Yoga. I paid a sale price of $25.99 for 3 months. Then they put me in an app for Chair Yoga for Seniors, a separate app. Now they want me to pay $49.99 for a year. But they already took the 26.00 out of my bank. I wanted to start right away, but now I have to get this straightened out. I'll let you know if/when I start about the actual program. I shouldn't have to do all this work.

Just right after not exercising for quite a while Update: Was loving this app until it started glitching in my phone. It was opening when I was trying to get to other links and it randomly opens. Tried twice to contact support and received no response.

This is the only exercise app I have found that is genuinely free. The exercise programs are easy to do, explained well and has a variety. Each day is different and it is easy to install and use. fully recommend for seniors at least.

I do exercises every day & I like to mix things up, which means using other muscles. Doing this chair yoga, I work my butt muscles without even knowing it & that's a good. We all have a tendency to sit too much, & let's face it, our rear ends' wear out soon & look worse as we age. Even though doing this seated exercise, many muscles are being stretch & worked, thus creating a tighter & slimmer body outline, which along with loosing a few lbs, it the goal!!! I did enjoy my first workout!

I have only done the first one but to begin with it was only loading up to 80%. So I started going to the description of the exercises but it was hard that way. After I finished doing it that way then I thought I would try one more time to load it. Then it finally loaded up to 100%! So I did it the correct way. LOVE the little lady doing them with me! Hopefully it will keep loading up for me.

I hesitated in buying this exercise app. Now going on a straight day 29 so glad I did. Tailored to your specifications you get a different exercise every day plus an additional exercise recommendation. The first workout is about 8 minutes and the second one a bit longer. Point being you are not bored and look forward to exercising. You can track your vitals plus hydration but it isn't required. Give it a try I am finally having zero pain in my shoulder. sciatica and hands

Easy to use. Set reminders to exercise. Spend several minutes moving and flexing to keep muscles flexible and strong. Avoid atrophy! Just started, but I haven't seen an ad yet. Visual workout shows you what to do.

They get you hooked as being free and then on your 4th session they lock you out and force you to subscribe (for $50 per year or $20 a month) in order to continue your workouts. Free should be free... unless clearly stated for only a short period of time. Very disappointed because I was enjoying. Y workouts... but removed the app for false advertising

I truly tried, but... After filling out the form of "personal health & dreams," I was disillusioned to discover the app is only for those who need to lose weight. Some of us need to gain weight, or at the very least, maintain our weight. Of course, a heads-up informing prospective clients of a monthly fee based on the specific program they might require. Do you know where I can acquire such an application?

I love how straight forward this app turned out to be! The stretches easily stretch out my body in the morning and I miss it when not doing it. But don't think I've skipped very much! Only twice and I must directly credit this short, easy workout for that, too. It's just too easy to simply do the exercises. No brain chatter to skip because it's too hard or unfun really gets purchase. I'm recovering from a partial tendon tear in my ankle/foot and walk between 3k - 8k a day, normally.

This is the first day I am working with this app. I do chair yoga at the senior center 3 times per week, but I can't do some of the movements due to pain. I have leg neuropathy, so the marching movements on the hard floors put me in pain for the rest of the day. I find marching on the thick carpet at home so much easier and less stress on the legs. I also love the gentle AI voice used. I'm looking forward to the next session.

Not actually free. I searched for free - I'm willing to put up with ads - and this app suggested it was free, or a limited version could be free, with more capability available withe paid version. Turns out not to be true. They let you do 3 days for free then demand you subscribe, with option for 7 days addition free trial AFTER you sign up and give them your credit card. Bit of a bait and switch. I'll keep looking elsewhere. Pity, because I was liking it, but $20/month is too rich for my blood.

I've only done the first day of this app, but so far I like it! I'm terribly out of shape due to an injury and I'm struggling to figure out how to regain strength and flexibility. I'm still unable to do the heavier exercises/workouts I was doing before my injury, and this app seems like a great way to gently transition back to being more active again.

I like this app, but, as a "younger" senior, with arthritis in my hips and fatigue issues , I'm Somewhat limited as to what I can do, but I do wish it had the options of easy, moderate and harder sessions. Another app I used before this one, stressed the need to keep your core engaged, your back straight and your shoulders away from your ears. I have carried those techniques to this program, but noticed that it isn't mentioned in most cases in these programs. Just a observation.

I haven't started this and am giving it one star because when I signed up, it showed I "can" pay the yearly amount, $4.99 monthly . I looked at my subscriptions and it said it would charge the 'entire year' $49.99 on my card after the free trial. Oh, no, no, no... I have to pay monthly because I am on a fixed income. I WILL try it for a few days before it charges and will give an honest review, but I WILL cancel because I cannot pay the yearly fee. Developers, fix this!

Absolutely wonderful for all fitness levels 50 and up. The app is free. A great way to exercise ( men and woman) if you can't afford a gym. I just read the reviews after posting my first comments, and it's not free? I don't like it saying "it's free" if it's not. I get a free membership at my gym for being on Medicare. The healthier I am, the less the insurance pays out in medical bills. This program should also be "free" for 65 and older.
