So here's my honest take on Clock Yourself. I've tested a bunch of fitness and brain game apps, and this one's a pretty solid combo of the two. The workouts are challenging but in a good way - they really get your body and mind working. The patterns and timed challenges are clever and satisfying to improve at. It's not as polished as some other apps, but it doesn't try to be. If you want a fun, no-frills way to exercise your whole self, Clock Yourself is worth a download.

  • Free to play, don't need to spend money to enjoy it
  • Easy to pick up but gets more complex as you progress

Cons

  • Upgrades take forever at higher levels
  • Gets repetitive after a while

Description

Been playing Clock Yourself for a couple months now. It’s basically a game that challenges you to think and move at the same time. Pretty solid app if you’re into fitness and brain games.

Here’s what you do: you visualize a circle on the ground and then step in and out of it, following different patterns. And there’s also timed challenges where you have to react quickly. And you can even try to beat your own high scores – took me a while to get the hang of some of these but they’re fun to master.

Look, if you’re into getting a mental and physical workout, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get fit and train your brain at the same time.

This app is so clever. It can be used for patients with poor balance and allows them to progress to increasingly difficult balance tasks.
