So here's my honest take on Coinoscope: Coin identifier. I've tested a bunch of coin ID apps and this one's pretty solid. The AI works really well at identifying coins from photos, and the value estimates are usually close. It's simple to use and the UI is clean. But it's not without its issues - the value info can be off, and it gets repetitive after a while. Still, if you're a casual coin collector, this is a great little app to have on hand.

Description

Been using Coinoscope: Coin identifier for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you take a photo of any coin and it’ll tell you what it is and how much it’s worth. Pretty solid app if you’re into coins and stuff.

Here’s what you do: you just snap a pic of the coin and Coinoscope uses AI to identify it and give you all the details. There’s also a coin value checker, which is pretty cool. And you can even upload photos from your gallery if you don’t want to take a new one.

Look, if you’re into coins and collecting, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the coin value estimates can be off sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to know more about your spare change.
