Nice & easy and no fees for billpay. Nice clean, uncluttered app, but 4 not 5 ☆ because of the pop-up every month asking me to save my card/ bank account information. At least have a "Don't show again" option. I'm concerned I'll accidentally press it one of these times. IMO, you have to be insane to store your card/account information anywhere online.

I'm not particularly fond of the recent update. If I wanted to pay my bill through a link to my browser I would. The app is just as useless as using the USPS app right now. This app used to work just fine until someone had to monkey with things that were already working just fine. Why try to reinvent the wheel? Having it is supposed to be a convenient solution to access your account and not jump through many hurdles to get there. The biometrics have also stopped working. Not a happy camper.

It was a good way to look up my account, the one thing, I hated that after, I signed up, I wouldn't have to worry about missing a payment but right, when I wanted to make a payment, I could'nt log on, kept telling me that my user name and pasword is incorrect, how could that be, when I wrote down, what I used to signed and what's worst there was mo way of fixing it either, everytime I will try to fix it, it would say the same thing that user name and password is invalid or incorrect, upsetting.

I find this application useless, it's just barebones. The app is very slow just to view "payment" and "more". They took away the energy usage (the one with graphs). There's no way of knowing how much energy was used and other features like for example tips on how to save on energy which I find a useful tool. It no longer sends you an email notifying you that the bill is ready to view. Do yourself a favor drop this app to the trash and just go directly to their website instead.

Month after month I pay my bill in full and then a few days later I get a notification saying that I owe more money. Is this a glitch in the billing department? The first 2 months I just didn't pay it. No loss of service due to not paying in the "new" amount last month they sent another bill for $12 and change. However this month I paid in full and now they want another $53. At this rate I will owe the whole cost of the bill over again

The app mostly works but there are a few things that really need to be updated/fixed. The main problem is that you have to log back in to the app at least every day or so. I can understand not leaving the app logged on all the time but I shouldn't have to be logging in as often. Second issue is that when using the dual factor authentication, it is really irritating to type the first number on the QWERTY keyboard then have it switch to a telephone keypad. Decide on one keyboard!

Editing to a mixed rating. The app is great for reporting and tracking outages. Response is good and repair estimates have been accurate. For paying bills DO NOT TRUST! I switched payment information to a different bank account before a payment was due. I was closing the current account. ComEd billed the old account twice, causing issues and penalty fees. When I tried to fix online, all I could find was my correct account. Very shady!!

1. Never stays logged in even if you put remember device 2. Two step authentication repeatedly for the same device you started comed with. And it goes with issue #1. 3. After a week or so the app does not even accept that my email has an account at all, while if going through chrome or Google directly it will log you in and you can see your account. 4. It isn't even an app, basically it's an app that sends you through to a link to their website after logging in, and only IF it accepts the email.

It was pretty good the first time around, but I don't know what happened since then. I enjoyed the biometric way to sign in, but now I never see it. And then when I do, it's once in awhile. Then I will have to do the two part authentication to sign in. I also wish as the app to pay for the People's energy, I could be able to add another person's bill to help them pay!!!

Like usual I have issues, Only when I try to pay my bill. Got a new debit card, and tried to add it to make a payment. Everytime i hit submit. My session expired. I'm locked out. It let me make a payment but not save my information and took my payment twice without showing me that the payment was made. So ComEd just took $418 dollars from me today! I have 4 kids and its hard enough, now I have to go through this.

The app is horrible. I paid my bill a while ago and the thing defaults to taking money out at a later time. I was trying to pay it at that moment. Power was cut once because the power wasn't paid on time when i had actually paid it weeks before. It just happened again. 9/27/2021 App times out when I go to pay. I do everything quickly and it says try again. I had to pay with another card I had saved. I hate this app. Half star. It did it again. I have to update before I can log in. Notify people.

App no longer works. For the past two months when I try to open the app to pay my bill all it does is say "We're sorry, we weren't able to process your request. An error occurred and we weren't able to process your request. Please try again later." I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changes my password, and nothing helps so I'm stuck with using the website.

Your app blows. Yeah, it has an impressive amount of functionality packed into a beautiful looking mobile app. But if the core functionality doesn't work, what's the point? Notifications are absolutely busted. Also, unable to download the PDF version of bills?? Says there's a permissions error but the app already has all of the permissions it needs. If you have Android 13, this isn't going to work.

App keeps crashing. Can't download PDF. Can't view the bill. This app is totally useless. Crashes when you try viewing your bill. Has not been fixed since my initial review. They can raise our rates through the roof but can't fix their app. Why pay your bill when you can't see what you're paying for. Can't even view the bill on the website. This is totally ridiculous. Fix your friggin app.

When entering a new payment method and saving to your wallet, the app will freeze and kick it out not saving that information. But when you log back in, it makes it seems like you were right where you left off. So you submit payment. Not knowing you just submitted a payment using your last method not the one you currently saved. You think everything is OK, until you realize you paid the wrong way and it's too late. This happened to me twice, on different phones with different carriers.

What can I say? It's an automated way to pay, they do charge you a convenience fee... BTW I think passing on the convenience fee to us as a consumer is ridiculous. Just another way to pass the buck... You can see all the details of you all the way down to an hourly basis! Which surprised me! However the app crashes for me when I try to use the biometric to log in and I have tried telling Com Ed about in their feedback.

This app has a lot of things wrong. My main issue with it is that I'm never logged in - it doesn't stay, it always logs me out even if it's been 2 minutes since I was on it. The whole point of an app is to make it easier on the consumer/customer. What's the whole point if I always have to sign in and wait for the code to get sent in order to pay my bill? Might as well keep using the website instead. This app is almost useless!!! Get it together.

The app is OK. I have properties with different electric suppliers and their apps are far superior. The ComEd app is most frustrating because you have to log in every time you open it. Two-factor authentication is always required. There are no options to save your password or log in with your fingerprint or PIN, which are features in all my banking apps. I understand security is a concern, but if all my banks figured out security alongside convenience, then ComEd should think about catching up.

Awful service.Constantly not working and doesn't allow you to access many of the advertised features. Contacting comed is even worse! I was set up for auto pay for years with no issue. They did a 'site renovation' and forced me to sign up for auto pay again. I did. Turns out, the payment default in 'your wallet' is not necessarily the default for auto-pay? How confusing is that?! Went three months with no communication, and got charged a bunch of late fees for THEIR mess. They did nothing to fix

I tried to register but after 10 minutes and it showing still registering me, I left the screen. It should not take that long for this process. It's like when I'd go into my comedy account through Chrome - each time I would hit sign in button and get no response. To happened to me many times. I really would appreciate if your technical support would once and for all fix your applications so they work properly all the time. It's very frustrating. I've a lot to do and don't have time.
