There is a glitch in the app that does not allow you to scroll down on the add payment page to click the authorization box. The account number and routing number can be added, but then you can't scroll down to the authorization box. You also can't scroll down on the page to manage your payment methods, so no payment can be made thru the app. Closing the keyboard does not help, you can't scroll down at all.

This is my personal experience, my 2nd credit card I took out. They are very good with posting on your credit scores how responsible you are with payments and keeping it under the thresholds. They are always updating it, their customer service is also good. The app itself is very easy to use so simple and straightforward not cluttered! Which is a huge plus. Bank apps shouldn't be over cluttered overall highly recommend!

Okay app. It needs the option of selecting between accounts. Like I have milestone, indigo, and destiny accounts. But I have one card account on the app. The other two I have go to the website to make payments. Which is fine, I think I'd rather do that to save space on my devices. But either way it's kind of a pain to use if only card is able to be used by the app.

Don't bother with any card by concora/Celtic bank, I recently received a letter stating my acct has been closed due to "suspicious activity" and now my credit utilization is gonna go up causing my credit rating to drop, and they don't even have the decency to send a replacement card, and believe all the reviews when it comes to making payments, and also when you buy something, that doesn't show up on your acct for a couple days.

Another one of those fake apps. It's constantly telling me username is wrong. The username is correct. I even went to as far as requesting my username and it was the same. I do have an account with milestone and I double checked to make sure by going online and the username and password was correct. This is a bad app and waste of time. I'm uninstalling now.

Why do I have to wait 14 days before my available credit is updated even after I paid my bill, using the same bank account as I have in the beginning?!? This is ridiculous!! And the customer service reps were of no help at all!! I had a very important purchase to make and I could not do it! I would NOT recommend this card company!! THREE stars at best !!

Not only is it almost impossible to log into, but it may be the only banking app I personally have ever used that does not allow you to pay more than the minimum. I guess they want you paying this bill forever. And please spare me the 'uninstall, then reinstall the app' trope, or the 'clear you cookies' spiel. I don't think there are very many people who don't know the standard tech customer service script by now. I believe the low rating may mean that others agree.

Stay away! When I was approved, I received 2 different cards in the mail, and I activated 1 of them only to find out it was their mistake, and I activated the wrong one. Another thing is the app and website never let's you update your password. It gives an error every time. This has been going on since I got the card. It costs 150.00 a yr to have this card! Update 2/15/24 I still can not get into my account, nor am I receiving paper bills, and they still have NO SOLUTION! DO BETTER!!!

It's been three days, and the glitch on the app. Still does not work. When putting in my correct information Username and password. The system keeps saying it is not matching their records. When, in fact it does. I've called repeatedly to the technical support number, and they're saying it is nothing they can do. Why advertise a 24/7 app. If it's not going to work. I would like to check on my account daily. I cannot do that unless I call in. What an inconvenience.

First of all, this app is trash compared to ALL my other credit card apps. No biometrics, no saving a different password for a different card. No easy way to do anything. For a company that runs SEVERAL credit card brands, it's a bit insulting to think this was the best app my interest payments could buy. Even my lowest quality card has a fully functional and feature rich app. This app will help you pay your bill, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.

Trash app. always gives an error when trying to login. it's suspiciously seems as though they want you to not be able to make your payment. Edit: I have done all of the troubleshooting, called all the numbers, and I've spoken to all of your reps. They confirmed to me that the information I was inputting was correct and they said they would look into it. I was finally able to make my payment via website. FIX YOUR APP. Edit: I'm aware that my credentials are correct. I'm not the problem.

Dropping this down to one star because I can NEVER get into the app. I keep getting that same system error and I shouldn't have to call someone every time I login. I like the user interface but 9 times out of 10, I can never log in. I always get an error to contact technical support. I get lucky maybe once a day where I can actually log in without issues. It's extremely frustrating.

Notification settings are automatically blocked and cannot be changed. Every app out there allows notifications but this one doesn't. I can't set any alerts. Every card app out there allows settings for certain things like payment due, payment processed, when a card is used but this app it is all blocked in the settings and can't be adjusted. I've tried uninstalling, deleting data, as well as double checking the website with zero luck. Calling customer service is absolutely pointless.

I was required to update my app before logging in and now it keeps taking me to a website saying "Access Denied" and something about me being an existing customer logging in internationally. I'm pretty frustrated that I can't check my balance, make a payment, or anything for that matter. I check my accounts pretty regularly, at least 2-3 times per week and I'm concerned I won't be able to maintain payments this way.

So far, the app interface has not been the problem. I just know that getting a payment to them is a nightmare. I make legitimate payments that are fully funded but Concora's turn around time is so long--can be three weeks from me posting my payment to them actually attempting to credit the account--that they have the time to claim that my payment "did not go through". The payment was fully funded and set aside. I have the feeling that they are double-posting, with the second being a chargeback

Love this app. So easy to use and shows balances, limits and previous payments real easy. Also allows you to make payments from the app. I have three cards in this app and I couldn't ask for a better system. Oh, except that welcome prompt where it asks if you wanna pay for extra insurance for payments. I don't want it and I wish that prompt would go away!

Overall, I do enjoy the app. My only complaint (and I'm pretty sure it isn't the developer at fault) is that I can't pay early at all whatsoever, and it counts as the monthly payment. In most other places, you can pay at least a few days early, and it counts. Synchrony allows a week early. It just kinda sucks as someone who gets paid monthly and likes to pay all bills at once and be done. I have a system that works it's just annoying as hell.

This company is terrible. Paid my balance on the 9th and they aren't releasing the credit until the 18th! 9 days later! The guy on the phone tried to offer a different way to pay. Buddy this is a YOU problem. Couldn't help me. No text help from the app. No reason as to why given on the phone. Do. Not. Use. Also, I got the Milestone card, and the app keeps trying to sell me with adds on a card I have already. Super annoying.

Have to knock this down to 2 stars for 2 reasons; it's the only credit card app I have that doesn't support biometrics (by far the safest login method) and it's also the only one that doesn't show how much of your credit line is available (it just shows your balance). I appreciate that they finally fixed the login problems, but this app could really use some work on the developers part.

Have issues with how they manage and track payments. Sometimes you can open the app and not see any of the payments that should be pending. I've made additional payments that caused me to overdraft for this reason. Lately I've noticed that they'll mark a payment as posted before they even draft it from your checking account which I think is really weird.
