aweful app! half of the messages I sent to my loved one he doesn't ever receive, and if he does it's 3 days later that the message gets delivered! and the corrlinks video app doesn't work at all!

I loved this app I would give it a 5, but a couple of days ago, the app started constantly syncing when choosing an option and I had to send a reply several times due to syncing. Can technical support please help. thank you

This app is complete garbage but I have used it for many years only out of necessity. I would like to cut through any Federal red tape to allow me to submit code to free this app from the constant problems that plauges most users since it's inception. If anyone actually reads these reviews, that can point me in the direction of who to contact, in order to perhaps see my dream of talking to my loved one, without any ISSUES, come to fruition, it would be appreciated immensely by EVERYONE.

Will not let me see the feed from the conversation so it's hard to follow and will start syncing while I'm writing and continue for five or more mins. seems to take hours to get messages. Not sure what happened since the last update but I am not a fan.

since the last update, I can't see the whole email conversation . I am able to only see the last message they sent me. It's confusing sometimes because I get lost about what the conversation is about. It's highly annoying. update... it just keeps getting worse. now it wants to sync for 5 min. What am I paying for? At this point, it makes more sense to just go to the website.

got a new phone and it wont let me connect my account. claims too many devices are registered to the account. The issue is, there aren't too many devices registered, just my old phone. If you are going to restrict how many devices can access the account, at least give the option to remove the old device so the new one can be registered.

I usually use the Corrlinks app to communicate with a friend, but ever since I updated it, the app has been much slower. It keeps syncing information and takes a long time for messages to send, which feels slower than the previous version.

this app is worthless... I paid to be able to know when my loved one messages and to be able to respond on the go away from my computer but the app always says syncing and never allows me to see the messages let alone respond. If I would have known I was gonna have to access it through web browser I wouldnt have paid for any part of this app! fix the issues!!!!

It took me a little while to figure out that 1st you must go to website, i sent messages from there for quite awhile, then got the Premium and could use the app on android, the only thing I don't like is, paying for Premium you still have to go to website to add $ to your account, and add or delete offenders. But other then that, ive had no problems and I've been using it for 3 years.

This app is helpful in communication when the feds only give up 200 talk mins a month. I've been using this app for over 8yrs now & the problems I've found are, if your screen times out or your phone dies before you get to save a message or send it, it's gone! The notification for new messages seldom pops up so you have to keep checking & syncing the app. For the most part, this app is a godsend for those seeking to stay in constant contact with an incarcerated loved one.

Takes so long to receive my messages. I am talking anywhere from 2-3 hours in between! Then I will get multiple messages at once. Plus I get no notifications at all once I do get messages. Have to continue to check the app. After paying for the premium. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is simply due to the fact I get to message at all. This app really needs some attention.

For what it's used for its not bad at all. There's a delay in receiving messages but that's actually to be expected. My issue is paid for the year which allows app use, and that is priced awesome. But I wanted notification when a message arrived. When I started using the app it was fine but now I have to actually open it and sync messages, which can make a delayed message have a later response. Hopefully this gets fixed!

I think it's absolutely unnecessary to have to pay to use the app (except to read what's in your Inbox) and you have to pay to send messages. $0.25 per message with a minimum $10 deposit. In my situation, I prefer to hear my man's voice but he was able to put $1 on his end. He's sent me 3 messages, to which I cannot reply without paying $10, most of which I won't even use.

It's great to be able to email loved ones who are locked up, however it should be noted that there's a delay in receipt. Perhaps its cause they have to monitor and read messages, I don't know, but its still faster than postal mail. What I dislike, is the app failing to sync for the past month after renewing Premium service. I tried logging off and uninstalling and still it won't load messages. I have to access my account from another phone or laptop to retrieve messages. Need an update to fix!

I have a premier account and currently have 2 inmates on my contact list. I received a request from another inmate (third contact) but I cant find a place to accept him and add to my contact list. I have sent 2 requests for assistance but still no answer. Also, I frequently get messages saying "unable to sync with server at this time". Really disappointed.

UPDATE: I was contacted and the problem has been solved! I am able to open the app, log in, and sync! Thank you! I have been having issues with logging in. I can login fine on my laptop but the app just keeps telling me that I have invalid credentials. I have done everything to try and resolve the issue with no assistance. Paying for the premium account is a waste if you can't even use the one feature you need!

I love using the app vs. the website. Recently ran into some issues, but customer support was able to correspond in a timely matter and help me fix the major issue quick. By rebooting my device, and then deleting and reinstalling the CorrLinks mobile app. The sync error was immediately corrected. I also had to delete my device from the website (under manage account, manage devices.. because each time you login to the app. it counts as 1 device being used, there are only 3 devices allowed).

It's worked fine for a year or so, but today it says "Unable to sync. Syncing requires an active Premier Corrlinks account". I clicked on "learn more", but it doesn't do anything. I thought I did have the PremierAccount. How do I fix this? I've updated the app and restarted my phone. If the developer will fix this, I'll add more stars to the review. Any help would be appreciated.

when I open the app this morning I had been logged out after logging back in I have no way to compose an email, and no emails come through. and the app looks nothing like the pictures it is posted I'm here. I can only see them on the website I have the premier account, but getting no notifications when I email does come through. Support fixed my issues and it's working great again

The app is ok, but it now 'syncs' every time you change screens instead of when you go in and then again when you hit send. It's frustrating to sit and wait as it 'syncs' when it opens, then when you click on inbox, then again when you click on a message, then again when you click reply, etc.. It didn't do this until about 3 months ago or so.
