can you find a new developer to make the app work?? I can't search anything! it says "0 products found" when I try to search something or even click on the big bottle sale. This app has never worked correctly! The app and website both suck. Always a "technical error"

Its almost comical, once you get passed the infuriating rage point of dealing with this absolute joke of an app. Im down to only buying a few things from cosmo prof for my salon because of other inconsistency issues with the stores but you guys are making it so difficult to do so that! It makes me want to take my business somewhere else.
can never use it because it always says error occurs or there was a problem. i tend to only go to Cosmo now if necessary.
This is by far the worst app. It is so slow and lags. When you look up product, it will bring you to a blank page. It is terrible. I called a couple of years ago and spoke to someone about this to give feedback in hopes that they will FINALLY upgrade their app, but it still is horrible. I go to Salon Centric for as much as I can now because their app is foolproof and has never given me an issue. Cosmo prof needs to get it together and get with the times because this dinosaur app is awful!!
The new search thing is so annoying. No matter how I try to word and look for Soft Wax, it automatically keeps taking me Paul Mitchell's Soft Style foam. That's not at all what I'm looking for and I don't even click on it. Just searching 'soft wax' takes me straight to it and I can't look through the search options? when I look up just 'wax' I have to go through 200+ products of hair wax and foams that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for.... because I simply can't just search 'soft wax'
The app is slow and lags and sometimes makes it hard to shop appropriately because you can't tell if you've clicked something or not. I'm in the middle of having to fix an order right now that chose the wrong shipping address because I couldn't tell that it didn't use the correct address until the end.
the app is unusable. you can't search anything, it's always force closing, and when you add something to cart (if you can ever even find anything to add to cart) by the time you get to checkout it force closes. I'd give 0 stars if I could
I can't even sign on now. First the app wouldn't let me see prices then not allow me to add items to the cart. I tried to uninstall the app and re install and now I can't even sign on, saying error signing in, please try again.. so annoying not being able to get on and order for a week now unless I go on my desktop.
They are doing away with the client schedule & reminders past of the app. Those & the digital card when shopping at the store were the only features I used the app for. My clients are very upset that they will no longer receive reminders for their appointments. That service cut the number of no show clients by a 1/4. Not pleased with the new app at all. Will probably delete it if they don't support those features any longer
This app is gotten worse for being buggy. It has not gotten better, products show up in cart when i didn't put them there, can't remove the items from my cart no matter what i do. The app constantly stutters and locks up. It waste more time using the app than just going directly to the website. Nice concept to have everything at your fingertips...... but only if it works.
Super slow, won't read my location, won't remove taxes that don't apply to me, doesn't list everything they have, locations on map are wrong. The store itself was bad enough, now I have to use an app that is somehow worse. Trainwreck company, garbage app. If I had another option to get my products in person I would never deal with cosmoprof again.
This application is very glitchy... They need to test it better. A while ago, I made a purchase and it went smoothly... But this time it has been very annoying. I couldn't conclude the purchase because it doesn't highlight the button to order. I tried logging in and out but it keeps saying wrong password/email, even though I just set up a new password... It's frustrating.
Terrible app. Thought I needed to update my app through playstore and it said everything was up to date. I uninstalled the app because it wasn't showing me prices or letting me add items to my cart. Since I uninstalled I can't sign in using through the app without an error popping up saying, "try again later" or "incorrect email/password". I can sign in and use the website like normal, but it's not as convenient as opening the app
Every time I try to look up anything on the app, it says there's no products available. The app is 🗑🗑 I personally try to avoid this supplier all together. Nothing is in stock. The staff don't seem to care, there was a bunch of boxes with unstocked products all over the floor last time I went in. I've always had problems, I usually go to another supplier store for schwarzkopf. It's a bummer.
the app is so bugged now, it is borderline unusable. search for something, it says there are no products for that. but if you go through all the steps to filter down to that product, oh look there it is. so many extra steps for no reason. also, once you start clicking to look through colors it will just freeze or the screen goes black and you have to force close the app. why?? super frustrating.
This is horrible. Ive tried to search for products and brands and the app search results can't find them. I was only able to find some of the products by going into categories and searching through every product in that category to find what I was looking for. Lots of error messages trying to add things to cart. Not easy to navigate making it not user friendly. This version sucks just as bad as the last one.
This app is trash. Impossible to move through. Trying to order my color is like pointing at a shelf with my eyes closed saying, I need this one. Wth. If I don't have time to walk into the store, I definitely don't have time to use this trash app that doesn't even put the thing I click on in my actual basket. And I thought I hated the old app. Ha. Take note, if I'm spending $3-500 per order and you don't have to pay for an extra warehouse or storefront, you should be able to afford good tech
Please fix your app, it could be so useful. There are so many things that don't work properly, I'm having a hard time remembering ALL of them. 1. I can't edit/remove items from my cart because when I click the little option button a new window pops up and I can't scroll anywhere. So I can barely see the tops of the boxes that have the pickup/delivery options and nothing below that. I would love to be able to use the app regularly, but it is the least user-friendly app out there.
The check out process is terrible. It asks for the cvc several times and the prices changes with each entry. It doesn't tell you if something is not available in store, it just declines your card instead. Fix this please!! The closest store to me in 45 minutes away and I'd love to place more orders though the app IF it would work correctly!!
This app is seriously horrible. It shows when an item is out of stock yet if you place an order for the in stock items, it gets cancelled due to low stock... So you call them and they say "well we can't keep the site updated so when you order you just have to hope it's in stock or call us first." I'm tired of having to re-order over and over. Then on top of that, you can add something to the cart and it'll disappear or you'll have 4 items, then suddenly 0, then 5. It's impossible to use.
