Updates have been made within the last couple of months that are terrible. It shows me signed in, but no CC information. Have to sign out, back in and redo my order to show my saved information. Often try to submit orders and it just hangs and I have to do it again. Today it hung at processing payment, timed out and did not appear to go through. Typical with my recent experience. Did order again and it went through. I was charged for TWO orders. Does this on both my phones. Terrible!

Rating for the app; cookies are fine. You need to fix your pickup option. It will not allow you to change time to any sooner than half an hour, and it refuses to let you check in until that time! I'm using this app so I don't need to stand in line, yet I can order, get there in five minutes, go inside, and watch people order at the register and get their cookies while I'm still waiting for mine to be "ready." Even the employees don't understand why I can't just check in when I get there.
This app is half baked. The app is confusing. When you first download it and click on the order button, it takes you to a Google search prompt with no instructions on what to type in. I finally figured out it wanted my address but that was definitely not clear. Once I crossed that hurdle, it was easy to order the first time. However, subsequent orders are impossible to complete using the app.
Very nice and easy to use app, except... I tried to order on the app before the stores business hours for a pick up right when they opened. The app notification appeared to be an error (order seemed to not go through), so I re-ran the process and got the same message. I ended up just ordering in store with no trouble, only to find 3 pending charges on my account. Crumbl did well to fix my issue, the charges were pending for less than a week, but less confusing messaging would have helped.
The two times I have used curbside pickup through the app, at two different locations, I have had bad experiences. Why have the option if it can't be done right? Both times, I followed directions but they didn't even attempt to bring the cookies to my car. Cold by the time I went in and got them. Very disappointing. Also, if you leave the app open, it uses a crazy amount of data for some unknown reason. Will think twice before ordering again.
Payment method fail multiple times, funds available. Try a different account, same thing. Upon checking accounts, both were charged. Called and neither order was received so no cookies and have to wait 3-5 business days for the charges to fall off card. When you have a phone line dedicated to refunds as a bakery, the problem is already known to exist. Cookie-less and having money tied up is just a poor way to end the day.
Overall, fairly user friendly except when it comes to finding out which store is closest to you. For example, I was looking for the mystery cookie at the closest store to me, and it didn't bring up the THREE closest shops to me! But when I did a location search, there they were, and all three had different mystery cookies! The map does not show the stores when you zoom in for whatever reason. Otherwise, what's not to love about an app that's related to the yummiest cookie in the entire world??.
Great product and customer service, will be a longtime customer for sure, but the website and app both could use some basic adjustments. for example, adding a view cart option in the top corner so you don't have to replace a new order to have "view bag" pop back up so you can checkout. is it stands now you have to add something to view cart, then delete one of the two items you only added for cart access, then, for me, it removed the item but the price stayed the same, had to start all pver
Overall, good experience with the app, easy to order with plenty of pics to help you along the way. The only downside is the gift card experience. Unlike other apps, you cannot add a gift card to your balance as a credit (or at least is not easy to find as a function). The only place to use a gift card is at checkout, which means you have to retain the physical gift card until you actually order. Not sure why they chose to do it this way as all common payment platforms accommodate this.
Half of the options do not work. Example: You get extra reward points for following them on social media, joining birthday club, signing up for emails/ texts, etc. Each one I have completed, I received only 2 of the rewards. You can sign up for notifications on certain items, but when you go back to that item, the notification you selected is gone. Certain tabs will not load (and no it has nothing to do with my internet or the network). Only a few examples. Too many bugs that need to be fixed.
