App currently not working. I keep going through the process to reset password but it keeps saying "something went wrong" and sends me back to the login page. Prior to this it was a great, easy to use app. Now it's junk. UPDATE: Sent 2 inquiries with NO response from the developer. Update: still no reply from the developer and it won't let me re-set my password.
Worst app on my phone. Only use it to get my points for rewards, and because it's the only way to see new promos at my local csl. It hardly ever loads any info. Get a notification, open the app, nothing there. It doesn't work at all when I'm IN the plasma center. Extremely frustrating.
The bugs are aweful... Haven't been able to log onto my account since I got a new phone. When I brought it up to the manager at the hazel crest location none of them were willing to help... Kept telling me that the app is acting up. Brought it up 5x in 3 weeks to 3 different manegers and still didn't get anywhere... It seriously puts me off of donating when I'm not able to redeem my extra points for cash. Or even get help thats actually useful.. no stars it's impossible to redo the password.
This app keeps messing up. Says I'm inactive and even -480 for inactivity. It says I'm unable to donate, I go to the plasma place, and they said it was the app and that I AM ABLE to donate. For my last two visits, it doesn't show, and I didn't receive my bonus points. Please fix the problem. I'll change my 1 star rating after y'all do. Thank you.
The app was working fine for a month until yesterday I was logged out and haven't been able to log back in since. I keep receiving a message that "something went wrong please try again later". Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck. I can log in on the website fine but the app has become unusable for some reason. Giving one star unitl this issue is resolved.
I'm a 3- year donor. I was a loyal participant in their online portal. This app replaced it, then the online portal disappeared with thousands of points (points=$) I had earned. The app is slow to launch. Slow response overall. Often hangs. "Promotions" never has anything. Rating/feedback system is a joke. Online portal used to prompt us to give "kudos" to employees. That is gone. The app is trash.
Took multiple busses for 3 hours too get there, and filled out paperwork watched video and waited about 35 mins for them to tell me I lived too far away, the cut off is 30 miles. I live about 35 miles away. The app should be checking that. So my whole day was waisted and the goal was not accomplished. Details and requirements are something I would cover if I made the app....
easy to use app. The only thing I really don't like is your reward points get taken away after "inactivity" why get them if they just get taken away? is it supposed to make me keep going? because it does the opposite. sure not the app's fault, maybe corporate or something decided this.
Constantly having issues where it randomly logs you out, for no discernable reason. Was asked at the donation center why I continue to use the kiosk, told them "Because the app is always breaking, but the kiosks almost always work." It's been down since yesterday(6/12/2022) morning, still won't let me log in or reset my password.
I downloaded it and my app shows different from my friends. Mine doesn't show wallethub, I could not activate my card in the app. I had to call to activate. I donated yesterday and it's not showing in my app. I tried to use the chat option to figure out why mine is different and it force closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same issue. I have a Google Pixel 9 Pro.
