This app sucks, wish there was a 0 star option. I've "registered an account" 3 times now and every time I try to login it says invalid credentials. Every time. I register an account, it sends me to login, says invalid credentials, invalid email or password please try again. Then I register an account, it sends me to login and says the same thing over again. Why make a customer use the app for things if it doesn't even work.

My username and password that work on their website come up as Incorrect when I copy them directly into the app, so I can't even use it. It also asks for location privileges every time I open it even though I already have my unit with them and now I'm across the country from it. Also, they just raised my prices $15/month.

I'm giving two stars because at one time this app did work but doesn't anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled and all it does it spin like it's going to open but never does...why can't somebody fix it? If you want a payment, fix your app! I can't even get a hold of anybody at the storage place to make a payment. Again, fix your app! And why are you constantly raising the rent? Mine started at 89...and now I pay 139.00? Why? Quit being rip offs! And again, fix your app!

Worst app I've ever downloaded. 1 click on the app and it freezes my entire phone. I've tried to use this app at least 20 times and I keep getting the same results. It shows my account information, unit#, due date, etc and it just freezes. If I could give it a zero star I would.

Horrible experience 1st month was sick thought it was me. But 2nd month same thing. I couldn't log in the app or online to pay my bill. I have it send me code to verify which it does then tells me no account found. I paid late fee 1st month and now going to be hit again. Will be moving my stuff to a better equipped and functioning facility.

What's the point of having an Enter & Exit button when they APPEAR and FUNCTION exactly the same? Maybe Enter can be green and Exit can be red? Or just have one universal button? Idk. Auto-login is super convenient, but those who don't have a screen lock are screwed if their phone gets in the wrong hands. A six-digit passcode for extra security would be nice. Also, it might not be a good idea to have users' address, unit info, and gate code exposed on the first screen (after signing in).

Good app but it crashes a lot and you guys need to update the app to where it will save the payment card info. Having to put the card info in every single time is ridiculous, given the amount of technology in today's world.

For a long time, this app was amazing. Today I started having trouble with it. Including re registering my account and calling customer service, which they set me up with a temporary password. But same results, frequent crashes, not recognizing my credentials. Very disappointed

On April 4th of 2025 I hit my 1 year account with cube smart . My original rate , once my 1st month discount had expired I paid 127.00 . They have increased my rates twice since then and I now pay 194.00 a month . I chose this company because after explaining I was on a fixed income and I could not afford any more the mgr assured me as long as I paid on time that would not happen. So I set up auto withdrawal . It never happened . Every month I had to run down mgr. This will not let me say more.

I was able to create my account, a login and make 1 payment using the app...but only one time; and after that it logged me out and told me that my username and password combination was incorrect...so I changed my password, thinking that would help...but I was wrong because literally right after that, it said the same thing. So I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this app! This app doesn't even deserve the one star rating I gave it!

I have been unable to login to my account. The app is very clearly timing out, but reporting an incorrect password. I've changed the password twice, so I'm fairly sure it's correct. It's locking my account. This seems like a programming issue. Timing out is not an invalid login attempt. Please fix this. It's unusable.

Ive had to change my password 4 times in less than 30 min because the app wont recognize the new password i was just forced to create IN THE APP! Aside from this, the website is claiming the the site is having technical difficulties (so neither the app or website is available). Not to mention they have in their contracts to avoid liability for most things - so having rats throughout the facility is everyones personal problem. To many reasons not to rent here. Spare yourself

I can't get it to accept my payment! WHYYYYYYY??? I have had the same problem since I loaded this app! (Which goes all the way back to getting the unit!) I called & reported it in person, they refer me to the online people. After A few conversations, you would think it would be fixed, especially for taking the money! Oh, I also find it ridiculous that I'm charged a monthly fee to pay online, (I SHOULD BE CHARGING YOU THE FEE)! Before you ask, yes I reinstalled it. FIX THIS ALREADY!

Horrible. I just downloaded last night this app and today I can't even make a payment! I have tried several times today! On top of that, this app won't allow you to contact support and error message keeps coming up saying "email not supported" and it doesn't matter how many times you input payment information, it just keeps the button grayed out! Nothing works through this app! WHY have a app if it doesn't work for the customers? Now I have to go up there in person, which is a inconvenience!

Too many problems, completely useless to install. The app doesn't recognize the "fingerprint" option after enabling the setting, I had to repeat registration, an error in identifying location, and the payment screen displays an error of "address 2 is invalid" when the line is blank. You're unable to submit the payment. Uninstalled the app, it's more reliable to go directly to the online website.

App was working fine until one day it just asked for login info. Confused, because I always have gotten in with my fingerprint ID. I called customer service, no courtesy at all, she said I need to uninstall the app and reinstall it! Apparently because I got the account before the app came out. Lies!!!! I just did what she said do and soon as I re-registered and it was done, same issue incorrect password! They make sure they get their money monthly tho!!

When I couldn't change my password on the "regular" website I was able to change it on this app - thus the one star. Apparently the app only allows payment for one storage area at a time, so I went back to the "regular" website to do the remainder. I ended up paying twice for one unit. The system finally indicated the double payment. It's a good thing that these folks aren't in the brain surgery or ballistic rocket ship business.

I downloaded the app ONLY because I was told it was a way to pay for FREE. Lie. It is a decent app. as far as giving acct info and availability of overpriced units. App does not allow you to exit the app by using the back arrow like all other apps do. It is a easy way to pay. Less work for the Company to do but like the phone pmts. this app charges to pay your bill too just less. And if your off by a digit it will charge you for the error. Again, even less work but still charge charge charge!

The storage units are nice and air conditioned. The app is a piece of garbage and doesn't work. I registered the account while I was still in the office. Everything is done and paid for. A week later and the password I made still doesn't work. When I go to reset it, it says it can't find the email and to enter my account ID- but when it says this, there is nowhere to enter my account ID. Password Resets have been around for 20+ years. There is no reason companies should have nonfunctioning ones.

App doesn't work for anything useful besides knowing that it's a Cubesmart app. Credit card scanning feature can't scan, you can't change settings (including password), and payment is impossible because it claims there are "invalid credentials". Payment is impossible without going into a location or over the phone (for a fee). I'm guessing they've been hacked and all of my info is out there in the metaverse.
