It won't allow me to change my password. Everytime I open the reset link and click the tab to type in my new PW the keyboard disappears and a red text pops up saying password cannot be blank. Im not trying to make it blank but the damn keyboard continues to disappear. đź‘Ž
I have installed and un-installed this app 3 mf'n times. You know what they say the definition of insanity is right...? Doing the same thing again, and again, hoping for a different outcome. Well, we can lump this app in there with it because, it to is a lesson in insanity. What I'm trying to say here is...it doesn't work. My impression here is it was molded after apple products. Soooo, for those of us with androids, it's just a glitchy bi**h. Overall impression you ask? LaMe sAUce!!
You need to fix your app. I cannot type my email or password. I tried 2 popular keyboards and the Samsung keyboard without any luck. Not everyone can afford or like iPhones. Take the time to get it right. Besides logging in there must be other places where the keyboard is used.
unable to reset password. keyboard on S24 Ultra. clicking in box to enter new password flashes the keyboard but immediately minimizes it, making it impossible to create new password. Hence, unable to use the app.
app keeps coming up with something went wrong. can't add anything to cart but when the app is working is great wish there was a way you could see your recent orders and the products that you ordered
Service is very fasy and efficient, staff is very friendly & professional & the quality of their product is amazing. Wide array to choose from ,basically whatever your looking for your gonna find it here, 4 sure:) This company is literally & I highly recommend to everyone out there!!! Their prices are bomb as well. My #1 GO to...I don't shop anywhere else.
Curaleaf is 100% consistent making it as painful as possible to be a MM patient. They send out emails promotions that neither the store, nor the website team, ever seem to receive. It impossible to reach a store over the telephone and their customer service is helpless and can't even escalate an issue appropriately. The app is getting 1 star for not having pricing information that matches their real world prices. Shame on you Curaleaf for demonstrating such a lack of care in operations.
can't even log in, seems like I'm not the only one with issues... 10/30/24 Well, I can log in... but sorta pointless when it then OPENS A BROWSER WINDOW AND MAKES YOU ORDER FROM THEIR PAGE! So, basically you added EXTRA steps for your customers to make an order.... good job.
curaleaf app is useless. Check out never works, it keeps timing out. asks for multiple logins. the constant pushing of the payment before transaction is sketch. the search feature is unreliable. leafy always delivered. Sorry but curaleaf will lose this customer if they cannot get the online story to work.
The app on GooglePlay will likely be unusable to a good portion of people. There is not enough space allowed in the Reviews for me to even tell you what problems I have, that's how many there currently are with this app. Though the issues I'm having are not uncommon, this is told to me from In-Store Employees. There is a second "Curaleaf" app that is only available on Apple at this time, and it works correctly. Android users got the short straw and idk if they intend to fix it 🤷🏻‍♂️.
