Been using Daily Yoga ®: Yoga for Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically an app with tons of yoga, pilates, and other fitness classes you can do at home. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of yoga and other workout videos you can follow along with. And it’s got guided classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. And there’s also a bunch of individual yoga poses you can try – took me a while to figure out how to navigate that part but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into health and fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be kinda buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get in shape or just relax with some yoga.
