WASTE. I canceled my subscription and a day later they charged my credit card anyway. I canceled because I had this load board for 7 months without getting 1 load off of it. Either the loads that I was interested in had bad reviews, did not answer the phone, or emails, they filled the loads and did not take them down right away, etc. Sometimes they were double booked. I would see the same load on a different board then another company would post it. Didn't try the premium package.

Refresh in the corner bad idea,, , pool-down yes, and brokers name more font size and there is more sentences that need to be fonted so you can see it better for example reference number you can barely see the numbers, the old one had worklist witch included interested or booked and the new one doesn't. If this gets fixed then it would be 5 stars. Thank you.

You guys should reactivate the old version. It's much easier to use and read. ///Update review: 11/4/2023 Now the new update on the app is harder to view because each screen only shows 2 loads at a time. Lots of empty spaces. As a truck driver/mobile user, it makes it more difficult because you have to constantly scroll to view. Please compress it to at least 4-5 loads per page like the old version to make it easier to go through hundreds of loads faster.

Have not been able to use app all week I have to sign in through browser when on my phone or tablet. When I do searches it does not provide the list of searches and get a something is wrong message. I have logged out logged back in and nothing and sometimes I cannot log out. This has been happening since last week although last week it let me search this week it has not at all.

It doesn't have enough filters or the price for the loads; it needs a similar search and filter system to the original DAT load board. We need to be able to filter by trailer length and load weight, and it needs to have more options for equipment type. I'm running a 26' 12-ton tilt deck. I don't want to waste my time looking at loads that I can't touch.

For the amount of money I pay monthly, this app should do more than work occasionally! I get more error messages than loads displayed. Hit or miss, sometimes it works, more times it does not. Frustrating and Disappointing! Uninstalled and back to using the original app.

I can't search just any load going from near me to anywhere or filter it by the pay. Also, it doesn't show the pay rate for the load. I'm not calling every broker to ask how much the load pays. This app is a waste of time. This app needs more filters. It has van, flatbed, and a third option I don't remember. So, what length of trailer? We need those options. We run a 48' flatbed. I was hoping to jump on here and find another load but I guess not. 😒

I don't know how you managed to replace one of the best load boards with one of the worst. You can't even search for multiple types of loads at the same time, such as dry and reefer. What good is a loadboard where you have to search state by state for your loads? I want to know what's within a certain distance from two points that I specify, like the one you discontinued was doing.

app doesn't work. you go to log in, and it just brings you back to the main page to "log in or sign up"

This app right now is one of the main targets of Indian scammers! Many brokerage accounts have been hacked, and multiple fake loads are now posted on DAT on a daily basis, with the intend to steal from carriers! The DAT One developers are doing absolutely nothing about it!!! Indian scammers are successfully running digital proxy war against America, by stealing hundreds of millions dollars from American people, crossing the border illegally, obtaining fake CDLs and killing American drivers!
