WASTE. I canceled my subscription and a day later they charged my credit card anyway. I canceled because I had this load board for 7 months without getting 1 load off of it. Either the loads that I was interested in had bad reviews, did not answer the phone, or emails, they filled the loads and did not take them down right away, etc. Sometimes they were double booked. I would see the same load on a different board then another company would post it. Didn't try the premium package.

Refresh in the corner bad idea,, , pool-down yes, and brokers name more font size and there is more sentences that need to be fonted so you can see it better for example reference number you can barely see the numbers, the old one had worklist witch included interested or booked and the new one doesn't. If this gets fixed then it would be 5 stars. Thank you.

You guys should reactivate the old version. It's much easier to use and read. ///Update review: 11/4/2023 Now the new update on the app is harder to view because each screen only shows 2 loads at a time. Lots of empty spaces. As a truck driver/mobile user, it makes it more difficult because you have to constantly scroll to view. Please compress it to at least 4-5 loads per page like the old version to make it easier to go through hundreds of loads faster.

Have not been able to use app all week I have to sign in through browser when on my phone or tablet. When I do searches it does not provide the list of searches and get a something is wrong message. I have logged out logged back in and nothing and sometimes I cannot log out. This has been happening since last week although last week it let me search this week it has not at all.

It doesn't have enough filters or the price for the loads; it needs a similar search and filter system to the original DAT load board. We need to be able to filter by trailer length and load weight, and it needs to have more options for equipment type. I'm running a 26' 12-ton tilt deck. I don't want to waste my time looking at loads that I can't touch.

"The DAT One app is just the latest example of DAT’s dedication to helping you grow your business". Really? Then fix it! For the amount of money I pay monthly, this app should do more than work occasionally! I get more error messages than loads displayed. Hit or miss, sometimes it works, more times it does not. Frustrating and Disappointing! Uninstalled and back to using the original app.

I can't search just any load going from near me to anywhere or filter it by the pay. Also, it doesn't show the pay rate for the load. I'm not calling every broker to ask how much the load pays. This app is a waste of time. This app needs more filters. It has van, flatbed, and a third option I don't remember. So, what length of trailer? We need those options. We run a 48' flatbed. I was hoping to jump on here and find another load but I guess not. 😒

I don't know how you managed to replace one of the best load boards with one of the worst. You can't even search for multiple types of loads at the same time, such as dry and reefer. What good is a loadboard where you have to search state by state for your loads? I want to know what's within a certain distance from two points that I specify, like the one you discontinued was doing.

app doesn't work. you go to log in, and it just brings you back to the main page to "log in or sign up"

This app right now is one of the main targets of Indian scammers! Many brokerage accounts have been hacked, and multiple fake loads are now posted on DAT on a daily basis, with the intend to steal from carriers! The DAT One developers are doing absolutely nothing about it!!! Indian scammers are successfully running digital proxy war against America, by stealing hundreds of millions dollars from American people, crossing the border illegally, obtaining fake CDLs and killing American drivers!

don't like the frequent updates that requires more space on my phone. The rest is brilliant especially the map option, thank you.

Credit card system processing is a mess and excludes certain people. I have never had any issues with any of the many merchants I have purchased except with DAT. They don't accept any other form of payments unless you pay first with the card they refuse to accept. Spoke to dusty in their troubleshooting dept. And it was just a runaround game. Unprofessional business that does not resolve payment issues due to their horrendous credit card processing system. Good the're other loadboards available.

I don't recommend using DAT.I only worked with the DAT for a few months. DAT doesn't respond to my requests. Their brokers didn’t pay me $1600+$750 for more than two months and broker “Time Way Corp” even doesn’t answer. I cancelled the subscription with DAT, because I stopped using DAT in June. But they are sending collectors on me. This company is earning billions from the carriers and from brokers, and a big number of brokers are scammers.I am a new carrier with my box truck...

shame brokers posting dollar a mile load and fmcsa and dat does nothing . do you really think dollar a mile or even 2 dollar a mile is worth to haul. how come also so many brokers posting loads and they have a history of non payment. we r paying a evey month just to see less than 2 dollar a mile load which even don't cover operating costs plus lot of fraudulent brokers crooked loads . what the benefits of hauling a load from dat if you r going to get ripped off either way a garbage load board

I suggest you make it able for us to not see some brokers loads, there are some brokers that post the same cheap load hundreeds of times an hour and it just makes it difficult for us to spot the normal good loads

I hate being forced to use this app. I run a company with multiple trucks that I have to find loads for. I pay $170/mo for your service. Been using the old app for 2 years and like it so much better. This new app is garbage and it's so hard to easily scroll through available loads and have pertinent details available now without having to manually look at each one. Before you had deadhead, loaded miles, price, weight, etc easily viewable while looking at the list.

Time to pay is not accurate. Most cut a check in 30 to 45 days then mail it.

It doesn't matter if you address the issues, they say will look into-and that is all what they do. Reported multiposting by brokers many times, the same load invades the load board and you should scroll a lot to see new loads-disrespect to the carrier. P.S. After 1 yr finally came up with the solution, surprised when I opened the board seeing mention of a posting 2,3,5...loads, like I sugested-big like for that...How about pausing the subscription charge when unused?

Worthless! If you're looking for weigh station information don't bother with this app. It can't even find them, let alone offer any additional details.

There should be a rule that no load should be posted without a posted price on it, delivery time and date, commodity, weight and all other variables. And there should be a filter where we can set the lowest rate and lowest rate per mile that we see in a search. That would save us a lot of unnecessary phone calls and would save our time, would also help to filter out low-ball offers.
