Waffle response. Not a fan at all. I have no idea how Rekordbox is so popular. I have to go online and search for help with everything. Then, you need to search how to do the help you've just been given as nothing in Rekordbox is user friendly. To do this u need to find out how to do that, and to do that u need to find out how to do this and so on. Rekordbox is awful but pushed well on the market as it was made by Pioneer. I can't even exit full screen mode without the need to Google it.

Analyse track is greyed out so can't determine BPM or other data for my songs. It's hit and miss whether the track is analysed when it is loaded to the deck - of course loading a song takes ages like it does in all DJ software if you don't pre analyse. Please fix this bug so I can pre analyse all my music. Rekordbox is a great app on a laptop but I am really hoping to go mobile with flx2 and android tablet but as is the app is useless so I have to use djay pro which is glitchy with my controller

This apps is horrible.I paid for the app and the app showing free plan. The customer service doesn't exist with this company. I have been sending emails and no reply very bad customer service paying the app is like throwing your money away. Why make an app that doesn't work. Update: They contacted me to check my subscription, and I reply back the email been 6 days no reply very bad service. Update: for 6 months going back-and-forth. They can't find my payment so pretty much they stole my money.

I plugged my Pixel 7 Pro phone loaded with Rekordbox Android into a DDJ-Rev4 and found the software to be sluggish when loading files from Apple Music streaming. Files took too long to analyze and give a BPM reading leaving little to no time to mix in the next track. So it is unusable especially in a live context, where speed, timing and accuracy is important. However, it is fun to play like a toy. This is a shame as Rekordbox Android has the potential to be a great ultra mobile option.

Exactly what the problem is. You send me a link for an inquiry. I fill in the form and my problem, press submit and page says I have no access to view that page. Rekordbox will always keep on sucking. How an amazing company like pioneer thinks this is the way to make an app, go learn from Native Instruments Traktor. I only use this app because of the integration with the hardware. Otherwise I would have deleted this long time ago.

Not playing large files imported through mobile sync, and as a result cannot be used to prepare collection...

I switched my phone from Samsung A class to Nothing Phone 3(a) and Rekordbox doesn't work. While the "display" part seems to work, no audio comes out. Too bad for me...

please fix this app. it closes EVERYTIME I open anything off soundcloud. And when the app closes it says "this app has a bug." so its not on my end. Fix the app.

Truly impressed. Don't know if it's somehow possible to hear one deck on headphones (I guess not) but with the BPM Auto it can be a fun little beach party trick.

App instantly crashes and says there's a bug, but it's been like that for months. I now can't use my DDJ-Flex 4 on any android, a thing that was heavily pushed upon release.

absolute rubbish. I pay a monthly subscription to use an app that is unusable. Terrible. want to have a mix, get an app to enable and it can't even play one tune let alone two. still get charged every month though, they can manage that. should be able to give it minus star ratings

I will give more stars when I figure out how to connect the rekordbox ddj 400 mixer to the rekordbox app on my android device using Bluetooth like it says on the tutorials. Easy fix I'm going to just get an iPhone... but in the meantime if anyone has any suggestions that will help THANK YOU!!! in advance

I used to love this app - it worked well with soundcloud, mixing on a ddj200. Over the past couple of months it would freeze and crash, closing the app with a message about a bug causing the app to malfunction. This month I cancelled my soundcloud go+ subscription as I can't use this with the app anymore. Please fix this bug because the app was great before. I have a Samsung S22 which used to run the app well, but now it doesn't work at all when trying to load tracks from soundcloud.

This app has come a long way. What I REALLY need on my phone though is an app to manage my collection. I want to be able to export 100 songs to my phone, then he able to go through them, edit the id3 tags, mytags, and cue points... All while I'm driving or sitting on the toilet or sitting in a meeting. Ha! But seriously. That would be more helpful than trying to use my phone to DJ a party. 🥰

I wanted a mobile tool for preparing tracks for my mixes and I got it. Hard to complain because it's possible to sync computer playlist, set cues, verify transistions in dual mode and sync again to have all my work back on computer. I can't give 5 starts because: 1. app occasionally crashes 2. waveforms lag sometime 3. Trying to use anything from SoundCloud always crushes the app 4. no Beatport streaming. Overall I'm happy with the app, I can recommend for preparing your cues.

as per the rest of Alpha Theta's products; it's all about the upsell. Subscribe so that you can use any basic function otherwise you'll get a pop-up notification to subscribe to a higher plan. if anyone could hire a technical writer so your menus and settings make sense, that'd be E great too- for all products (the app is a little better than the full program tbh). pull your heads in, your equipment is ridiculously expensive, the least you could do is make your software cheap to retain monopoly

I like the app and I would pay for a subscription but most of the time I try to play music from SoundCloud I keep getting an error message stating "that an internet connection is required to display or load streaming service tracks. Please check your connection" I've had this app for a few months and I get this error most of the time, I will uninstall this app from my phone in a few more weeks if this keeps happening

I can't get anywhere with this app or the site for that matter. It keeps crashing every time I do anything. I've attempted to purchase the creator pack 4 TIMES! It just goes back to a "choose your plan" option. Days have gone by, and nothing. I have confirmation numbers and still nothing. I miss vinyl. If you're going to monopolize the use of pioneer, at least function! I'm sitting on 400 gigs of songs and have a show this weekend! Thanks for complicating this for me and countless others!

Everything about using the app as a library management tool is fantastic. When trying to actually DJ with the application, either standalone or with a FLX4, there's no way to load a new track without both decks pausing automatically. I can't find a setting to fix this behavior and it makes it impossible to use in any setting outside of just testing the controls.

Haven't had a chance to get the flx4 yet, but once I do ill leave an additional review response. So far this is good for on the go analysis, playthroughs, and just messing around (all yesses for me). It's nice to be able to technically DJ in the car haha Smooth interface. Easy to import and search songs. Can even connect SoundCloud go if you have it for an additional library.
