user friendly app., Dollywood is very inclusive. I use a wheelchair. the app showed me good info for the parks.

My family and friends absolutely love Dollywood Theme Park. There are times that we just go there for the food! The Gold Pass is a great deal, (free parking and discounts on food and merchandise). I hope that they keep the prices as low as possible, so that we can continue to go for a long time to come!

we moved to the area about 2 years ago. we got season passes for dollywood, this is our 2nd year doing that. and we've been well over a dozen times. it is the best park I think I've ever been to. the staff is always so nice and usually themed dressed. the food, for a park food, is very reasonably priced. and the quality is excellent. they do have your standard chicken fingers and fries stuff but they have sit-down restaurants that are high quality. the rides are fabulous. love this park.

This app is a must for park-goers! Being able to track line wait times allowed us to ride more without buying the Timesaver Pass which was financially out of reach for my family. One suggestion is allow mobile ordering for cinnamon bread. We waited in line for 30 minutes at Showstreet Bakery only to be told at the counter they were out. We then had to wait in line 45 minutes at Grist Mill to pay + 20 minutes more to pick it up. That's 1.5 of our 10 hours in the park trying to get bread.

RIDE WAIT TIMES ARE ONLY UPDATED ON THE HOUR. It is entirely possible to get into a line at 1:50 for a ride with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes only to find out that the actual wait time has been updated to 50+ minutes when the clock rolls over to 2:00. The map features and mobile ordering are nice but the inaccurate ride wait times are a major strike.

This app is great!!! Directions in the hotel and the theme park were very helpful!!! Love the search option too!! Like everything else associated with Dollywood, this is top notch!!!

Dollywood is a great theme park! They offer a variety of types of rides, show and food, so that everyone can enjoy their time there. More than that, the staff is incredible! Always helpful, always friendly, just the way Dolly would want it! 🦋

not sure why I struggle to get my member gold passes to show in the app but they show when I access the website. even after several attempts to link the passes. as a systems capability analyst, this app needs a lot of work. it's not user error.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The app is useless this year. Last season, I had constant problems with my passes showing up one minute and gone the next. This season I have tried several times to link my passes in the app and every time it says Success! But my passes never appear in the app. Please fix this. Issue is on a Google Pixel 7.

Could be GREAT!.....but sadly it's not quite there. Please make the map more interactive and functional. I would love to see a photo or something from the actual ride/shop/restaurant that I've selected on the map to help me better understand what it is before going there. Also, the option to look at the schedule in a different format would be appreciated.

The app was good for getting around. However, the show times were all wrong. The paper printed map in the park had the correct show times. You would think the app could be updated more easily than the printed map. Also, the wait times for the rides did not match what was displayed in the park. I can understand not getting the wait times updated in real time, but that is a touted feature of using the app.

The best theme park companion app I've ever used honestly. The apps for so many other parks are a mess, Dolly's is solid. I've not encountered a more stable theme park app much less one where everything works as intended with virtually no issues. The only improvement I'd like to see would be to be able to scroll all current ticket and pass barcodes in the bar code view to avoid having to go back, scroll to find the next, scan, etc. That would save some time at the gate and make it 5 stars.

Overall, it was great! It helped with navigating the park, the wait time indicator was very accurate plus the option to see the show times and where there locations are was also very nice. The only downsides I have to it was it doesn't track your location the greatest and sometimes the map wouldn't load so in order for it to work, I would have to exit the app and go back into it. But those problems were spread out and very random. So besides that, the app is amazing! Very handy!!!

The search doesn't work well. If you don't know the exact name of an attraction you can't search for it. Examples, can't search food or coasters and it pull all those up. It will only pull a few of them. Most of the time it shows inaccurate wait times for rides. I know it's and estimate for wait time but just expect to double whatever it says. There needs to be more descriptions on rides. More pictures or videos of the rides would be extremely helpful. You can Link season passes to the app.

Many glitches in new version. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Many times it just opens to a loading screen without opening into the app itself and I can't see any information. Also, my season passes aren't showing in the app when I can get it to open. I've tried contacting customer service, but have not got it resolved. At this point, I can just pull up pass info on the website and may just have to use the paper programs at the park for show times if it continues to freeze.

App never works anymore! It worked great last season but has been useless this season. The first time I logged into the app, it locked me out of my account. Once I was able to get my account unlocked (and verified it was on their end) I was never able to log back in with the app, but yet the website lets me in just fine. I'm just uninstalling! Not worth the hassle!

while the app has gotten much better, there's always seems to be something that doesn't quite work right. In this case, adding your pass to your Google wallet still cannot be scanned correctly at a register for discounts or for entry. If it worked correctly. you could have access to your pass QR code And only need your watch or phone which works especially good for splash country. La
