user friendly app., Dollywood is very inclusive. I use a wheelchair. the app showed me good info for the parks.

My family and friends absolutely love Dollywood Theme Park. There are times that we just go there for the food! The Gold Pass is a great deal, (free parking and discounts on food and merchandise). I hope that they keep the prices as low as possible, so that we can continue to go for a long time to come!

we moved to the area about 2 years ago. we got season passes for dollywood, this is our 2nd year doing that. and we've been well over a dozen times. it is the best park I think I've ever been to. the staff is always so nice and usually themed dressed. the food, for a park food, is very reasonably priced. and the quality is excellent. they do have your standard chicken fingers and fries stuff but they have sit-down restaurants that are high quality. the rides are fabulous. love this park.

This app is a must for park-goers! Being able to track line wait times allowed us to ride more without buying the Timesaver Pass which was financially out of reach for my family. One suggestion is allow mobile ordering for cinnamon bread. We waited in line for 30 minutes at Showstreet Bakery only to be told at the counter they were out. We then had to wait in line 45 minutes at Grist Mill to pay + 20 minutes more to pick it up. That's 1.5 of our 10 hours in the park trying to get bread.

RIDE WAIT TIMES ARE ONLY UPDATED ON THE HOUR. It is entirely possible to get into a line at 1:50 for a ride with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes only to find out that the actual wait time has been updated to 50+ minutes when the clock rolls over to 2:00. The map features and mobile ordering are nice but the inaccurate ride wait times are a major strike.

This app is great!!! Directions in the hotel and the theme park were very helpful!!! Love the search option too!! Like everything else associated with Dollywood, this is top notch!!!

Dollywood is a great theme park! They offer a variety of types of rides, show and food, so that everyone can enjoy their time there. More than that, the staff is incredible! Always helpful, always friendly, just the way Dolly would want it! 🦋
