Dominion energy prices is to high, their idea of budget planning is paying higher monthly cost than what you normally pay during a month it's easier and cheaper just to be late and pay a little bit here and there to make it affordable, I'm not having problems with my app my app works perfect, I guess maybe it's because different phones has different issues but the prices are high it's almost unaffordable, Dominion needs to come on their prices of energy.

The system does not seem to update accordingly. I paid the balance last week and it's sending messages stating a balance is owed.

I am sure the app is fine but it won't let me type my full password in to log in... developers need to allow all the characters that are allowed to be in a password to be entered.

Paymentus Blocks me from paying my bill online in App OR Website. Its ridiculous! I'm Not using a VPN, and can make purchases on EVERY other system in world! No special phone, just an Android with all the latest updates. Doesn't work on a laptop either. The 800 number NEVER brings you to a person even during the weekday 8-4hours they keep. I have to Call every bill when I have 30-45 free min to sit on phone to pay my damn bill! Why do you make it So Hard to Pay you money!?!?

It worked when I first downloaded the app but after a couple of months I was not able to pay my bill, it would take me to the pay option then it would then open the web payment extension, then reload the app pay option and had to resort to using the website.

Sure, you can report outages and pay your bill through the app. But it takes **way too long** for the money to come out of your account. When I make a payment, I expect it to be reflected in my account that instant, of not the same day. Many other companies can get this right. Why can't Dominion? It's a shame we can't choose who provides our power, because I would never choose them.

The app used to be useful, just open it and view account. Now it keeps forgetting me despite the "remember" box being checked, password won't auto fill, and it keeps sending me to the "account verification after ""upgrade"" page" despite verifying both my accounts MANY TIMES EACH. When I do manage to log in it provides decent information but like most tech "upgrades" the old system was far superior.

Does not take money out of my account on the due date for auto payments, multiple payments have been returned so now I have to call and make a payment which costs $3.50 for a 3rd party to process the payment. I can't log into my account because it keeps stating it needs an update but when you go to update it only gives the iption to uninstall or open.

Why have an app if it doesn't work with your payment system? I'm enrolled in auto pay but won't charge my credit card like it should and then I miss payments and now I'm not enrolled in auto pay anymore because of your app not working right. Before this my card has always worked all the time but through the app, nothing. This is piss poor. A waste of time for everyone. You're creating more problems instead of solving them. Also push notifications doest works everything's on but still nothing. -1

I just can't login. The whole login system being different in VA/NC than anywhere else is needlessly confusing; I never know if I should log in with a username or my email or a "Login ID" that may be my email; I tried to reset the password a few times and the password reset link never gets sent; so yeah I'm basically locked out of my account. It's a joke. It's not an app anymore, is it.

Don't waste your time with this app. You can't even log in. I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions, even gave them information to pass on to their devs to fix issues I noticed (I've been in IT for 24yrs). STILL this app will not log in with an existing account you can log in perfectly fine on the web with. Ans: you can log in via web but not the app. This has been a problem for well over a year. Even on my new phone with fresh install you can't log in. Invalid username/password.

The app, as far as I can tell, is absolutely useless since the account migration/upgrade updates. Logging into the app gives me a prompt to click a link to log in to the website. The website has a link to "try our new mobile app" Clicking that link takes me back to the first problem. My account has been migrated already so I'm not sure what to do short of calling dominion to see if this is intended or not.

The "new" website SUCKS! I STILL can not access my account. The app and website continue to tell me my account information is unavailable, and I am paying an extra dollar to make a payment. I was not doing that before this so called Upgrade!! ------06/23 Called customer service twice, and I am still unable to access my account. I've reset the password numerous times, attempted from my laptop, and the desktop version and the app, and still nothing. I wish I could leave zero stars

I was having trouble paying my bill. The system isn't working correctly at the moment, so I decided to get on the new app and low and behold, I never had a problem with it once I found which app I needed to be on. I'm not the most TEC savy so I really needed help. Thank goodness it was easy!!! Thanks Dominion Energy for the extra help you've given me!!

A time waster at it's finest. I've tried three times to login to the app but to then get a link to the website to "continue the login process". With no indication of finishing authorization on the app. I just have to sign in again to view my account which just makes the app redundant. You get rerouted every time, it's just a waste of space, just use the website. I'd like to use the app but at this point it's just not functional.

Upcoming Bill only shows in killa watts and would be nice to also show in dollar amounts. It's hard to calculate your upcoming bill based on the rates when it doesn't convert correctly from what I have done previously. Please add the dollar amounts back to the upcoming bill on the homepage. It would be nice to see both kilowatts and dollar amounts to have a nice view of your bill. You had the dollar amounts before, but then you took them away, and other than that, the app is great.

Horrible app I am not allowed to make a payment on the app. When I input a amount. The app does not recognize the payment amount at all. It comes back in red that I need to make a payment greater than .01. I called customer service and not able to assist.. Advise could send me to billmatrix but they charge a fee.. What is the point of having a app if it does not work.

glitchy and apparently wildly unreliable. Don't know if it's a problem with the app or the company as a whole, but usually when you set up auto pay, the payments actually come out automatically instead of showing that they're scheduled and then never actually taking the money. Thought I was the problem the first time it happened, but not two separate times. Don't use auto pay and don't bother with an app!

Can't log into my account even though I typed in my name, email, account number like it shows on my bill. Trying to cancel my service, but they make it almost impossible to log in or cancel. Reading other reviews, I seem to not be the only one having this issue. Get it together Dominion, you have all these people counting on your service, and we can't even get into our accounts.
