Honestly really like the book I'm listening too. However if you like to read and listen there are A LOT of typos.. not to mention a book will have like 50 chapters and after the first free chapters you're only given one free chapter daily. The thought of finishing an audio book in 40-50 days is kinda rough. Overall the app is easy to use and has good stories. Just annoying how you need to wait for the daily free chapter if you don't want to purchase coins

Update: knocked down to 2 stars. So the ONE thing I do not like is that they take your bonus points, you can check in every day to accumulate but they somehow expire at some point and if you're not spending to buy coins you'll never accumulate enough for an entire story. I really like the options of books that are available, but I wish there was a way to write a comment or an review. & I prefer there was more ways to earn coins / vouchers. A monthly prescription plan would be really nice. My biggest complaint is that sometimes the background music is louder than the voice reading the book. I have no idea what is being said. Be nice is someone could have made a comment about that & I wouldn't have spend my $ on a book that's impossible to hear.

It started out well, but it all turned when they started asking you to pay for chapters and not the book itself. Pay prices like $9.99 or $19.99 to just release chapters but not the whole book. I refuse to continue to pay those prices for just chapters. Hope they can do better and now ad's for bonus points. I'm used to Audible on my Kindle, so I was trying something new. I thought this was it until that. Good stories, but dang.

I do not enjoy the fact that there are "free" books, when they aren't actually free. The free books should not have to make a person wait a certain amount of time or buy coins for chapters to continue reading a book. The free books should be a way for new people to see how good the stories are to see if the app is worth spending money. If I could, I would put zero stars for that reason. To me, this app is a scam and liar for those reasons.

So far I like it but if the book is free then let it be free for us to read allowing us to build up a collection of points properly would allow some of us to pay with points for other books we may want to read. UPDATE: There's also a big issue with giving us the earned tokens we have earned since they give us different ways to earn them. Not too fond of the outcome right now about not being taken seriously.

It's not too bad. The narrators are pretty basic with no distinction between characters. Books thst say "totally free" are not. You either have to use coins or wait a whole day between chapters. The stories tend to be all the same with the same plot even though they are supposedly by different authors. But once in a while you'll find a good one.

The stories so far are pretty good, but needing to pay for coins to unlock each chapter is a bit annoying. However, I understand that people need to get paid, and since there are no ads, it had to come another way. Overall, a good app, the general pay rate us is around 1 dollar per 6 you need at least 25 coins per chapter. I hope you enjoy the app.

Over priced for some cheesy & a lot of the time bad "novels"! Prices should be based on minutes Not by chapters since some "novels" have chapters that are only 5mins long. I get better prices on Spotify with their audio books than this app. Even the "free" audio books have only a couple chapters that you can listen to & then they make you wait a day+ for every chapter. The chapters are so short they aren't even worth waiting for! At least have a monthly set price for a certain amt. of access.

I'm rating this a 2 star because this is extremely expensive. They give the books that are unfinished and then they have options for longer books. I just spent 39.99 for points that doesn't even cover the entire completed book. I'm using the rest of my points that I bought and then uninstalling this. The stories are ok. Just know you will be paying heavy out of pocket to even finish a full book. Feels more like a scam than anything. I would highly recommend everyone to find a different app.

Some good stories, but SO much wrong with the app. It won't give me my free chapters when supposed to. There've been times it says I'll get a free one the next day and then changes to I'll get it in 2 days of activity. It keeps using my coins to unlock the next chapters even with the auto unlock feature turned off. There are many times I'll click on a chapter to see how much it costs but it'll take the coins without telling me. Some voice actors are so bad I can't get through a few sentences.

Dreame FM is a pretty nice audio book app, however... I don't think we should have to pay coins to unlock the full books!! There are already too many apps for audio books that make you pay half a year salary for a year subscription. I just think it'd be nice to be able to listen to the whole story. I love reading, but with 7 children, it's often very hard to get my daily reading in!! Other than that, love it

I really hate these ads. I get swepted up in the story because I love books only to download the app and find that no the story isn't free unless I keep the app for nearly two months or buy the story. I have no problem with authors wanting to get paid, the problem lies with the apps making it seem like you just download the app and continue from the ad until the story is over. I just want to enjoy the book! Hopefully it's becomes good enough for the library one day.

Good audio app. Books and narrators are about 50/50 in my opinion but that still leaves plenty of good ones. Not cheap but affordable, they have options for reading for free on some and give you a few free chapters to start you off on every book. Only thing I do wish is that I could delete the books I purchased chapters of but didn't want to finish, it's a nuisance having them crowd up my library.

I absolutely love this app!I would give it 5 stars but it keeps pausing the book whether I'm in the app or not and it's really annoying! If I'm not in the app when it happens I have to wait for it to completely reload I've spent a lot of money in this app buying coins to unlock chapters! Please somehow fix this!! Then I have wanted to listen to a few books but the people who have narrated it RUINED IT!! They sound like robots and ruins the whole book!!!

The good- many to choices. The books seem to be very good. You can earn free points to keep reading The bad. It takes a long time to earn points to read. I've paid for some,but it was getting expensive for each book. Would love to have an unlimited monthly subscription. ID be the first to sign up. But as it is now I've not been on this site much because of the costs.

It's free...for the first few chapters. After that you must purchase points...no points for watching ads, either. I thought the chapters I heard as Youtube ads were unintentionally hilarious (misspelling and mispronouncing "tousled" and using the word "delusion" as a verb when the word needed was "disillusion") and formulaic - but the formulas have worked for a reason. I figured, what the heck? I'll give it a whirl. Looks like I won't get beyond the first few chapters of "The Defiant Mate."

At first, I was addicted but as of two days ago, completely disappointed! I woke up to all my books that I payed for, gone and to be fair, I don't remember signing up with an email address. When the app prompted me to sign in, every book-gone! I tried sending proof of atleast 1 example of a book I purchased as well as the blank page where my stories should have been but there's no feedback/restoration of my account and I'm devastated! There's no customer service! No feedback from feedback! Help!

The stories are very good. You are hooked immediately. The only problem is its not a free app. Those of us who who cant budget additional expenses are left with no way to finish the story. I would rate this a five star based on the stories. But i fear i wont be able to finish it. Great app if you can pay...paying gives you a year access. So this is worth it.

The text isn't correct in a lot of spots but the stories I've listened to so far have been really good. I love to read but sometimes it's just to strenuous on my eyes and due to that this app is a godsend for a little bit of time. I only wish there were more opportunities to earn points to open chapters as I'm fixed income and can't afford to buy them. I also don't have the ability to share them in order to gain points that way which really sucks for me. Hence the 4⭐ review instead of a 5⭐.
