I loved this when I didn’t have to pay to record my findings. The stethoscope its self is great. but paying that much for a handful of pt I would record. is to much

The app is terrible, I downloaded it, got it set up, used the stethoscope once to try it, and showed no waveform. Now my phone screen is black and my phone is hot. I like the stethoscope but not the app.

latest update made the app unusable. I cannot get past the free trial screen despite already having an active Eko+ subscription. the app functions, even when accessible, are of little to no use regardless.

noise cancellation on my litmann digital stethoscope doesn’t work at all. There is no difference between turning the feature on and off.

Okay folks. Customer service came through. Check your font settings if you have a android device. I shrunk mine down a bit. And the rest of the setup instructions showed up. Playing the audio back is absolutely awful.
