very badly designed app. The icons on the bottom to access messages etc. are not accessible due to the placement of the navigation bar. I had to switch ymto gesture mode to work round this. App needs a redesign .

This app is a complete waste of time. The preferences don’t work at all. I’m constantly being matched with people over 100 miles away, outside my selected age range, and even with no photos, which should be a basic filter. What’s the point of setting preferences if the app ignores them? It feels like it’s just throwing random profiles at me. Total disappointment. Would not recommend. Total disaster.

Terrible app. Not worth doing the test for and requires you to pay straightaway to see their suggestions.

tried the basic membership, hugely disappointed. Thank god, I didn't dare try the almost 80$ a month non refundable membership. very disappointed at how little is offered, and how over priced thier membership is. strongly suggest never using this app to anyone, pure corporate greed at its finest

Terrible app and website. After signing up, login says email can't be found and when I try to register again it says email already in use. There is zero customer support, when you go to find the form to request help, there is no form.

App doesn't work so essentially you need to use a web browser for most features and updating your profile. everything is behind a pay wall to include simple things like sending a message and that price per month is high.. I'm single, not desperate.

terrible app, hardly any members anywhere near me, loads with no photos and no details, so hard to message as the section to type in is hidden under the keyboard. just wish I'd not bothered wasting my money. chatted with just 1 person, who lived 2 hrs drive away, in one month.

Very disappointed so far. The app is missing rudimentary features and instead refers you to use their website. It doesn't seem possible to search to see who is local, so instead I am browsing people from across the UK. After spending ages filling in profile information, most of my writing was rejected, without a reason why.

This app is a scam! Do not download it. They say that they will charge you monthly but they take the whole chunk from you and refuse to refund you! They will then tell you to contact Google Play and they are none the better! I chose the wrong plan and requested a refund and correction of my account and they refused! No wonder everyone is moving to Microsoft Edge!

This app is horrible. After spending time setting up a profile. I cannot access the profile. The reset password doesn't work and theres no way of contacting customer service. now my profile is out there, I cannot delete it nor can I use it. I keep getting emails of people contacting me, but im unable to access my profile. Don't waste your time

Terrible app. Very clearly not developed for Android. Even with the website the options are very limited and you likely won't find what you're looking for here.

App is really poor. So many bugs but to list a few. - Does not refresh. Have to keep un- and re-installing. e.g. Receive notification of a visitor, but no visitor shown when I look in the app. - "Matches" do not meet even my basic criteria - The 3 buttons are so low, they sit over the phone buttons, so you can't click on them. I.e. not fit for purpose.

They will continue to charge your card, even after you cancel. I've cancelled my membership twice and received the message that it had been cancelled, however they use the legitimate token that was activated for the authenticate payment, to continue to credit your card. There are easier ways to be defrauded. Would not recommend, unless you want to part with your funds plus waste your time on this app.

Unfortunately, not being able to see every single woman is a downgrade. Coming from a well-known site as it is! If only it was an option considering the amount of money it costs to be there. I need to wait 24hrs to be able to see new choices even if I carefully choose specific options regarding my preferences. REGARDLESS OF MY PREFERENCES THEY STILL SUGGEST PEOPLE I DON'T WANT!!! Not staying there for long if they don't fix BASIC STUFF.

Absolutely terrible app. Support is non-existent, you can't read or send messages without paying, next to no profiles to browse, and the structure doesn't even recognize its own passwords. I'd give zero stars if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE

Horrible customer service. Not even one day from creating a profile I could not log back in. I got your session has expired. Cleared cache, cookies and tried other devices and browsers to no avail. Contacted their support email a week ago and sent a message in messenger. Still no response. I received a response from this to resend everything to the support. I did including screenshots of the response from the developer here and the error. Three days and no response and still can't get in.

The app itself is pretty decent. No huge problems there. The majority of the problem is tthe service. Nothing but pig butcher scams. Every single contact I had was either someone who had already been removed before I even could look or immediately tried to get me off the platform where their scam wouldn't be easily traced. The vast majority of the "matches" I'm assuming were fake too as they didn't bother with a picture or detail profile. The only plus is its cheaper than Eharmony.

Don't bother !!! Waist of money & time. This site is very glitchy you can't search for people on the site you have to wait until they look at your profile. I can't log into my account, I have been conversing with them through email for 3 days. They say the problem isn't on their end, & it is. I have tried several different devices to login, & I still can't. Don't waist your time or money !!! Not worth it. I have recently joined Match since this site will not help you with issues.

Wasted all of my time setting up my profile and writing out thoughtful paragraphs upon paragraphs for the many prompts they have, some rejected for reasons unknown. Once finished with it all, which take a couple of hours, now I can't log in! I have the correct email address and password. The app just does nothing when I click log in and the website just repeatedly says that my session has expired and to log in again every time I try to log in. Waste of time and space!

Don't waste your time! Horrible app! You have to use a web version to manage your account. App has no filter/sort function on matches and so many technical issues from clearly being underdeveloped. Matches are not "elite" or even follow your preferences. Ive been very active for a month+, made a profile and not 1 message returned or received... What a waste of money.
