It has worked pretty well for my scheduling classes. There are a few glitches: When I set a reminder for booking, it crashes when I click to book. When I go to filter classes, I can only select "all classes" or "all instructors" etc. and the list of classes don't show up. Update: Now I can't see any classes at all to register.

It has been a week since the classes disappeared from the app and still no solution. Canned response from the IT support to wait and not make another ticket is simply of no use! Very frustrating. Gym staff say to attend class anyway but classes are full since not many can register and everybody who is interested shows up. Booking the class ahead of time atleast had some certainty of getting a spot. Please fix this ASAP.

I think the gym is wonderful! However, as for connected apps for the Eos app. It's does not connect to Samsung health. Super annoying. I have to have a third party app downloaded to make it all work. Samsung has a great app, it's just is not connected to your app. Please look into connecting them. I know that Apple connects to your app already. So why not the other big brand? Many of the machines do inside of the gym I go to connect to my Samsung watch. So I know it can be done.

I love that there is a mobile app available to schedule classes and sign up kids for childcare. However, I do feel there is still room for improvement. For the child care sign up, it would be nice if there were less pages to click through, the fields were prepopulated after the first entry, and then you can change as necessary. Also, I noticed I dont receive class booking notifications outside the app. The reminder only appears once you've actually logged into the app, which is not helpful.

Hmm, you deleted my detailed, critical review instead of responding to it. You've also failed to respond to my tech support emails--at least there's a level of consistency, if not competence! This app does not work. The primary feature--scheduling--just displays an error message saying it's "not setup for [my] location." The barcode feature isn't properly synced with my account, either, since it shows that I'm a basic member, when in fact I have an upgraded membership. A million thumbs down.

Here's an idea, if your business requires clients to use an app to set appointments, it's probably a good idea to make sure the thing actually works. When opening the app, I get the logo/loading screen followed by a blank black screen for anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes on average. If I'm lucky enough to get past this point, none of, and I do mean none of the functions work. I get no response for about a minute, then I receive an error that the app has stopped.

Since the update, check-ins and challenge check-ins are all messed up. First of all, the month of July started on a Wednesday, not a Tuesday. Also, the last 2 days of check-ins have not been logged. Second, the challenge is logging double check-ins and didn't actually start logging check-ins until only a few days ago! You would think both would match up with each other, but they obviously don't! Very frustrating and confusing! I've uninstalled and installed again with no luck! Please fix!

The app doesn't load/open. I click on the app to access my barcode to scan in but I can't get that far. I get a loading screen for an endless amount of time. I've deleted and re-installed the app a few times with no change. It's not a huge deal since I can just tell the desk person my phone number. But, having an app is convenient especially when there is a line at the counter.

The app took away the ability to look at multiple gyms at the same time. Since I attend group classes and have several EOS near me I have 4 selected to see what classes and times are available now I can only look at one gym at a time which takes time to review all. Also recommend you limit the list of sites available so we can filter it in some way.

I cannot see g-fit classes on the app.for any locations. I signed up in the Salt Lake City trolley location which does not have glasses, but I have the black membership which allows you to attend classes at other clubs. I've reported this problem to at least 15 people with EOS and no one can solve it. It really is frustrating because one of the main reasons I signed up was to attend various classes. I've been told to uninstall the app about 50 times. No more kiosks so can't sign up for classes.

The app goes down too much. Being mainly into Group Fitness, you currently can't even see all the classes available. Currently the times read in military time, not sure why as I am not in the military. I have a Black membership but can't see all the locations or classes closest to me to take advantage of the membership I have. It really bums me out. I plan on this app to work and it doesn't. Use the apology energy and focus that into fixing the app.

Signed up as charter members of new EOS gym, put the app on my phone all was good. Discovered my neighbor is going to go the same gym, we went back in wanting to add the ability to attend classes on my membership. The only way to do so was to cancel my existing membership and open a new one. Now I have a new membership number and cannot change that on the app. Really was looking forward to using the app but there seems no way to delete the old membership.

This app is a hot pile of garbage. I'm glad I spent 2 hours making a new routine to do my monday routine for the app to delete the other 4 days of the week. Not only did it delete my routines, you cannot add rest timers or set trackers. These are basic staples in the app. I figured I'd look past it and give it a shot but still lost my workouts. Really don't like this app or this gym. Wouldn't recommend either.

I think EoS is a pretty great gym. I bring my two young girls to the child care while I work out and I the freedom to do that! I rated the app only 2 stars because trying to sign up for childcare is a hastle every time. It takes WAY longer to sign up each time than it should. It requires me to enter my information every single time, including my agreement number, name, contact info, and which club I go to. This information should all be saved in the app already so that it is fast and easy.

You used to be able to add 5 locations at a time to the G-fit class search. Given that no single location has enough classes to make an adequate weekly workout routine (like yoga 7 days/week), you have to travel to multiple locations to get the classes you need. It's really annoying to only be able to view classes at one location at a time now. It takes so much time and effort to look through the class schedules and plan ahead. Why did you fix something that wasn't broken? Now it's broken. Uhg.

They changed something in the app, and now it's horrible. Super slow. G-Fit Classes - navigation is horrible. You click on a date/date, and it doesn't jump to that day. The schedule takes foreverrr to load. You can't cancel a class you sign up for. There are penalties for signing up and not showing up to a class, so this is a REAL problem.

I have been using the app for a year and things are going well, but less than two weeks ago, I experienced an issue whenever I use the barcode in the app as it constantly signs out my account. When I signing in my account and constantly having errors, I have close and open the app a couple of times to sign in again and it works. That's the only issue I experienced the most recently.

X capture worked once. Now doesn't work at all. So you have to manually track your workouts and the information from the manual tracking isn't the same as your actual workout(calories burned etc). Cool concept, has potential. They just need to make manual tracking more user friendly and give it the ability to manually fill in calories, and manually write in the type of workout(considering you have to classify inclining as power walking because there's no treadmill or inclining option)

Horrible. Didn't get a barcode, like I was apparently supposed to, when I signed up at the club. Went through the hassle of going month by month back to my birthdate, since this garbage app does not let you fast scroll or manually enter date. After all of that nonsense, app could not create account. No excuses for this. Way too easy to do much better.

UPDATE: Changing my rating to four stars - I was advised to contact support and they fixed the issue! I cannot book G-Fit classes, which is the main reason why I joined EOS. Staff had warned me that it may take a couple of hours for the app to "register me," but it's been two days. Even after pausing VPN service, clearing the apps cache, force stopping, and uninstall/reinstalling, I'm still getting an error message. Other areas in the app seem to function.
