Been using EvolveYou: Strength For Women for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that helps you build strength and confidence through structured workout programs. Pretty solid if you’re looking to get into weight training but not sure where to start.
Here’s what you do: you pick a program based on your goals and experience level, and the app lays out your workouts for the week. And there’s also a weekly planner to help you fit the workouts into your schedule, which is pretty cool. And the coaching cues and form tips – took me a while to figure that out but it’s really useful.
Look, if you’re into fitness and want to start lifting weights, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the nutrition support could be better – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking to build strength and feel more confident.
