contact us leads to a completely useless dumbbot. extra mile website says rewards points can be used for things other than fuel yet nowhere in the app is there any options or information.

Garbage. The old system was better. The old interface was perfect, this new one makes no sense. Also the reward system doesn't seem the same. Must have been giving out too much free stuff.

Lost all my previous points starts me over with 250 new member points what gives? I spend 200 bucks a week here for the past 10 years. Not cool. You should have given guys like me a heads up that all the points we were saving are gone just like that

The old rewards were great. New "rewards" is a scheme. Clearly, corporate noticed too many happy customers and needed to rectify that. Don't bother with this one like we do with all the other "rewards" and "loyalty" programs. I am eagerly awaiting the bot comment below.

Lost rewards and points from previous app. Had to create a brand new account again. Can't scan barcode in store without adding a payment method to your account. App load time is long.

The pay inside QR code started working the other day and the register gets my rewards number but I'm being charged the full price at checkout and then it finalizes at the member price later. That's what happened on 2/14. Today 2/20 I bought the discounted fountain soda and it charged me the full price using the QR code. Then 8 minutes later it tried to charge the correct price and my card declined that. Also it would be nice to have a QR code or barcode for paying cash

Chevron really screwed up by changing the Extra Mile app. All the 1 star reviews are because the accumulated points, the convenience, and the simplicity are all gone. And now this new app wants to know ALL about you - so many personal details. Corporate greed at its finest. And a good example of what NOT to do to consumers.

This used to be a good app. I used this store going and leaving work to purchase food and drinks. I can no longer find extras I have on this app because their main focus is gas. I find this app unusable since I only get gas at costco. I completely quit using these stores because the deals are so bad now, and the app isn't clear on the deals or extras that you have. I started using the 7/11 and only shopping there because they have better deals and the app is easier to navigate. -ex customer

Has the same IMEI tracking issue as the Chevron app. If you change your phone number, you get logged out of the app, and are unable to use your new phone number. This IMEI tracking to prevent multiple accounts screws over people who change their phone numbers. Terrible app, no way to contact support without logging in. I would give zero stars if I could.

Well I honestly can't rate it because even after making space on the phone all I get is pending pending pending. Old system was weird too as I had my number linked to the app but entering my number was running a totally different set of points than using the app barcode. I liked the old system because I don't even have a car so merging them did nothing but wipe out 5 extras 5 shields and I was 2 cups from free coffee and 1 from free soda. Odd that no one can seem to find how to get freestuff now

I would like customer service to call me because I was trying to download the app and it says that I already have an account logged in through this phone but I didn't even have the app on the phone when I requested my phone number to be at it I'm not sure if I ever used it or not I would like to know if I can get the app or not

The app has many glitches that the developers either are ignoring or just not caring to fix. How can you have a 'working app' that logs you out every time, lags/stops when you try to get the age verification to work, let alone mess with the points system... I have never had an app have these issues for so long without resolve, I mean, how old are some of the comments saying these exact thing...? Also you can't say its on the user ends when SO many have the same issue.

Great app for gas food and other stuff. plus get discounts and free stuff from the app and save money.

unable to log in to the app. I Uninstaller it and installed it again and still an issue. No bueno.

This updated app is horrible. I go to Extra Mile Stations for the deal on drinks, not crazy expensive fuel. And 50 cents off a gallon is not enough incentive for that. I'm guessing alot of people are pretty annoyed at this new "updated," version. Can we even see any drink/snack deals in this new app??? I couldn't find any. *You have to enter your phone number more than once to sign up for the actual "perks?? Pretty unnecessary

Too bad I'm not really interested in their points because they can only be used to exchange for gas. I'm more interested in exchanging those points for food.

(edited after receiving support) Genuinely a good rewards app with decent to really good deals and when I had an issue the phone support brought me to an actual person immediately instead of a bot and got the help I needed. p.s. A $1 large drink a day is definitely the best deal so far

works most of the time, but I went to get a special on a drink but at the register I was told the app was down. pay full price and get a refund. contacted customer service and they ghosted me when I sent them my receipt. I don't buy anything from extra mile stores anymore.

All my rewards were reset back to zero after the update. I had 3 to go for free food, and my next drink was free with a card. All gone with the update. no more barcode and extras stars gone. It's great to combine with the Chevron app I also use for gas. However, the rewards work with extra miles. not all Chevron and extra miles are the same store. At least where I live.

First of all, all my points are gone on this updated version. Secondly, the barcode is gone so no more scanning when purchasing item. I am uncomfortable being required to touch the PIN pad to enter my phone number to complete my purchase. This raises a potential sanitary issue, as these devices are used by countless customers daily and may not be cleaned frequently. Alternatively, I can tell the cashier to enter my number manually but I feel uneasy to speak my phone number aloud. Awful!
