Really enjoying this app! We have 5 employees and it is easy to navigate, edit, and add or delete employees. Great app for small business, easy to invite employees to add app to their cell phones.

This app is trash; the only reason I use it is because my employer uses it. Almost every time I go to tap clock in it acts as if I never touched it, and when it finally allows me to clock in it will often immediately clock me out. Then when I go to click clock out, it also acts as if I never touched it. Then after about a minute or 2, it finally says that I clock out… However, when I go to clock in the next morning it shows that I never clocked out even though I did. It's so annoying. Fix it
I seldom review apps but this has been just excellent! Easy to use, keeps records of all employees both present and past, literally zero complaints. 10/10 I've tried out several btw, while still using this one and none compare. This one is the best!
I have been using this app for a month now and I just added more employees and now the app doesn't work. When they try to clock in it doesn't work if they are able to clock in and out it doesn't show up on my dashboard. Very frustrating because this is the only application I use to track time. Time is money...😡 Yes, the support team has been very responsive and working with me to resolve the issues.
Works pretty good. Easier than trying to clock out when getting back to the shop. Have to wait sometimes for it to connect to their server but otherwise good......Update the developer contacted me and said they would fix the problem and they did it niw works great!
I'm gving up on this app. Almost every time I get a new employee and send the link for them to start the app it doesn't get to them. Just a simple email sent thru their system can't get there. New guys flustered. I'm resending and calling support. Usually by the 3rd day an email gets thru. My foreman then spends time getting their work time correct. He's more tired of it then I am. New employees are told "you won't have a time clock for a few days. Watch for the email".
Great with a small suggestion, please allow managers to set default start/end time so as not to have to edit this continually. Also, sum of hours does not take into consideration the lunch break. Maybe in settings add the option to select 30-60 min break so that when the schedule adds up the times it ads to (example) 40, instead of 42.5 (this is adding 30 mins for 5 days). Some companies need to schedule lunches to not affect customer service, but in field work, this doesn't matter.
This 1st install is more of a trial version for 1 employee. To add more than 1 employee, you'll have to subscribe (doesn't say how much) for an initial 30-day free subscription; therefore, didn't get a chance to try out since I needed something now I can use for more employees.
it works pretty good for just a free app just to use the clock in and out if you go to work daily or if you don't have like a Time clock this is a good way to keep track of your hours I think it's very awesome and I think that it's going to be more awesome how to use the employees
this app is great it is easy to use very easy to understand when you send your timesheets you can send it either Excel or PDF I personally prefer PDF thank you to the Developers for putting that in there the only thing I would change is the hours as in military time I think you should go from zero 0:00 hours to 23:59 other than that the app is spectacular
this app has been so great for our small office setting! However there's been a recent update that makes it difficult to login. It'll keep loading, then you back out & start over. 2nd time it usually goes through, but then you clock in & it loads and pops with error messages, then back out again & then cross fingers for no more issues clocking in & out. I noticed Where it says "what's new" on the playstore says 10/15/24 bug fixes, so hopefully they're aware of this issue & resolve soon🤞
The app is okay when it's working. A recent update has made it to some of my staff members can't clock on It freezes on their prior date of work. They have uninstalled and reinstalled and are still having the same issues. For me it's obnoxious when I'm trying to write the schedule or update schedule on the app and it disappears back to the current day.
Awesome App, highly recommended if you have a Construction company or any type of service company. I have 7 employees, I see where they clock in, and clock out never have issues with the app on the field. It Truley is a great app, and you can't beat the price 10 Bucks for 15 employees. If there's an issue or you don't understand something their support team is there to help right away, I MEAN RIGHT AWAY. The best Clock App out there.
Would have give it a higher rating except for a work better when I first got it none of my employees can use it I have to log in for them it freezes up and says error on it a lot couldn't connect to server. Plus it would be awesome if you could adjust the automatic time taken out for lunch more than 30 minutes
The app seemed great but it's $12.00 a month to add more than one employee and to add job tasks or site. I just wish that info was discussed during the demo. Otherwise it would have been perfect for us. It worth $144.00 a year to track tasks for one employee. Wasted my time setting up.
This app is so poorly made I hate that I have to use it. It doesn't clock in or out when you tell it to, it takes 5+ minutes to connect to server no mater the connection, editing times is a god damn nightmare. I'm sure people write better apps in intro level coding classes.
after a mild hiccup, support was super helpful! 10 min response time. If you want to put your jobs on the app for your employees, I recommend subscribing on the computer, $30/mth. you can do it on the phone but if you want to do the job thing subscribe first time on your phone the $30 or more. I picked the wrong one and support had to reset everything for me and I have to do it on the computer now. but so far I am super happy with the app I will update this in 6 months!
Update: customer service is great. They answered all my questions and got the upgrade figured out. Love the app but in order to upgrade my package I have to cancel my subscription and re down load...which I won't do for fear of losing all my information from the app. I has never frozen and has tracked correctly as far as I'm concerned.
This was a nice easy-to-use app. unfortunately my employer has moved to a different means of clocking us in and out now. The support team responded quickly when I had an issue with the app. Very much appreciated!
