After paying for the app and opening I get a screen that says app is set to inactive and I cannot do anything

I have used F9 products for many years, the cookbook answers any questions I may have when cleaning something for the first time. It really is like have Craig right there with you holding your hand all the way. You need this app if you are in the cleaning industry. PS we also have the physical cookbook because I am a page turner and I love having that in my trucks.

Very good info in this book. I had issues with the app when I 1st downloaded it but a quick message to the ones running it and it was fixed in 5 minutes (it turned out to be user error, if you have troubles opening the app restart your phone and it should work)
